Good for families holiday

The shower was not great. We had to ask numerous times for toilet paper and soap refills. The house cleaning was never consistent; one day it was early morning, then the next it was after 18:00. The breakfast was sub-par. They should have more breakfast time items, rather than heavy dinner items on the menu.

Poor attention to detail. Staff not attentive. Hotel allowed to get run down.

I stayed 3 nights in hotel with my 3 children. Staff was really friendly and helpful. We had a cockroach problem in the first evening, and luckily we had chance to change the room. Rooms were big and ok, little bit aged already. And the smell in the rooms were like cellar smell. Breakfast was super good, many options for everyone. I liked the most fresh fruits and especially those omelets and fried eggs, whitch were made on front of me. Tasted so good! Swimming area was also nice, and not so crowded. We had nice stay!

The quality of food at breakfast was exceptional. The staff at breakfast was efficient and professional.
