My stay at this property was beyond horrific. This is not just a "budget" hotel; it is a serious health and safety hazard. We were moved to two different rooms, and both were unacceptable. We ended up checking out at 8:45 AM the next morning—more than 24 hours before our scheduled departure—just to get away. The Room Conditions: • Filth & Mold: The walls were covered in grime, paint was peeling in large chunks, and there was visible mold around the bathtub. • Fire Hazards: Most electrical outlets did not work, and the bedding was littered with cigarette burn holes. • Broken Amenities: The TV was non-functional in the first room. Health & Safety Concerns: • Illegal Activity & Noise: We witnessed active drug deals in the hallways. The noise levels throughout the entire building were so high that I was kept awake on and off all night, and my husband was too worried for our safety to sleep at all. • Air Quality: Despite being told it was "no smoking," the building reeks of cigarettes. I even saw a man walking from room to room while actively smoking in the hall. Inappropriate Staff Behavior: The man at the front desk was incredibly unprofessional. He repeatedly and weirdly questioned me about why I was "alone" and not with my husband, despite the fact that my husband was right there with me. His behavior was sexist and deeply unsettling. Hotel was poorly maintained, the room I booked was supposed to be a king with a jetted tub. Didn’t receive it. Went to see what happened they couldn’t give me an answer.. The whole reason I booked a hotel was the jetted tub and to get a nice hot shower after my water being frozen. PLUS IT BEING VALENTINES DAY. So I go up to take a shower, no hot water whatsoever… I was beyond tired and exhausted. Woke up to get some breakfast.. Go down and there wasn’t hardly any options. No juice. The waffle batter was just water and wouldn’t cook. I have never experienced such deplorable accommodations..

The stay are rude they don’t have anything in the breakfast area the rooms are dirty in smoke out
