As others have noted, area around hotel is savory. But you avoid it if you are arriving by train and you exit station at north exit in which case you only need to walk across the street. The hotel has entry steps that were challenging with luggage but doable. I’m surprised they haven’t built a ramp.

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Hotel ist direkt gegenüber des Bahnhofs gelegen, Nespressomaschine und Wasser (kostenfrei) auf dem Zimmer, klimatisiert, ruhig (kein Verkehrslärm hörbar), auch in den Zimmern von innen sehr ruhig. In der Bar angenehme Musik im Hintergrund. Gern wieder!

Es war sehr gut, aber man könnte sparsamer sein, ich hatte extra meine Handtücher aufgehängt , man hätte sie nicht jeden tag auswechseln müssen auch meine handtuchrolle(als nackenrolle) im bett, meine angebrochene wasserflasche, das wurde einfach weggetan und erneuert... hätte ich der umwelt zuliebe gerne 3 tage behalten , ansonsten war es sehr bequem und komfortabel, die gekühlten getränke waren sehr willkommen.. schade , das das dampfbad kaputt war

El desayuno muy bueno, la habitación muy cómoda y el personal muy amable. Lo que no me gustó es que no nos hicieron la habitación el primer día porque el hotel tiene la política de hacerlo cada 2 días. Lo advierten en un papel que hay en la habitación y nosotros no lo vimos. Si lo pides en recepción te la hacen a diario.

We stayed here for one night and chose this hotel due to the proximity to the train station. We have stayed at the Flemings brand in the past and generally have a good experience. This property is quite dated. The furnishings quite old, as well as the linens and towels. The room was spacious and basically clean. The amenities were non existent. No soap and an empty bath wash container on the shower wall, therefore had to wash with the shampoo. The area did not feel safe is very dirty and sketchy and loads of homeless around. There are many better options out there.

空港から電車で15分弱、乗り継ぎのアクセスの良さでフラクフルト中央駅付近のホテルを探していたが、聞くところによるとフラクフルト中央駅周辺は治安が良くないとの事。ただこのホテルは駅から道路を渡るだけ、ほぼ駅に直結。フロントの女性は感じが良くとても親切。部屋はとても清潔。シャワーの水圧•水量•温度も申し分なし。朝食は朝6時から食べられメニューも十分。言うこと無しと言いたいところだが、部屋のエアコンの音だけが少し気になった。

Very bad management. We booked a family room as we are travelling in family of 4, with 2 young kids. We arrived late at 7pm to check in, and only told that theres no fanily room for us, they offered us x2 separate rooms, and assumed that we are happy with havubg 2 rooms instead if 1. How are we supposed to split our luggage and stay in 2 separate rooms with 2 young kids! Due to changing hotel management, Hotel staff was also unsure of whether they can take in laundry service for guests, i have to call every morning to check. On the last day of our stay, my laundry went missing, they blamed it on the laundry company, and promised to call me for a solution, i have waited for 4 days (and still waiting) and no one has ever contacted me! I wrote an email to them and no response to date. I was also promised to be given receipt of payment after i check out (they were not able to geberate recipt for me due to changing system) but i have received nothing. How bad can a hotel be managed? I am still waiting for an appropriate response from them now!

The hotel is right outside Frankfurt HBf, which is super convenient. However, we arrived on a Sunday, and the areas around the hotel had drugged out panhandlers. I would stay here again, but avoid walking alone outside the hotel, and go across the street to the station.

Hotel room is good and very spacious. It was clean and stuff was very nice. It’s right next to the central train station, so perfect if your train is early or late as you just need to cross the road to get there. It’s about 20 minutes away from main sightseeing of Frankfurt, so no transport is needed. The area near the hotel is very dirty with lots of homeless people and drug dealers. Not sure why the police is not doing anything.

The hotel itself is lovely in style & decor. Love that our room has a separate bathtub and shower stall. We were able to get a kettle and there was a coffee maker and fridge in the room. Offerings of cookies and fruit in the lobby. However we arrived early evening and wanted to visit the historic area with the Xmas market . Being unfamiliar with the route the front desk staff showed us on a map how to get there. What they didn’t tell us was about the streets NOT to walk on due to the high number of drug users and dealers. ( this we found out from the police when we asked for help returning to the hotel( and finally jumped into a cab). So we DID end up walking a “bad” street and we DID feel uncomfortable and unsafe but we didn’t know why- the energy was of that nature. It would be good for staff to warn guests especially female ones. Other than that- and the extreme overcrowding of the Xmas markets… the hotel experience was great.

Eigentlich hatte ich noch das Flemings Hotel gebucht, um das letzte Mal das legendäre Flemings Frühstück zu genießen… Leider kam dann Cloud One… Ich hoffe das Hotel wird sich spürbar verbessern… Momentan gleicht alles noch einer Baustelle und das Frühstück war eher 08-15 Motel One Standard Das einzige, was wirklich extrem gut war, war die Matratze im Zimmer. Absolut top!
