Very nice front desk staff. Room clean, nice pool, even a dog area for our pup. This location is well taken care of. Small workout room which was nice. They had free breakfast, but we did not go to it. Several eating spots around this location. I would highly recommend!

Super clean. Super friendly staff. Building is aged bit and reminds me of the 1970s HoJo or HolidayiNN. The restaurant is closed. The space is used for complementary breakfast. There is a bar that serves sandwiches etc. Very weird vibe in the bar Michael’s.

My husband and I just wanted a "get away" from the daily worries for a worry free Labor Day weekend with the enjoyment of a sizeable pool and outdoor hot tub. The morning hot breakfast and delicious coffee started our day off with a bang. This location is right off I-40 and is very convenient. The bar on the property is a plus for enjoying conversation with other travelers. I thought it was very nice that they offer paved parking for tractor/trailers as well. Will definitely stay at Best Western in the future and no doubt at this very facility as well for a close to home "get away". Thank you for a warm and relaxing weekend!

Me and wife stay here when we can. When we are the road. Our dogs love the Dog Park. It was great to have Jennifer check us in. There is enough room for a Semi truck and trailer.

Drive up access to your room!! Well kept room, clean and updated. I was on the bottom floor, door directly facing the parking lot. But, there wasn't a space available in front ofy room for me, probably because I checked in after 9 pm. I had to park "out" into the lot, but was able to see my car from my room window at least. I was moving, so my vehicle was loaded. My stay was "uneventful", and quiet!! The hotel is the first hotel right off of the freeway exit, but up on a hill away from traffic noise...so easy access back onto the freeway as well. I didn't eat their FREE hot brekkie, but they did serve biscuits and gravy in their "off to the side" restaurant. Also, when you enter the driveway, the lobby is directly to the left in-between the restaurant and Michael's bar. Don't drive up the hill searching for the lobby like I did...twice LoL Staff was VERY nice.

Sketchy parking lot. There was a smoking station set up right outside our room on the second floor that allowed people to gather around and smoke right outside our door and the smell of cigarettes was pulled into our room by the air conditioner. Tv had limited channels and 30 miles from Neyland Stadium didn’t even have the SEC network. Tried to call to desk about the smoking nobody picked up. Had to kill multiple spiders in bathroom that had obviously been there a while and missed during cleaning.

Musty smell, nasty stained carpeting. Dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Rooms are outdated. Mattress was old. Just a dumpy room. Breakfast was good and the front desk lady was very nice.

We loved our stay! We had the king size bed room with jacuzzi tub in the room and it was amazing. Super clean, quiet, comfy, the perfect getaway! The tv had a good amount of channels. The free breakfast was amazing, we especially liked the automatic pancake maker. Would recommend to anyone. Check in was fast and easy. The pool and outdoor hot tub looked nice as well, we can’t wait to come back in the summer to use it. We will definitely be back!

The staff was very nice, but the room was old and filthy. AC made horrible loud sounds and had ancient gunk on the vents, carpet and furniture were gross. We were too tired to care, though. In the morning, several employees were laying around on the couches in the lobby. Shortly after, they were just standing around the front desk. Nice people, dumpy hotel.

The room could have been cleaned better. Refrigerator and microwave was dirty. Shower and sink had little hairs in them and toulet was not cleaned well. JUST HOPING SHEETS WERE ACTUALLY WASHED. REAKFAST WAS GREAT.

Overall good stay, bed was comfy and breakfast good. Staff very friendly. Wish more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was taken, lots of dirty areas on walls (splashes of liquid?) and doors (hand prints etc) that made the room feel dirtier than it was.

I stayed in a room with a “spa tub”. I got into the tub after swimming in the pool and showering. After a few minutes I noticed brown flakes floating in the tub. I got out and there was a very dark brown ring around the tub. I bought cleaning wipes and cleaned the tub and filled and ran it again without getting in. The brown ring appeared again. I paid quite a bit extra to have this spa tub in the room but it was far too nasty to use. In addition, I became very ill from the air in the room and had a severe allergic reaction. I definitely wouldn’t stay here or at any Best Western again after this experience.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. Overall, it was an ok stay for the price. The front desk staff and maid service was awesome. But….. the bed was so hard we really didn’t get any sleep and the heater was loud and annoying when it kicked on. As for the breakfast, we didn’t get a chance to try it out. The location was very convenient to local attractions.

This appeared to be an older motel. It looked like it had been recently painted and the bathtub/surround were updated. Everything seemed clean and the room was spacious. But the pillows on the bed were worthless! I could scrunch them into the size of a football. There was no soap in the shower so we had to use the shampoo instead, which had a strong coconut scent (not my favorite). And as a woman trying to look presentable, I always appreciate a hairdryer, but there was none. The only thing that was not clean in the room was an upholstered chair and footstool. The upholstery was terribly stained. And we all noticed an odd smell when we first walked in the room. I believe it was coming from the air-conditioning unit. After we were in the room for a while, it did not bother us. For one night, the accommodations worked well and we did have a good night sleep. I think the $150 price was a bit much, but when you’re on the road and exhausted, you just pay it.

Staff was amazing!!!! Rooms were very nice and affordable. I felt like I was welcomed like family and treated that way by all staff. This was a great experience. Came to help with aftermath of hurricane and felt very cared for and amenities were great! Wonderful hot breakfast with eggs sausage potatoes biscuits cereal yogurts pancakes fruit and more but the staff is what made this place over the top great! Jennifer Cheryl Kristy and Keith. I can’t remember all names but they are alll great!

The lady who checked us in was so sweet. There was a slight delay because we reserved online and it hasn’t shown up in the system yet, but she was really personable and fun to talk to while she fixed the issue. It was a long drive, it was late and we were tired but she made the whole experience a lot better. Thank you Jenny, you are appreciated.

The hotel has a restaurant and bar attached to the lobby, which was an easy choice on nights I didn't want to drive anywhere. On the same thread, a Ruby Tuesday was just below the hotel and almost as easy to reach as the lobby. I really liked the included hot breakfast. It was flavorful for the most part and offered a variety of hot and cold foods and drinks; a good start to each morning. There's not much you can do about the hotel's proximity to traffic. It was a definite sound issue. The room cut out most of the noise.
