Staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar in the evening is relaxed and some familes played games with their children. Hotel perfectly located to walk to major attractions.

I will start with the positives. A great Family room, clean with an excellent view across the city. Staff were great and very friendly. Unfortunately our stay was tainted by the amount of school students/trips who were staying at the hotel and using it as a youth club. Shouting/banging doors/smoking in the corridors and crowded communal spaces including breakfast . I have stayed in many hostels around the world but by far this was the worst experience because of the above reasons. Take away the school trips and I would recommend this Hostel.
