It was a typical Hampton Inn & Suites. It was clean, friendly and inviting. They say they are pet friendly, but charging $75 to keep your pet in the room is highway robbery. It is just a way to get more money from people who love to travel with their pets. There is NO excuse or justification for this arbitrary fee.

Everything was great except for the fact that it was only October 4 and the pool was already closed. We come from the north so it was very disappointing to have it closed already.

Pool not open, way overpriced for almost no amenities. No room safe, printer in business center didn’t work, dog barking (asked for a quiet room), poor cold water pressure, no ear buds in exercise room (sign said there was). Glad we were only there for one night. At least the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

I appreciated the large, well lit parking lot. My room was clean and stylishly updated since my last visit to the same hotel. However, the elevator I took when I arrived had trash on the floor when I checked in at 10 pm. The same trash, in the same location when I returned to the elevator at 9 am the next morning. The free breakfast was a disappointment. By 9 am most of the food, especially the potatoes, were gone; the attendant told me they had no more. Why advertise breakfast from 6 am to 1 am without enough food for that period? The staff in the kitchen area behind the food area played loud music -- at 9 am. I could not stay and drink my coffee at the nearby tables because the early morning music was simply annoying.

We found a piece of a bug on the bed when we arrived. There were crumbs all around the base of the beds and pubic hairs on the toilet when we first arrived. I noticed the bottom fitted sheets on both beds were inside out. When we pulled the bed covers down there was a bug in the bed. The front desk told us that it was piece of food in the bed, not a bug but we had not eaten in the bed. They did not have another room for us to stay in so we left. They could not refund us because it was booked through a 3rd party. Would never stay here again.

The hotel was very clean. Service was fast and we were in our room within 10 minutes of check in ice machines are located on every floor rooms are not carpeted but hardwood/tile so it was clean and nice.

We liked the room except our view was awful. I failed to ask to not be on floor 1 and we were looking out at a stack of old tires piled up. Would have felt a little safer on another floor. Staff was helpful and gave good information. Did not get 2 waters for our room.

The worst stay ever! My room was across from the ice machine and elevators. The noise was terrible thru the entire night. I got no sleep when the purpose was to get a good night sleep.

Nice room. Great bathroom and really convenient to I 95. Unfortunately, the pillows are horrible! And for whatever reason the mattress kept slipping down the boxspring. But other than that, it was a very nice day.

Convenient to highway for travel. Nice clean area and facility. Room door to bathroom didn't like was see thru had multiple people in room and our wifi didnt work while there.room remote was not working staff replaced quickly.

The front desk was very informative and accommodating during check in. The free breakfast had a wide selection of cold and hot options. We stayed with our pet and we were welcomed given an option of what floor we would like to stay on with having our dog with us.

Omg. What a nightmare. After driving 10 hours from Florida all we wanted to do was check in (pre-reserved through expedia), get food and go to bed. The card readers were not working and card after card was declined even though I knew there was credit and money in my bank account. The two staff at the counter acted like it was us- statingt hat basically there was nothing they could do and that there was no manager available. Only when several other people tried to check in and had the same issue did they call for assistance and attempt to have the situation fixed. We left tired of waiting and ended up eating taco bell since cracker barrel closed while we were dealing with the hotel staff wasting our time. When we came back we were able to get our keys but received no apologies about the inconvenience (earlier they also remained factual and unapologetic about the inconvenience).

Young man at the front desk who checked us in (Daniel I believe) was amazing and professional and discreet beyond his years. Lobby was nice and bright and clean. Our room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast the next morning was very good, hot and fresh and the staff was very nice and pleasant. Highly recommend and if I am ever in the area again, will definitely stay there again.

Very convenient for I95 travelers as it is just off the exit, but gas is scarce, so try to gas up before you arrive. Hotel is very clean and front desk is very friendly. Unfortunately, my prior booking with Hotels.com cost me more than the “drop in off the road price”

Do NOT book any hotel in this area!!!! We booked this hotel on our travel - a 9.2 rating on Hotels.com. Upon getting off the exit, we immediately realized the entire area is unsafe and consumed by homeless camps including bedding, bags and other items in the woods. Additionally, trash lining the wooded areas all throughout where hotels, McDonalds, and gas stations are located. We request an immediate refund because it was unsafe for us to stay. Advertising on hotels.com is completely misleading and not an accurate description.

There was a car sitting by the front door with their trunk open, where you would normally sit to unpack your car and check in. They were out of the car and sitting at the front door doing drugs. As I was checking in and unpacking my car I saw several other customers that had to walk past this also. From what I saw, they were there at least 20 minutes and nobody shuffled them along and told them they couldn’t do drugs by the front door. There were also what appeared to be prostitutes smoking cigarettes by the side door, so there was not an acceptable entrance to use.

My husband & I stopped here for the night on our way back home to Florida. We were greeted by a courteous & professional hotel rep. Our room was beautiful & had lots of room. Extremely clean & lovely decor. Comfortable bed & pillows. Great location & dining options near by. Delicious snacks, breakfast & coffee. We will be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Checking in was easy and the staff was very friendly! The room was big and bed was comfortable. We were worried about noise since the room was near the elevator, but we slept soundly. Breakfast was good and the staff there was friendly as well! The only complaint was the condition of the tub/shower, but we were still able to use it. Would recommend and would come back.

We have stayed here a number of times as we travel to and from Florida. Most things aretiiii still very good except the breakfast. When I arrived at 8:30 they were almost out of oatmeal, which was not hot. When I went back for more at 8:45 it was empty. I asked the kitchen if there was more coming out and she said “breakfast ends at 10 so we’re not making more.” Bad answer and bad breakfast food management.

Conveniently located just off I95 for a night’s rest. Surprisingly, a decent breakfast and good coffee! I don’t usually like hotel breakfast. This was the exception. Hot food was fresh!
