They were very accommodating with an early check in. That was very nice. Hot tub jets don’t work and the pool needed to be a bit warmer. Otherwise, everything was fine. We’d stay again.

We didn’t use the pool facilities because it was colder in that room than the rest of the hotel and the pool water was cold and hot tub was at best warm. There’s a junkyard of cars taking up the back of the parking lot so if you get there after 9p you’re hard pressed to find parking. We were asked if we wanted housekeeping at check in for our 2 day stay and we said no but they still came and knocked on the door anyway. Fine, but don’t bother asking if you’re not going to communicate it to staff. Rooms were ok but a little run down to the extent our curtain rod broke off and all the hooks came out of the track. The inside curtain itself was in shreds and stained. Fridge froze everything we put in it including some seltzers; we didn’t touch the control. Poor lighting all around the room; tried to iron wedding clothes and couldn’t see with where the board would fit and there was a plug in for the iron. Price was ok, but there are other many cheaper options nearby.

Everything went well. The hot tub and pool area were clean. Hot tub was warm it felt good. A regular Continental breakfast. Overall everything was what I would expect from a hotel this size or this age for this price.

The air conditioning unit was very loud. We arrived back at the hotel one evening and there were no available parking spaces left in the lot. Our entry door looked like it had been at one time tried to be opened with something other than using the key card entry, which made us uneasy. One morning no coffee in the breakfast room area - had to leave premises to get coffee. Finally the light and fan in the bathroom didn’t work - had to finish showering with the door open to be able to see.

The room was clean but my door wouldn’t ever fully lock. There was also no parking spaces available if I came in past 6pm which left me, and a multitude of other people, parking in the grass outside of the hotel. It was a fine place to rest my head, but would recommend staying across the street instead.

The hotel is close to many things in Stilwater. Easy to find from the airport. Room was clean and quiet. Pool was clean. I had 2 concerns, the breakfast is truly a continental breakfast. No protein, fruit wasn't always fresh. The side door was not secure. Major concern. For the cost, it was a good place to stay. Will stay there again.

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. It was dirty, a lot of dust in the room and the exterior doors were not lockable. We felt very unsafe knowing that anybody could come through the door.

Our check in was suppose to be at 3pm we went to our room and they were still in it cleaning. They said they needed another 20 minutes to finish cleaning our room. Once in the room it was half cleaned. There was stuck M&Ms on the floor and the room itself wasn’t the cleanest. They definitely rushed cleaning our room. The free breakfast wasn’t much either, toast and some bananas.

Outer doors did not lock, not secure, sign posted said no smoking, yet people right outside door smoking., carpeting very dirty and well worn in hallways, room smelled like urine, bought cleaning supplies to use. Air conditioner worked sporadically, phone did not work. Had to call office for arguments and loud tv next door at 2:30 AM. Breakfast was bread, cereal, oatmeal and yougurt, that area was messy. Semen stains on the sheets. Visible mold on the lampshade by the bed. An overwhelming smell of smoke and possible pet urine in the room. We left after 3 minutes and turned in our keys. We took photos and asked management if we could get a refund, but that apparently wasn’t enough. Stay here at your own risk.

This property is FILTHY. The carpeting is filthy everywhere in the hotel with spots all over. The rooms stink because it's so dirty. It's in disrepair. The bedding is gross. This place suffers from deferred maintenance and needs a complete overhaul. YUCK.

My only complaint is that the heater runs and stops every few minutes. If the temperature is set at 70 the room is cold and if you put it at 71 then it’s to warm.

Rooms were freezing upon arrival, rooms are heated/cooled solely by a wall unit, ran all night. Breakfast options very limited went else where. Rooms have been updated w bedding, paint, etc. only 2 towels for a room that sleeps 4, registered 3 people. You get what you pay for!

This is a pretty basic place showing its age, I believe it is a former America's Best. Not a bad price for a Sat. night in Stillwater. The room's heater was so noisy we ended up disconnecting it; very disruptive and obnoxious. Continental breakfast about what you would expect, horrible coffee.

Walls were paper thin. we could hear the neighbors when they came home at 2:00 in the morning. Breakfast was pretty disappointing. a couple small muffins, a couple yogurts in the fridge.....2 cereal options, not the best. Bed was very comfortable.

Cigarette butts on the sidewalk. WiFi did not work in my room (worked fine in the dining area). GFI went off multiple times leaving us without lights. Manager was nice to call and tell us we had forgotten our iPad.

We entered at 3:30 to check in and no one was around for nearly 15 minutes to let us into our room. When we finally got a key, we noticed that strangely, we had a physical door key while literally every other room had a digital card key. The room was stinky, sketchy, and falling apart. People were making noise in the halls until past 4:00 a.m. There was a dog barking in one of the rooms despite the no animal policy. The bed and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable and there was only one thin blanket, which was severely unfortunate since the thermostat didn't work and the room was freezing, even set to 80°. I would never stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone else. So sketchy, so uncomfortable, so, so bad. It was the worst $90 spent of my life.

We were dealing with a crisis and the staff allowed us to check in early. There was only one bed but we needed two. The staff refused to let us switch rooms even with Expedia agent calling and me offering to pay an inconvenience fee. The hotel had plenty of rooms available but he refused. The sheets were stained and the vent was broken. The pool and hot tub were nice.

This was a relatively inexpensive hotel on the outskirts of Stillwater in an area with chain restaurants and shopping. It was too far from the downtown to walk. The hotel is a bit older and could use some renovations. It was about what I expected. There was a simple breakfast included. We did not use the pool or hot tub.

I was pleased with the continental breakfast. It was more than coffee and donuts. It had cereal, bagels, juice and more. The hot tub was great. What i didn't like was the tub was slippery and there were no safety grab bars.

Check in was easy, decent location off the highway. The bathroom light didn’t work, the carpet looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed for some time. There was blood on the curtains. Offered breakfast was mediocre at best, there was no proteins, not even peanut butter for the bagel or english muffin.

First room hallway smelled of marijuana and room smelled like something was burning. We immediately went to the lobby and received a different room. We felt safe and the beds were comfortable but the bathroom had seen better days. The bathroom door was scratched up like someone was trapped inside and there was a hole in the door. Bathtub also had a hole in it. The breakfast was some bread, cereal, yogurt and coffee. We decided to go elsewhere to eat. I highly suggest that the owner invest in a little updating for the property.

It was ok for the short time we were there. The first room smelt like cigarette smoke but they did give us another room right away and that smelt fine. A little run down and the drain in the bathroom was not draining well. The pool looks nice but we didn’t have time to go in it. The breakfast was not much of a breakfast.
