The pool is being used for physical therapy every single day until 5:30 in the evening. We were there for a week with our family and we had a hard time using the pool during the day because of therapy. It was difficult to keep my small children away from the older folks doing. Therapy. I wish this had been disclosed prior to booking or at check in.

Interior of hotel was in decent condition. Other than the entire building smelling like chlorine from the pool. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Biggest drawback was the parking lot and driveway … pot holes that will swallow a small car whole. We were in an f250 and hard a time getting in and out , I can’t imagine a small car or motorcycle trying to get in there.

The property is almost pitch black upon arriving which feels especially unsafe for a solo female traveler. 3 staff members were outside smoking right in the entry way cussing when I arrived. The building is old, but clean. The air conditioning didn't really work. I had a hard time sleeping due to being hot. Half the ice machines were broken, pool was not the cleanest, and gym had 3 pieces of equipemt, one 2 working. It was clean and a place to sleep. I had to be in town and the only other hotel was booked, so it had to do.

Bed had stains on skirting.... control button for temp.was broken and sharp ...lock for door was broken....you could see light completely around door frame when lights were out....chairs in breakfast area were so worn out....parking lot had potholes and people parked wherever as most had no designated lines to park. No hot tub ...I was told they concreted over awhile ago and did not update website.I did not feel safe here, hotel was booked ...staff was ok. Hotel was not worth the price....very disappointed.

Good location. Terrible parking lot! No lines so it's just a free for all where people park. HUGE potholes. Just awful. My room was gross. Stains on carpet and sheets. Just felt overall dirty. Didn't feel safe there as a woman traveling alone. Dark and dank hallways. Employees were nice. Didn't get to use the pool but it looked ok.

The good: staff was very pleasant at check in. Had pumpkin spice Waffles that were great. Bed was comfy. The bad: was a little hard to get to with construction. Pillows are were those flat ones. The ugly: there was a nasty stain on ceiling. A picture had fallen from wall in bathroom and it was laying with all the pieces on toliet. The bed spread smelled like B.O.

This hotel really needs some updating and renovations. There were signs on the automatic doors that read “Pull to Open”. The parking lot needs to be paved like I’ve never seen anything like it. The rooms and bathroom was outdated but everything seemed cleaned nonetheless

When i walked into my room it smelled like mildew. The keys kept not working on the door and at one point the keys didn’t work and my door could just open without a key. They didn’t have maintenance on the weekend and other rooms were doing it so they had to move my room. The pillows were uncomfortable and when i tried to check out no one was at the counter so i just had to leave my keys there

The hotel is in need of updates. Our carpets in our rooms had many stains on them and we had a difficult time with our hotel room door while there. It didn't lock properly. That being said...the staff was amazing! They were quick to try and remedy any issues we had. The front end staff, the breakfast worker and the handyman were all awesome! I apologize...i can't remember their names. But overall, pleasant stay.

They put noisy people with young kids partying by me then apologized for the excessive noise. But then the very next night put party across the hall again. Then the next night let a drunk belligerent man check in next door. I had to call the front desk 4 times during my stay for excessive noise. I traveled out of state on business and paid good money for a suite. I had not 1 full night of sleep.I will not recommend to my business partners.

Getting into the room was challenging from the start. Only after kicking the door in frustration was it possible to enter. The room was freezing at 66 degrees so I reset it to 72 only to wake up in the night in discomfort. Then the alarm went off at midnight. I’ve had far better experiences.

Good price for this hotel. It is an average hotel. Very dated, could use remodeled. Room was nice, tub had a big hole in it and plumbing drained very slow however had hot water. Pool was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Property is very dated and poorly maintained. Furniture and carpet was worn and was stained. Pictures on Expedia and hotel website are misleading. Hotel staff member tried to enter my room at 3:00 am with a guest without knocking or verifying occupancy prior opening door. Unknown guest had wrong room number. Clearly a violation of proper hotel security protocols. Stay away from this hotel! Other comparably priced hotels in the area are much nicer.

Some of the staff were friendly, others too nosey and ready to gossip the second they could. I began to not want to stay because of the drama. Pool was closed about 7-8 days out of the month we stayed. Some of your staff was super nice and made you feel welcomed. If you eat make sure not to take too much because you'll be all they talk about. All in all an okay stay.

This is a hard place to review. The hotel itself was very nice and a great deal. We booked a two nights stay for our son’s travel baseball team for Friday and Saturday. It ended up getting a lot of rain down there so the tournament was cut short and I tried cancelling the Saturday stay. My wife went to the front desk and asked to cancel. The lady at the desk said you booked this through Expedia so you’re going to have to do it through them. I spent maybe 30 minutes chatting virtually on line with Expedia and after being on hold for 10 minutes the agent comes back on and says the hotel is t willing to cancel because it’s after 4:00 P:M. We ended up staying the 2nd night because we knew we were going to pay for it anyways. All the hotel would have needed to say was we can’t cancel after 4:00 to let us know, rather then pass the buck only to waste my time talking with Expedia. Seems to be no customer service anymore.

Clean, super friendly, yummy fresh lots of free breakfast options. Would definitely recommend. Charlie at the front desk upon check out was great along with Stephanie I think was who checked us in. All employees were super nice and greeted us as during our 4 day stay.

The hotel is older. The parkinglot is older than that. The parkinglot is kind of far from the building and has alot of pot holes. The hotel does have a pool. The room was clean, the bed was nice and they serve breakfast. Decent place to stay for the money. However keep in mind it's an older building. There used to be a mall next to the hotel. The mall is gone now.

The hotel was good, the only downfall was the parking lot, which is controlled by the city. Lots of potholes and the parking lot lights were not working so its very dark when parking at night.

You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy, nothing horrible. Except the dark pot hole filled parking lot. When we pulled in we thought the hotel was vacant. The front desk woman was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and decently comfortable. They had a hair dryer which was a plus.

Parking lot needs paved but there is currently construction going on around the hotel. Staff very friendly, room clean and cozy . Great price and close to retail, restaurants, Starbucks...

We love staying here. The breakfasts are amazing. Sausage gravy and biscuits, scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, juice, cereal, milk, bread for toast, muffins, danishes, yogurt, bagels, cream cheese. They make sure it is always clean

The front desk staff were very helpful at check in and checkout. The facilities are mostly clean but very dated. The "free" breakfast left a lot of room for improvement.

Recent reviews complain about the age of hotel or the broken up parking lot. Well it was great when we stayed their 12 years ago and did not see an issue with aging of hotel and so yes, parking lot is large, plenty of parking but in need of repair, but not enough to keep us from staying there. Both times we stayed their were with other family members and my sisters have stayed there several times. Breakfast selections vary a little daily and were very good. Friendly help and office allowed us to check in early due to a sibling reunion.

My room, I believe, was recently updated. It was clean and well stocked (towels, toiletries, coffee packets and cups). The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Construction in the general area around the hotel but it did not cause any issue. The pool is very nice and the breakfast had hot items and a waffles. Great place at a great price to spend a night.

Clean, super friendly, yummy fresh lots of free breakfast options. Would definitely recommend. Charlie at the front desk upon check out was great along with Stephanie I think was who checked us in. All employees were super nice and greeted us as during our 4 day stay.

I stayed 3 days. I had to request 3 times to have my room cleaned. On my last day, I spoke with a housekeeper in the hallway, and finally had my room cleaned. The food offered was a notch above dog food. Hot stuff was cold, cold stuff was hot. Bad, bad stay. That being said the staff was friendly.
