Todo bien excepto que el agua de la alberca siempre está fría. Es muy bonita pero no se puede disfrutar.

After staying for a week my husband and I were a little disappointed in the hotel… Things we enjoyed: - staff in all areas were extremely friendly and eager to help - our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved having a balcony to watch the sunset from! - price of drinks were good and consistent with places in town - we enjoyed our walk into town a couple times of day. It is 20-30 minutes which we knew when booking and were happy to do and felt safe doing! Things we were disappointed with: - the pool was never cleaned while we were there and had garbage floating around in it as well as a lot of sand / dirt - the food we had was not great… we opted to eat elsewhere for every meal - the beach area was not well maintained and didn’t have staff down there while we visited (photos on Expedia are not accurate)

This place is honestly amazing! Stunning pool areas and rooms. We had the gorgeous swim out room. Breakfast with a view. Love the beach area, stunning sunset. Very warm welcome, great service and yummy welcome drink! Hope to visit again and wish we’d stayed longer. Only downside is that it’s at bit far from the city centre.

The hotel design and construction is excellent. The pool is well designed and fun. If you like swimming in the ocean, the water there often has a strong current. The dinner menu is limited but the food good. However, people don't eat till late, so if you are eating around 7pm, you will be dining alone. The breakfast is tasty, but the service a little erratic and slow. Over all, the staff are very helpful and very friendly.

The pool is very small. The room pool is very cold with no direct sunlight The restaurant was not that great. This hotel is far from the city and there are no restaurants near by. The road to and from the hotel are very bumpy best to taxi than rent a golf cart as it can’t stay stuck on the mud. After 11pm there is no one at reception if you need a cab early you have to order it the night before.

Beautiful hotel but they didn’t have all the restaurants open and the beach area was not open with service. Drinks are not good.

The room was great and spacious. The hotel was recently taken over by a new hotel group and we’re in transition. The breakfast was great but the menu and food at dinner were less desirable. Hope they can work out the kinks. Pool area is lovely, rest of the property needs attention.

Las instalaciones son lindas, pero hay muchos centros de consumo cerrados supongo que por la poca ocupación que tienen. Yo viaje en semana santa, me cobraron un Resort Fee por el uso del club de playa para que el restaurante del mismo estuviera cerrada (abandonado) y sin servicio de meseros, de repente se daba la vuelta un mesero pero era cada hora o más Creo que no deberían cobrar ese resort fee para el servicio tan deficiente en el club de playa

An amazing, quiet and unique swim out room. And the staff was very helpful. The restaurant on sight had amazing food.

Superbe hôtel avec une grande piscine et belle plage à proximité. À recommander Seule réserve on est à 35mn à pied du centre pas de commerces ou restos aux alentours. Il y a un bar et resto correct à l’hôtel.

L’emplacement est magnifique avec un levé et un coucher de soleil incroyable. Très loin de la ville pour aller manger. On ne peut pas marcher sur la plage jusqu’en ville car il y a des hôtels sur la plage et s’il a plu on ne peut pas marcher dans les rues. Il faut prendre un taxi qui est trop cher. Hôtel magnifique mais les draps et les serviettes sont tachés. Le personnel est très sympathique lorsque vous leur donner un bon pourboire. La nourriture a l’hôtel est correct mais trop cher pour la qualité. Au final nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet établissement et nous le recommandons fortement.

Les falta mucho trabajo con el personal que limpia la habitaciones porque todo se les olvida . El hotel está muy bonito pero alejado de todo , tienen que caminar 2km para llegar a la “civilización” y los taxis por viaje cobran 250 pesos . Deberían tener bicicletas cortesía para los huéspedes y puedan ir al centro de la isla . Pero en gral el hotel está muy bonito y cómodo y la alberca deliciosa . Las llaves de las habitaciones son pulsera y una pesadilla , se batalla mucho para entrar . Tienen un chat de WhatsApp para huéspedes pero nunca lo contestan así que no se confíen . El gerente Salvador escucho todas mis necesidades faltantes de la habitación y la solucionó. Estuve 8 días y la pasé muy bien .

We stayed at Naay for one week and our experience varied day by day. I’ll start off the with positives: - Nice Facility: the property is newly built so the rooms, common areas and pool are all very nice. The style is “Beach modern” with incredible sea and sunset views. - Quite: it is also located on the west end of the island which is less inhabited so it’s quiet and secluded. - Beach: the private beach is along Playa Coco which is amongst the nicest on the island and is stunning Now for the negatives: - Location: because it’s on the west end of the island, it is NOT convenient to access. It often rains in Holbox and the roads become flooded making in IMPOSSIBLE to walk into town by road. Only way in is a) 20 min Taxi which is $25 USD each way, or b) via the beach which during the day is alright (20-30 min) but can also be tricky at night. There are no lights and if the tide high is more like hiking at certain points - Service: the service and managment is sub par. Here’s what we experienced: 1) when we arrived, the sheets is our room were dirty and had to call to have them replaced 2) on a two of they days they didn’t clean our room. When confronted about it they simply said they didn’t get to it. 3) We ran out of body wash on day 2 and asked EVERY day to have it replaced. Never happened. 4) Ordering anything in the restaurant takes an hour, even if you’re the only one there. The trip was nice but we’ll stay elsewhere on our next visit to Holbox.

The friendliness and consideration of ALL the staff,made our stay special.They suggested the upgrades and food discounts without us prompting and were always attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and well appointed and felt luxurious, if you step out make sure to have mosquito spray! The grounds are better than the photos,the beach was great for me but very quite this end of the island. A short bumpy taxi ride will put you in the town in 10 minutes and costs around $12.00. Overall our stay was great and relaxing.

The staff was great, room was beautiful and very clean. The pool was disgusting. There was a terrible sewage smell that had flies everywhere. We had to leave every day to get away from the flies and smell or eat in our room.

This hotel is beautiful, probably the nicest room I have ever stayed in. The property is lovely, relaxing and calm. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The problem seems to be that there is insufficient staff to run the hotel i.e. no beach service, only one restaurant open etc. I would still return even with these minor inconveniences.

Amazing hotel. We stayed in the first week of it changing. Staff are super nice and make you feel at home. Rooms are massive which is a great plus.

This place was just ok. We stayed in one of the swim up rooms. Site said some of the mini bar stuff was free. Staff said that was a misprint. Nothing was free in the minibar. There was a little coffee maker in the room but no coffee. We were told they were completely out of pods and to call the restaurant and we could get some from the restaurant. The phone in the room did not work. On our final day, we had no hot water in the shower and no shower pressure. There are two restaurants on site but one was closed-under renovation we were told. Food was ok. Swim up bar was ok. Wait staff was amazing. Ariel & Luis were super cool. Very friendly and very hard working. I did not like how the staff behind the bar had to crawl in and out under the bar as it did not have a gate or entrance. This made it hard for me to enjoy my food because I felt bad that they had to crawl under the bar table to get in and out. We wanted to eat off site and the closest places within walking distance was a small mini mart that had the best grapes and cold ripe mangoes. We tried to walk to La Cabane but it got hot and the mosquitos were absolutely vicious so we got back to the room and they delivered us pizza. Used our cell to what’s up La Cabane. The pizza was really good. The beach was decent and we went just in time to see the bioluminescence at night. We also got up early and walked down to the left of the beach and saw the flamingos. We felt that this stay was very overpriced for what they offer.

PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFUL; HOWEVER THEIR DOOR LOCK SYSTEM WAS BROKEN FOR DAYS INTO OUR TRIP. THEIR ANSWER WAS TO HAVE SOMEBODY COME AND UNLOCK EVERY TIME - NOT CONVENIENT TO COME AND GO.

Lamentablemente al Llegar no se me reconocio la Reserva que habia ello., y se me dio otra Habitacion la cual no fue la que yo habia elegido.

Such a disappointment. This property is beautiful. The room had a fantastic view, beautiful decor, comfy bed and a balcony. There was never any complementary drinking water in the room - must buy from the restaurant. In room mini bar was empty as was the advertised in room coffee/tea. Several times the hot water just stopped running in our room. Room was not soundproof and the air conditioner sounded like a jet plane but it did work well. I will be requesting a partial refund through Expedia for the lack of amenities that were advertised at this 5 star property. That being said, there is one restaurant and the food is good and the service excellent. Thank-you again Jhosue for your wonderful service and joyous attitude.

This is the hotel you have been looking for! It is in a quiet and more natural part of the island, the staff is incredibly welcoming and kind, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the sunsets here are breathtaking. While it may be a bit far from the city center, it is completely walkable (max 30 minutes and doable along the beach at low tide). You likely won't want to stay in the crowded and noisy center anyway. There is a nice beach behind the property but if you prefer a lazy day reading by the pool, the cabanas and lounge chairs are very comfortable and the wait staff will absolutely attend to filling your empty cup. Bike rentals are also possible if you book the day before and make getting across the island a bit easier. Lastly, the food at the hotel is delicious and made on-site - their breakfasts are simple and nutritious. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will absolutely return, especially when needing to recharge. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Lovely hotel, beautiful pool, nice room, overall good restaurant and the bar service was decent. Was very quiet, and wasn't as welcoming as the other hotel we had visited during our trip. The concierge was not helpful with two simple requests that were no problem at another local hotel. I was charged without notice for dirtying two hand towels when removing my makeup (small amount of mascara on one, not sure about the other). Very pretty hotel, many of the staff were super kind, however the energy was just meh, and I wouldn't return to this hotel.

El personal es muy atento y con mucha disposición siempre! Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y en general es MUY bonito hotel. Tuvimos un fallo con el aire acondicionado la primer noche y con un tour que pedimos y de último minuto nos cancelaron (no es operado por el hotel, pero ellos lo gestionan). Esperaba que por estas 2 situaciones el hotel ofreciera alguna compensación o cortesía pero no lo hicieron, así que yo las solicité, pero las primeras reacciones del equipo fueron de sorpresa e informando que no tenían autorizado ninguna bonificación o cortesía. Les dije que no me parecía correcto y esperaba algo por haber pasado calor toda la primer no he. Contestaron que por eso habían enviado un pequeño pastel (individual) de cumpleaños a la habitación (Inicialmente fue su gesto por el cumpleaños de mi esposa). Posteriormente ofrecieron dos bebidas en cortesía a lo cual respondí que no me parecía suficiente o justo, y me pidieron que les dijera que quería yo. Todo terminó en una negociación muy pobre y rápida donde simplemente iban ofreciendo mejores cosas, pero sentí que era una forma muy barata de perder mi tiempo rogando por una compensación que creía justa. Terminaron confirmando las bebidas en cortesía las cuales finalmente no consumimos. Cuando los fallos son del hotel, deben asumirlos y compensarlos, no buscar la manera de hacer lo mínimo necesario. Disculpen el review tan largo, pero lo tenía atorado y necesitaba salir. :)

Muy agradable el hotel, falta un poco de mantenimiento en áreas exteriores, está alejado del centro pero si la idea es relajarse está perfecto … por su diseño y calidad podría ser el mejor de la isla lástima que no estén bien preparados algunas personas sobre todo del lobby ya que si se te presenta un problema tienes que batallar muchísimo y como que no le dan importancia, te dicen que te atienden y nunca llega la ayuda en este caso se llama Alice la srita amable pero muy poco profesional… aunque por otro lado los meseros de 10 así como la calidad de los alimentos, soy arquitecto y vivo en Cancún y estoy acostumbrado al servicio de la hoteleria donde se resume a que uno va a descansar a disfrutar el hotel y no estar horas perdiendo sin que resuelvan o peor les valga

My experience at Naay Boutique Hotel was extremely disappointing and unsafe. Despite having a confirmed reservation, my friend and I arrived to find the hotel overbooked with no room available. We waited from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for a resolution. Initially, we were told we’d stay at the Nomade Hotel, but this fell through. Instead, we were driven to a remote cabin by the manager and receptionist, picking up an unvetted man named Alan en route. This made us feel unsafe, as we were two young women on an unfamiliar island. The cabin lacked air conditioning, secure doors, and basic standards, leaving us unable to shower or change. The next morning, after being abandoned by the hotel manager, we had to pay for our own transportation back. Upon arrival, staff seemed surprised to see us, and we waited until noon for a room. Our first two days were ruined. To make matters worse, we noticed inconsistencies in how guests were treated. Other guests were accommodated at better hotels, even those who booked last minute, while we were sent to unsafe accommodations. The hotel’s overbooking practices and lack of care for our safety and comfort were appalling. While the hotel offered a credit, it didn’t compensate for the stress, humiliation, and loss of our vacation. I strongly urge travelers to avoid Naay Boutique Hotel, especially during peak seasons.

Me llevé una grata sorpresa con este Hotel, nos encantó, el trato del personal fue excelente, nos hicieron sentir como en casa, siempre amables con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar en todos los sentidos, la habitación estaba padrísima, la verdad las fotos no le hacen justicia, muy limpia y con muchos detalles como si estuvieras en un spa, la comida del restaurante bastante rica y los cocteles y bebidas están de 10. Es un hotel boutique muy acogedor y definitivamente voy a regresar. Les doy un 100/10.

I can’t say enough good things about Naay Boutique Hotel in Punta Cocos, Holbox. The food was incredible, but the staff were truly what made this place unforgettable. Reyna and Isaac at the front desk were phenomenal, they helped us plan amazing tours, gave us insider tips about the island, and even helped us get the best golf cart rental. Olga and Antonio in food and beverage made every meal feel like something special. Their kindness and attention to detail made a huge impression on us. I wish I could remember the name of the security guard, because he went above and beyond, making sure we had packed lunches ready overnight for early morning excursions and even our long trip back to Cancún. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and the pool is just chef’s kiss. I honestly don’t want to stay anywhere else, Naay has completely raised the bar. I miss it already.

Great customer service! Isaac was very helpful in all things. Love the gorgeous sunsets on this side of the island and walking distance from the bioluminescence experience.

Liegt etwas Abseits, das Hotel und die Zimmer haben mir gut gefallen. Am Wochenende war eine Hochzeit, deshalb wurden wir am Morgen angesprochen ob wir uns beim Frühstück beeilen können weil sie Platz für die Gäste brauchen, das fand ich unverschämt.

It is a beautiful resort, delicious food, super friendly staff but there is definitely room for improvement: -more than 2 capsules of coffee per day -kayaks and bikes available for guests -wifi signal is very weak It is quite a distance from downtown Holbox but thats wxactly what we wanted, a peaceful place that gave us what we needed to relax and take time off.

El hotel esta bonito , nuevo pero esta muy lejos del centro , como nos tocó tiempo de lluvia las calles estaban inundadas , no hay lugar cerca para comer , los taxis cobran lo que quieren y no te quieren llevar debido al estado de las calles y lo lejos que esta el hotel del centro del pueblo. Lo malo que el hotel no toma en cuenta estos detalles que al final el afectado es el turista por que creo deberia hacer convenio con sitio de taxis para garantizar el servicio y establecer las tarifas ó poner sus propios servicio de taxis. Reitero las instalaciones del hotel estan bonitas y relativamente nuevo . Pero muy alejado del centro

Overall: try to avoid this place overrated ! - Too far from the center (taxi = 20 min, walking=35 min) - This hotel is attracting you which "average" price but once there, everything is overpriced: * 400 $MXN to rent a bike for the client of the hotel when in the center of Hollbox the price is @200 * @ the end of the stay, they will charge you all what they can without any explanation like tips. for who ? we don't know * the prices of the restaurant are insane. we ordered one pizza, we were both sick after. The included breackfast is OK. * The pool is small but OK. The room was OK as described. the hotel is quiete new (Jan 2024)

Everything about my stay was amazing. From the food, to my beautiful room, the views, the drinks and most importantly the service was out standing. Can’t wait to visit again and bring my loved ones. All the service staff were awesome. Especially the server Angel. He gave me great suggestions on food. Everything I had was very tasty. Will be back!
