The hotel is located right off the Interstate, and there are lots of food options within a 2-3 minute drive of the hotel. There's also a Wal-Mart across the road, in case you need anything during your stay. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet, and offers nice amenities for use during your stay, such as an outdoor seating area with a firepit for hanging out outside, a pool area, and a gym.

Unfortunately, there was an alarm malfunction late into the evening for nearly an hour or so and it kept retriggering however, staff acted if it was a norm, during check in, Digital key failed even though the app stated it was ready and functional. Other than that, pretty good.

This was a fabulous place to stay! Everyone in my family loved staying here. The staff was excellent and were quick to help! It was right near the highway so quick access but also an easy drive into Oxford. The rooms were wonderful and my nieces loved the shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the room as it smelled so wonderful! Beds were very comfortable and so was the pull out couch. Very clean rooms and bathroom! Breakfast was well done with a nice array of choices- both hot and cold. I especiallty loved the yogurt dispenser and the toppings that were by the hot oatmeal. The waffle maker was a hit with the kids! There was an outdoor sitting area with fire pits but it was really cold the night we were there and we didn't get to enjoy them. Again...very top notch place to stay and would stay there again!

We had a quiet night followed by an unremarkable breakfast. Not enough carts so had to carry our own. An enormous shopping center is being constructed in the direct area of the hotel. When it is completed, the security around the hotel will be compromised. This will require us to reconsider this hotel next year.

Rooms were clean and very spacious. We were very pleased with this property. The breakfast was adequate. The only thing I noticed that needed attention was the wallpaper in the bathroom, where mold appeared to be growing in a corner above the shower. Wallpaper is never a good idea for a really moist area. But very pleased overall.

The room was dirty. We removed the sofa seat to let the bed out and there was a pile of white dog hair on top of the sofa bed. We needed to open the curtain that separates the room there was dog hair and dirt in this also. When walking around on the carpet, everyone’s socks were covered in dog hair. My younger kid has really bad allergies, I had to take him to the pediatrician when we got back home to get him clear to return back to school. The area around the toilet was so dirty, you can see where it was partially cleaned because of the dirt around the side of the toilet. I hope this property gets the cleanliness which is so important together. This was our last stay at this property, we will try other properties around the city when we come back next month.

Upon arrival, we IMMEDIATELY noticed that the room had not been cleaned to a Home2 standard as there were stains in the restroom counters and mirrors, all the mirrors were smeared, there were long strands of hair hanging from the shelving as well as the lampshade next to the bed. The drawers contained the previous guest “crumbs” and the refrigerator door was ajar when we arrived and therefore was not cold. Most guest send these emails to obtain a FREE “whatever they can get” but I’m emailing because I know first hand how a Home2 Suites room is supposed to look as my husband and I travel very frequently and he is a fleet driver and stays in your establishments almost WEEKLY. This was a DISAPPOINTMENT for me, however your front desk staff did offer to move us to a different room after telling us earlier that you were fully booked as we requested a first floor room. We declined the offer to move rooms as we are in town for a funeral and were heading out to our family and there was no time for a move. I sincerely HOPE your cleaning staff is informed of this issue and in the future puts forth the best effort possible to uphold the Home 2 Suites reputation!

Hotel is nice and staff was really nice. However, our room could’ve been cleaned better. I am not one to complain or leave reviews like this….When we arrived, there were crumbs all over the floor in the kitchen area, pieces of food or whatever stuck on the wall and baseboards, toothpaste still in the sink and the toilet looks like it has never been cleaned behind it. I asked the next day if we could get it cleaned a little better and all they did was fix the bed and add a few more towels and washcloths. Staff was really nice though and the breakfast had plenty of options and coffee was good. Besides our room, everything else in the hotel seemed very clean.

Room was in good condition but the thermostat was set to 90 degrees when I arrived. Also, there was a lot of riff riff staying at the hotel and two of the juice machines and there was barely any food at breakfast. I’ll consider other options next time.

At check in we were told that breakfast ended at 10am and check out was at 11am. We went down for breakfast at 9:30am and they were shutting it down. When we told the breakfast attendant that we were told 10am she just stuck her hand up at us. We had to go to a restaurant to get breakfast.

Lou at the front desk super helpful and friendly! The woman at the breakfast counter (shame on me for not getting her name) was equally as approachable and sweet as can be. AND this hotel has to be the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. I hope all Home2 Suites are this nice, because this is going to be our new go-to when traveling. Spacious, clean, safe and friendly. It really puts all other hotels to shame. Thank you Lou and Hilton :)

I was very impressed with this property. The room was clean and spacious. Infact, this was the best hotel that we have stayed in since we stayed at the Best Western in Indiana five years ago. The staff was very polite and friendly. The only reason that I gave the staff three stars is because the day before we were due to leave, someone I assume was from housekeeping came and knocked on our door somewhere between 9-9:30 am to ask us if we needed anything. My husband told him towels and toilet paper. A little after 1pm on the same day, I heard someone in the hall and it was two housekeeping ladies. I asked if they had some cream and they gave me some. I then told them that all we needed was some toilet paper and towels. One of the ladies said that she did not have a roll on her cart. I thought that they were going to get the toilet paper and bring towels but they never returned. I was a housekeeper so I understand that sometimes you run out of things on your cart, however, it is the housekeepers responsibility to get the customer what they need. Overall, we will be staying at a Home 2 Suites hotel when we go on our next vacation.

Arrived late due to weather, front desk worker was amazing. Room was clean. No Do not disturb sign in room. At 8 a.m., housekeeping started banging on door. Even with me yelling that we were still in room, they tried to open door. Every 30 minutes, they were banging on door and yelling. Again, yelled that we were still in room, they tried to open door. The only thing that stopped them was the door stop at the top. Both a man and woman were constantly banging on door. At 11 a.m. phone started ringing that it was time to check out. Most awful experience ever.

We usually love our stays at these hotels. Unfortunately for the first time we experienced seeing a dead bed bug. Floor was stained all over the carpet. I could barely sleep all night so disgusted. On top of that, the breakfast crew were waiting like vultures to close shop. They didn’t bother to refill anything. And as soon as it turned 9:30 the closed the curtain so no one else could eat any food. One guest had just arrived to eat but only got to get coffee. I’ve never seen a hotel not try and accommodate a guest in a situation like this. They could have let the gentlemen get a plate. It’s not like the selection was plentiful. My main regret is not taking a photo of the bed bug. But I was so disgusted and in disbelief I threw it away.
