I went to get coffee and there was none. Neither was there any juice.

My air conditioner wasn’t cooling so my room was hot and musky, my bath wouldn’t drain so the water stayed there while you showered

The staff is amazing very accommodating! Our first room smelled badly! The front desk told me it was because the first floor is where they put people with animals. And they didn’t have any other rooms with 2 beds so they had to put us there because that’s what we booked. But was able to switch us to a suite with a pull out bed and a queen bed. This room was very clean. Just outdated.

Furniture a little dated. It was nothing spectacular, but it felt safe and comfortable.

This hotel is very run down conditions of carpet and furniture is stain and terrible. Wall paper in elevator is coming off. Just dirty. We found pills on the floor in the hall way and rocks . Also in the room, the electrical outlet was broken and showing wires if we would not have noticed this and plugged something in we could’ve been electrocuted.We have small children so we found this unacceptable. We mentioned this to the person at the front desk when we checked out and they said somebody would be getting in touch with me, but nobody ever did.
