Hampton Inn & Suites Alliance

The only reason I would not rate this hotel a 5 star is because the pool was too cold to actually swim In. The hot tub was awesome though. Also, only one of the two elevators were in service and it felt like eternity to get floor to floor. Other than that the breakfast was great and the hotel was super clean.

This place is great! Really nice gym (with a peloton!) and everything is on the newer side and very clean. Excellent service and plenty of parking too.

First off we drove 2.5 hours to the area for my amazing step daughters father daughter dance and all the kids were looking forward to swimming and upon arrival the pool was down very disappointed! There was no warning on the site or anything before arrival. The lady was not very friendly about it. I contacted Expedia and they only offered a 100 coupon but honestly that isn’t enough considering how much we spent for 2 nights. We couldn’t find another hotel in the area to accommodate our needs and large family so we were stuck! Hotel is refusing to give any kind of partial refund for inconvenience. And not only that only one elevator worked, the ice machine on the 3rd floor wasn’t working either, our last night there, there were people running and jumping around the halls and above us keeping our kids awake until 1-2am! We ended up spending more money on traveling to surrounding areas to keep the kids entertained(1,2,4,10,11) because the pool was down! Upon check in the lady wasn’t very friendly and through our stay the guy there wasn’t very friendly either. When we asked for an extra pillow and blanket and extra towels he seemed very annoyed we asked. There was visible dirt in around the base of the floors and walls in the bathroom and the tread of the doors. The breakfast was OK! the fridge didn’t really stay very cold. Thankfully we didn’t have anything that would spoil. Honestly not happy with the stay at all!!

Terrible that Pool and Jacuzzi was not available for me 3 night stay, 2 of three mornings coffee was either empty or cold

It's a clean hotel that is fairly new, but a lot seemed to be broken. The ice machine was out of order, one of the elevators was out of order, the pool was out of order, the hot tub was out of order. The phone as a key didn't work. The app said it would send us the key as soon as our room was ready, but our room wasn't ready at 11:00pm when we arrived and we had to be moved to another room. I will give them another try next time I'm in town, and hopefully things will be in better shape.

I had a king suite which was very clean and tidy. The layout was spacious and included updated decor. The only thing I didn’t like in the room was the comfort of the bed. I didn’t sleep well and woke up with a sore back. One other negative was the pool/jacuzzi area. The pool had visible dirt at the bottom which needed to be vacuumed and the jacuzzi was covered in an algae like stain.

The pool and hot tub were not in working order !!! Also the check out was two hours late!!!!! Expedia did not post that!!!

Very clean and comfortable atmosphere and rooms. I usually bring my own blankets, pillows, and a can of disinfectant spray to hotels because you never know what youre going to walk into and not have time to change plans. The only complaints I have are about the wifi and not having full use of the smart TV with Netflix. And the pool was too cold for us to enjoy and the hot tub was out of order, which were the main requirements of which hotel we wanted to book. The rooms, hallways, breakfast, and employees provided one of the best stays I have ever had at a hotel, which redeemed the disappointment of the pool and hot tub accommodations advertised. Thank you.

i was ok but the pool was closed and when we checked in it was to late to get a deal on anorther hotel and they did not offer us a discount

We always stay at the Hampton when we are in town. This was a three day trip and it seems like each time we stay, the stay is not quite as good as the time before. Issues that we had on this trip: Very slow elevator, the smell of weed by the elevators and specifically around one room on our floor (I know the hotel is not responsible for people smoking, but they are responsible for it being dealt with… no smoking means no smoking, and clearly smoking was going on in the room), lack of service and food for breakfast (the place was very busy and no one brought out fresh food in the 20 minutes we were at breakfast), a room that needed better cleaning (I hate finding reminders of the previous reservation - hair on the floor and in the bed). I hope I don’t sound overly negative, but I have been coming to this hotel since it opened, and like I said, it is not the same place with the same service. It is the best Alliance has to offer, but hopefully next time, the stay will be better.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable the hole stay was GREAT

The floor was sticky and the phone charger port was broken. The fire alarm went off at 3 am and no one could tell me why.

The room was not cleaned and we had to move to another room. The room that we moved to would not lock. Overall the rating is about 2 stars. Very unsatisfied.

This was our third stay here snd it was another good experience. The cleanliness could have been better. There were hairs in the bed and food left in the refrigerator. This was the first time this had happened here so we are willing to give them the benefit of doubt. Otherwise it was a great stay.

This hotel was so clean and smelled fresh and just very inviting! The room was spacious and very nicely updated. My only issue was the rude male employee that called my room at 10:20pm claiming there were several noise complaints so I needed to keep it down. I tried explaining I had just showered my 11 & 9 yr old after leaving the pool and we were sitting down eating so it wasn’t us. He then replied rudely and said that’s good because it’s quiet hours. Maybe it was the coach bus full of teenage boys, looked to be a sports team of some sort, that was unloading and checking in at 10 pm!! When I came back with our food they were unloading in and out of the elevators and not being quiet about it at all. Also I was in room 400 which is at the far end of the hallway across from the stairwell so I highly doubt the 2 rooms next too and below me both complained of non existing noise in my room. Meanwhile the whole team of boys seemed to be checking in to rooms on our floor wonder if they got the same rude phone call. So don’t shower and make sure you tip toe after 10pm or prepare for a lecture.

Liked the large room. Very clean. Excellent breakfast especially the coffee.

It was a nice enough place. Breakfast was wonderful. It was just noisy when we were trying to sleep!! We were on the 2nd floor.

Navigating the TV guide and finding channels was more clumsy than necessary.

Everything was great except the air conditioner/furnace temperature wouldn’t adjust. It was so hot in the room we didn’t sleep well.

The TV was a disaster. The remote was not user friendly. The breakfast was disappointing. The eggs were runny and the sausage was as cheap as could be found.

Lobby and staff were very friendly and helpful! We were located on the third floor and you could hear people walking from above!

We always stay here when we travel to the area. Never had issues until this last trip. When we checked in they said they changed our room from accessible king room to non accessible two queens!! Said they overbooked but was not supposed to make changes 3rd party reservation…but someone did! So after my husband had to raise some cane with management…who wasn’t there…suddenly the room we booked originally was magically available. Rooms were not as clean as they usually are. No apologies no compensation…after the stress of getting room straight!! Somewhere else next time!

Every employee we encountered was so friendly. The breakfast was one of the nicest one we have encountered in our travels.

Check in took a while because they said they couldn't find my reservation; it was finally located. The saving grace to the stay was the full breakfast and the wonderful lady running it.

The man staffing the front desk had obviously had a bad day and was extremely rude during check in. When I got to my room I found that the room I had reserved with two queen beds was not the room I was assigned. Instead, we had one king bed. The man at the from desk was unapologetic and simply said there was nothing he could do to fix it.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, the woman that set it all up did a great job and was also very friendly. My children and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Absolutely no complaints for this stay!

Seamless checkout, friendly service. Nate went the extra mile to get a roll-away bed for my son.

Location was convenient

The hotel was clean, in a safe area & the continental breakfast was fresh with a wide variety. The hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to any of our needs. I would highly recommend Hampton Inn Suites.

Our son plays football for the University of Mount Union so we come up from Florida at least 3 or 4 times a year. This is our go to hotel and we have yet to be disappointed. I need to sign up for rewards though to save some money. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

Snack and drinks were expensive - broken elevator and very slow/long wait. Broken breakfast drink machines. Very cold pool. Floors made your socks black. AC in rooms took forever to cool down. Put us on the top floor with 2 young kids.

Beds very comfortable, clean hotel. Breakfast was not amazing this year (we’ve stayed the last 2 years for a sports tournament). Went down at 7 and they were out of almost everything. Stayed down for about an hour and everyone coming through also seemed upset as the basics were not filled (cups, napkins). One employee was working on it so I’m not sure if there was just a call off and only one person was doing multiple jobs or it was just not organized and prepped for the shift.

Food was not so good. Pre cooked and not fresh. Lukewarm at best. One morning had to wait on coffee, eggs, waffle mix, and scones. All items were waiting service from kitchen. Stayed 5 nights and experienced limited choice and repeats in breakfast items.

Breakfast choices were excellent. Staff was extremely friendly.

Property was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast food was of good quality and variety.
