If I could give this place a zero I would. Terrible, dated, roach infested dump. Awful car park, air conditioner didn’t work. Weird smell, cockroaches everywhere. Overpriced.

Central location so convenient. Check in process was initially a little disappointing as the reception staff person ignored us totally for about 10 minutes while she dealt with another customer. There was no acknowledgment of our presence during this time. While understanding she was busy it would have been courteous to have just acknowledged that we had arrived and that she would be with us soon. Also for the very first time we were expected to provide drivers licence details as well as a credit card. Another staff member, obviously finishing her shift then decided to pleasantly check us in…thank you otherwise we could have been waiting for another significant amount of time. Our unit was basically clean, although the fan blades were very dirty and the external balcony quite mouldy. The bed was comfortable but the fan light did not work and the TV proved difficult/impossible to turn on. The room was dated. Overall our only disappointing booking this trip.

The room was in a disgusting state of cleanliness and the accommodation was significantly overpriced. Upon entering the room, it was clear the en-suite bathroom had not been cleaned adequately as there were empty shampoo and body wash bottles that were left from the previous occupants. I would not recommend this accommodation nor stay there again. Absolutely dreadful.

Had 2 bedroom apartment. Double bed too small, had to request roll away bed at extra cost. Only 1 small bathroom for 3 adults, most inconvenient. Staff helpful. Could do with a renovation with screens on windows, new carpet and a/c. Parking good. Location excellent.

Room was very tired & in need of renovation: carpet was torn; handles on the bathroom vanity were rusted; carpet joins at bathroom were rotting. On the positive side, check in went smoothly-staff member was friendly & informative; room was clean & towels were fluffy; bed was comfortable; location to restaurants & The Empire was really handy.
