I had a wonderful stay at Sea Star Beau Rivage! The lively atmosphere and warm, friendly staff made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The beachfront location is fantastic, with easy access to the beautiful private beach. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the pools and spa were great places to relax. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would happily stay here again. A great value for a beach getaway!

Restaurant is very good, pool is nice, salon was good, massage was good. Room service was good. Now the issues - hotel couldn’t confirm my reservation for about an hour (no biggie) I purchased a king bed option and was given a standard full bed and told “when available “ on day 1. Day 2 I asked for a King Bed and was told no problem come at 2pm (ok not a problem) , another issue, manager couldn’t remember our discussion- come back in another hour ( ok no problem) made me feel like I was a bother. I purchased from Hotel.com as usual and the manager didn’t seem to like that. Overall he was the only person with an attitude, prayers for him to get balance in his life. Vendors at pool are pushy to up sell excursions. I am looking for a great option to bring 10-20 clients at a time and this is not it. The search continues!

Just ok staff great hotel a little run down and if it’s alliuclusive don’t charge extra for fresh juice also advertised as free Wi-Fi in public places this is not true
