I really like these properties. The rooms are very compact and do not have things like microwaves or additional lounge seating in the room, but everything important is included. And I love the "no carpet" in the room. The gym is well equipped, too. I like to do pull ups, and most hotels do not have a pull up bar, but this location did. The breakfast is take and go, but pretty good, and the fresh brewed coffee maker is fantastic. Big fan.

Check in was very easy. The staff was very kind and professional. The location is great! A lot of shops and restaraunts nearby. The 24 hr coffee station was the best. The facility is very clean and inviting. I dont like that they dont have a pool, but everything else was wonderful.

The check in process was quick and the staff friendly. There is a $15 incidental fee thats not noted on the website. They do not take cash unless you have exact change. There is a small area to buy snacks and drinks. There is one ice machine, including the buckets and cups right off the lobby for the whole hotel. Room is extremely small but very clean. Works well for a one night stay. We were there for less than 12 hours as i was having surgery at Vanderbilt and had to be there early. The bathroom was a good size and has full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap. All Dove products. There is also body lotion and hand sannitizer bottles. There is a small refrigerator. There is a microwave in the lobby but not the room. There was a strange knicking in the wqlls all nighg that was rather annoying. Maybe because ita new. All in all it is a nice place to just get some sleep if you need a quick place to rest.

This hotel was spotless. Its the cleanest we have ever been in. We never heard any noises.. the breakfast was great. We had scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, bacon and toast. There was no coffee pot in the room. It was served in the lobby. We will definitely stay here again.

The first bedroom we had, had a huge roach crawling on the floor. The hotel was really packed that night but they ended up giving us a room next door from the previous room. It’s was a bit Better of course because that room was bugless , but it still couldn’t have been a bit cleaner.

Really clean rooms and nice property. Breakfast was good and so was the coffee. Only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because the floor above me was pretty loud just from people walking. Would go back but would stay on the top floor.

Nice new hotel. However there are no closets or dressers just a shelf and some hooks and hangers so ok for a short stay. Also, they will replace towels and take garbage each day but will only make the bed after 3 days. Not good.

Front desk was great, friendly. Property, room, dining area cleanliness great. Problems you hear ever door slam!!! Ever foot step made in the hall ways and in the rooms. Room A/C would not regulate hot all night. I will NOT ever stay at another AVID. Holiday Inn corp. needs to sell or up these properties.

Nice enough hotel. Clean comfortable bed. Walls need sound insulation. We could hear the person in the next room snoring as if he were in the room with us. Also, his alarm went off at 5 AM and continued to sound for the next 45 minutes as he must have been hitting his snooze alarm.

Awesome hotel. Breakfast amazing and hotel clean. Only disappointed is the afternoon guy staff wasn’t friendly and not willing to help. Multiple times tried to purchase drinks he had a sign up that he stepped out and then when he was there he was on his phone or reading a book.

What was frustrating was I booked a king and was told I was staying in an accessible room by lift. I moaned and was told I could move to a non accessible room which was 2 queens by paying more as no more kings left that were not accessible. I showed my booking and was moved to a non accessible king room! Simple but had to worked for the room I booked.

The front desk person was outstanding on the morning that we checked out (10/1). He went above and beyond for us - and made our whole stay better within minutes. I was so exhausted when we arrived that I did not realize I had dropped the keys to the rental truck on the bumper. When I asked if anyone had turned them in, he checked the desk, and then came outside to help us look- and found them for us! I am so thankful for him, and wish I would have gotten his name to put it here.

Great location convenient to Stonecrest Hospital. Cracker Barrel directly across the street was great. Wonderful night’s stay at Avid. Bedding and pillows were fantastic, and all was quiet throughout the night. Would recommend to anyone, especially those needing a place to stay near the hospital.

The room was clean and had great bedding. I also love that they stock Dove products in their rooms. It’s gentle on skin so it’s great for people who need something gentle. I will absolutely stay here again! The only suggestion I would make is that they offer some waffles or other more filling options on their breakfast.
