If you're looking for a bed or two with no frills, this place is probably fine. Room was average, no complaints. If amenities are important, call and confirm with the property what's listed on the site is actually being offered. Heavy construction during our stay. Extremely limited breakfast, limited parking, no ice in the hotel. If I had a do over, there's plenty of other options around this price point in the area.

Staff was very nice, welcoming, and accommodating. The property was clean overall. The rooms were a bit on the small size but got the job done. Bed was comfortable with adequate bedding. The continental breakfast was much appreciated and had decent selections to accommodate everyone’s needs and preferences. We were a bit disappointed that the gym was closed during our stay, as the proximity of the gym was one of our reasons for booking this particular property. As for the surrounding area, lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We would stay again.

My family and I travel for work. My teen boys stay at hotels a lot. I gage the hotel based on their rating, because they're very critical. They said this hotel is 6 out of 10. We stayed in a king suite one bedroom suite. Our complaints are the bathroom should be between the living area and the bedroom. Also, there is only a microwave, but large fridge and a mini fridge. They have a small selection for breakfast. It's enough to be satisfied. We will stay again. They are under construction, but that didn't bother us.

They didn't honor our reservation made through Expedia. So instead of a suite, it was a single room. When I explained that 5 of us weren't sharing a single room with 2 small beds, they gave us another room across the hall. It smelled horrible and had a leaking ceiling, though the first room was nice. The pool was closed and being used for storage. The breakfast was decent though. They were unable to break down the charges or print me a receipt. They said they were out of ink. I'm still waiting for the emailed one they promised to send, along with an explanation of why my bill was more than quoted from Expedia, which I didn't find out until I was already home. The phone number listed online is also disconnected. Highly recommend avoiding!

I am surprised with all the construction taking place they feel comfortable with reservations. Be prepared to hear lots of noise at all times of the night. Rooms are cleaned every other day. The low scores are due to noise levels and limited parking from construction as well.

There are no snack or drink machines on the property! I didn't stay in a microtel this was the Hampton Inn, I had to buy soda and chips at the supermarket down the street.

This hotel is falling down around itself. Water coming through the exit light fixtures, pails to contain the dripping water in lobby. Chunks of ceiling falling. I know there has been a lot of rain but this was a safety hazard.

I was very disappointed with our recent stay. Unfortunately, the room and overall condition of the property did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, we noticed several issues right away. The room had a strong mildew odor, the fire detector was hanging off the wall, and the window curtains were held up with duct tape. The bathroom had visible mold, and the sink area emitted hot air through a vent, making it just as uncomfortable as the overly warm hallways and elevator. The hotel’s gym was out of service due to flooding, some of the ice machines were not working, and there is no pool on-site, something that was not made clear at the time of booking. The entryway also had noticeable water leaks, and plaster was falling from the ceiling. We even experienced a brief power outage during our stay. I’ve attempted to contact Hilton multiple times regarding these concerns and have not received a response from the property manager for over two weeks, which has only added to the frustration. You have to join Hilton Rewards to get “Free Internet” and the internet was so slow I reverted to using my 5G phone to connect my tablet. Also, I couldn’t project my streaming service from my phone. Technology wise, not good, but room, building & breakfast were fine.

Stayed in king suite-was perfect! The price made it even better. Traveled for a 4 day weekend sporting event with high schooler and my husband. The kitchen was not stocked (no big deal, able to use plates and utensils from buffet breakfast). Much more space than the pictures show, very comfortable, bathroom was large with separate sink which made for easier mornings. Daughter said the gym was one of the best for the money she’s ever used. TVs in both bedroom and living area made it very relaxing in between events. Full size fridge and microwave. Neighborhood was good, especially compared to our past experiences over the last two years in the university area.

Key card didn’t work. Had to wait for staff to come up and let us in to the room. WiFi was so so. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Very friendly staff, but the hotel seems old and not maintained. We had problem with the Heating freezing the first night. Repaired and still it did not work properly. Very hot second night. Were finally assigned a new room with no problems for the third night.

Super outdated hotel. The rooms had actual ACs in them that were too close to the bed and loud. Kitchen was very outdated as well. Aside from the property, it was fine. The breakfast was great and the staff was nice. We were also able to bring our dog which was a plus.

The hotel that was very rude. They were informed of my departure date and time and every day somebody was knocking on my door asked me was I checking out? I called down to the front desk. I asked him to please inform the housekeeping department that I was not checking out until Tuesday, September 2 and still even after calling to the front desk and being told that they would inform the housekeeping department they still Were knocking on the door several times after that phone calls at 12 in the morning asking me if I was even at the hotel when I had already been checked in and receive my keys, just very unprofessional

My stay with this particular hotel for the past 5 weeks has been horrible. To the point I have opened a complaint case with Hilton's Corporate office and if there is no resolution at that point, I will be contacting the better business bureau. The staff there is horrible to say the least. They have a staff person Sue that was very dismissive and rude. If I did nt have a membership to stay at other Hilton establishments, I would never recommend the Hilton. Marriott is moving higher on my list after this experience.

The hotel manager was amazing. Hotels.com says the hotel has rollaway beds, but they do not. This effected our stay, but the hotel manager made sure my family was accommodated. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good, even offering non-pork options!

Check in was difficult, card had to be run twice (in addition to already being paid for on Expedia), for $100 of additional fees on top of incidental. The room key didn't work, had to go to the front to get another key, and then the room we were given was dirty/bed unmade/ room not cleaned. Had to go back and get a different room, meanwhile, the police were walking the property looking for someone. Overall, not a good experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the check in/out process was smooth as can be. They even let me check in early without calling ahead of time. That being said, when I walked out in the morning, the car two spots over from me was on blocks and had its wheels stollen.

This is somewhat older hotel, but it was very clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was great and since we stayed for a week it was nice to have different items offered each morning. The front desk staff were all very friendly and it was very convenient to get to a Metro station for our excursions into DC. The Wifi was a little bit slow but otherwise reliable, and it would have been nice to have more than one chair in the room, but overall it was a great place to stay at a very reasonable price.

The hotel was clean, and area was well maintained. It's conveniently located next to a shipping center, so we could get some groceries. Breakfast had sufficient variety and was fresh daily. They provide cold water/lemonade at the front desk on hot days, and there's tea/coffee/hot chocolate there too. The only knock was how often they clean the room - we checked in on Monday, and had to ask for service on Friday. Not so much that we need cleaning, but fresh towels, toilet paper and garbage removal. If staying here, just request cleaning sevice every other day if needed. The staff was friendly, and was pleasant to interact with. The hotel is conveniently located if you need to split time between Baltimore and DC.

My experience was very pleasant!! The hotel is located in a very convenient location right off the beltway! Also the staff,cleaness,& service was excellent!! Would definitely recommend!! Only con no vending machines & the hotel had no bottle water.

Receptionist dozing, pot smell in elevator and hall, the public areas need updating. Room was OK, stupid details in the bath, TP right next to the shower- got wet, no vent fan. Breakfast was lousy, we went next door to IHOP the 2nd day. Good lication.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was no housekeeping one day, but it was Thanksgiving, so that's understandable. The breakfast.....two of the mornings, there was no coffee, no yogurt, no fruit until I brought it to the attention of the person in charge.....NO COFFEE!!!! The tables in the breakfast room are too small, and hi-tops don't suit short people like me.
