Well the pool was closed - and it was the only reason I booked the room. No discount or anything. Facility was nice but breakfast was old biscuits and a weak version of HIE. I would stay again only if I called ahead. Expedia should warn customers if a feature is not available.

The house keeping was not good. They did not clean our room. We were there 4 days. The only thing they did was pick up the dirty towels and then did not give us anymore. We had to call the front desk for more towels. The inside pool was not open

RUN, DONT WALK. First of all, the staff is AMAZING. I lost my keycard and they were more than happy to replace it, were already waiting at the door for me to help with my heavy luggage, and brought towels when I asked for more! This is something you don’t see in many hotels but I saw it in this one and I’m so glad I stayed here! The rooms are spacious and the pool is warm and tidy.

The room was not clean, the pool cut the bottoms of several kids’ feet, there were issues with keys not working and even people being doubled booked to the same room. Wouldn’t stay there again.

My room was not cleaned when I checked in. The shower was dirty and the bathroom sink was not cleaned well. The microwave and refrigerator had not been wiped out and there was old food on the floor around both beds!!!

I found several long brown hairs in the bed under the covers. That made me feel that the bedding hadn't been changed between customers. Also the face towels smelled as if they had been used and put back on the rack. I had to ask for more towels. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms need major attention. The floors feel dirty and need to be steam cleaned. The rooms smell like mildew and musty. The housekeeping needs to be more thorough when cleaning rooms. No kleenex, just enough toliet paper for one night stay. Someone left half drunk water bottle in fridge that housekeeping should have checked and through away. Also the ice bucket was not checked because it had water in the liner bag. That should have been taken care of and new bag left for us. This is not the typical Fairfield Inn experience we are used to.

I would had given it 5 stars but the bathtub was dirty with hair and stains. I used a hand towel to stand on when showering. Other than that it was quiet and the staff was very friendly.

We got put in a room that was on a list of “do not assign” to. Key wouldn’t work. Went to front desk and then the worker realized she assigned us one of those rooms. Got to another room, carpet was dirty, bathroom floor was filthy, door latch would not lock, and the beds had lipstick and other dirty spots all over them.

The carpet needs shampooing in Room 223 & in ALL HALLWAYS. Bathroom in room 223 was Half ass Cleaned! Elevator needs a Good Deep Clean , Front Doors were Dirty & smudged. Staff was Friendly. Breakfast was Good. HOTEL WAS KINDA RUN DOWN LOOKING INSIDE FOR BEING A NEWER HOTEL.

Noise level by other guest late at night...others complained to manager, too. I think "Quiet Time 10pm..8am" signs posted in elevators and at each floor will help. Lots of uneducated, loud folks here returning at 11pm, 1am, 2am...i cannot recommend this place.

There were people partying outside of our room window in the parking lot all hours of the night and it happened my entire stay! When I called staff to complain they huffed and said, “I guess I’ll see what I can do.” Dana at the front desk was far from the friendliest I’ve encountered

We traveled all day and just wanted to lounge in our room and relax and just watch TV. We got to our room only to find out that the cable is out and we can’t watch TV. I am told they don’t know when or if it will be on tonight or tomorrow…. The staff is pleasant but it doesn’t help our situation.

This hotel was nice. The staff was overworked but friendly. The door locks are a really big problem though. We had two rooms. One with a door that would not lock at all, even when we left we could not get it to lock. Another with a lock that after 6 attempts to make new key cards for it the staff finally gave up and just let us in the room and told us we could not leave if we wanted to get back in. One room also had no towels at all. I think they are very understaffed.

Showed up around 10:30 with my 3 kids after driving since 7am. They had given my room with 2 beds away and only offered me a king bed as a solution. I told them this was unacceptable bc I have my kids with me and needed the 2 bed. Manager cancelled my reservation. It was embarrassing

The best part of our stay was being greeted by the friendliest hotel staff i seen in awhile. Jamari was the front desk person, he had our room key ready to go and gave us clear instructions on where the room was. Our room was conveniently located by the elevator. It was a little warm in the hallway but being greeted by such a friendly staff person and feeling welcomed made this short stay much more comfortable. Room and bathroom size is great. Breakfast was good and coffee tasted good.

It was the perfect spot for the event we were going to. It was close to I55 and easy to find. The bed and pillows were on the soft side, but still got a good night sleep. I didn’t eat the breakfast but I stopped by and it looked good. I was satisfied with my stay.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was subpar. The eggs were cold and soggy, bacon was undercooked, sausage was cold, the gravy was runny. It was free, so you can’t really complain. I have stayed at other Fairfield properties where the breakfast was much better. The room itself was mostly clean. There was a random sock from a prior guest in the corner, the thermostat was broken, but the room was a good temperature. Overall, the stay was ok because the staff was friendly, but I will try a different property the next time I visit.

The rolling chair in my room was clearly broken and I almost fell out of the chair. There was no way that the cleaning person could have missed this broken chair. I was there for 3 days and placed the broken wheel in plain sight and nothing was done. I asked for clean towels and was told the towels were being washed and I would get them later. It never happened. The breakfast was cold every morning and the same breakfast was served everyday...NOTHING CHANGED!!!!! A family member traveling with me was given a filthy room. He insisted on a room change and was obliged...the second room had no hot water for more than 34 hours and management would not change his room because there was not one available. His room was NEVER properly cleaned and he was there for 3 days. On the second day, a cleaning person entered the room to supposedly clean it, but did not, as there was dead spider on a towel and the towel, along with the dead spider remained in the exact spot. When we returned for the evening, my family member discovered his room door had be left open by the cleaning person and we had be gone for more than 11 hours!!!! I and my family members stay in the Marriott brand quite often and this is the worst hotel I have ever encountered with Marriott. I will never stay in this hotel again, though I will be in the area again, as I have family there. Fairfield Inn...DO BETTER!!!!!!!
