I cannot say enough about how comfortable the room is. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Nice choice on hygiene products. Dark, quiet room. Parking was a little tricky and there is some construction but it wasn't a deal breaker. Breakfast is good too.

Check-in was quick and easy. Paint in the bathroom was different colors and spots Plumbing . You can see through around it. The room looked like it was being redone, but not finished where we sat for breakfast you could see under the coffee machines. Something was there. I looked. It was rat /mouse droppings.

There was HAIR in all the towels that we had and in the tub. It looked like pubic hair galore. The most disgusting place. Had to go to the nearest store to buy cleaners and clean it myself because they were outta rooms.

Even though we had a non-smoking room, this room wreaked of stale cigarettes. The front desk lady was super nice, the lobby was clean. The breakfast bar was limited and didn’t have over half the items available.

Customer service was good. The room was spacious and smelled nice thanks to a plug in. It was not clean especially the restroom.. just felt like it had been partially passed through. The breakfast was good. I enjoyed the pancakes.

We arrived to our room and it was so hot in the room. The AC could not keep up with the Texas heat. By the morning the temperature in the room finally dropped, but it was so hard going to sleep still sweating. The staff was super nice and helpful. The food was standard for this type of hotel. This property is an older one that has been renovated, but it still shows its age.

The hotel was very nice. BUT the room left a lot to be desired. As there was no carpet, the acoustics were VERY loud in the room. And the lighting - in both the bedroom area and the bathroom - was AWFUL!! The bedside lamps were too dim and too far away from the bed - it made reading very difficult. And the lighting in the bathroom was also too dim, making applying make up or putting in contact lenses difficult. All of this could easily be remedied with higher wattage bulbs in all areas and some sort of carpeting installed or at least anchored throw rugs. The only positive thing I found was that the towels weren't scratchy as often happens. Nicely done.

Easy in and out. Had an issue with a running toilet and let them know at around 5p and that I'd be back by 9p and it was fixed during that time. Front desk associate, very friendly, knowledgeable always willing to help!

Stayed for 2 nights, but had to go to the front desk 4x to reprogram key cards because they would not work on the room. Really inconvenient. Cleaning crew did not drop by to clean or put in fresh towels or make the bed. They hanged DO NOT DISTURB sign instead, and I did not put it on the door. Had 3 signs by the 2nd day. And staff blamed it on other kids. We booked several rooms from our school for a local competition. And none of the several teenager on the competition with us did any of this. What a way to blame people staying in the hotel, for the staff's incompetence. Never staying in this hotel ever again.

Our stay was very comfortable. We had no issues upon checking in or checking out. The room was clean and the air conditioner definitely worked well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. The buffet was hot and had a variety of cold and hot selections to choose from. I would definitely recommend to anyone that may be in the area.

We booked 2 rooms and were checking in at different times and they reversed the rooms one was suite and one regular so the hotel staff that game the fist guest the wrong room they made him move several hours later and put us in an uncleaned room. Not very sanitary and wrong in general was a major inconvenience. We are normally happy with Holiday inn not so much this time very disappointing
