Was given an upgrade at no charge to a fully self-contained one bedroom apartment. Clean, bed great, and the whole unit was very comfortable and clean. Quiet position for a busy street and close to the CBD.

No extra blankets or pillows. Found knives and cutlery in double bed which had been made. Floors greasy.

The plumping needs fixing. The shower squeals and has very little pressure, the hot tap in kitchen needs a new washer. The pillow situation is strange, they are two in one and super thick, and no spares for us side sleepers! The single bed is completely bowed in the middle. The kitchen was great but I still wouldn’t stay again.
