This property has easy access from 101. The staff at the front desk is amazing, he really makes you feel care for. The rooms are unbelievable clean, I'm kind of picky about it and my room was impecable. Mine had a microwave and fridge, the bed was nice and comfortable. I always leave a tip for the housekeeper, they have a hard job and deserve it. Overall a great experience, definitely will come back

Quiet place. Parking right in front of room. All ground floor. Spacious room and bathroom. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ESPN for Monday Night Football. I don’t even have that at home!! If heading north, the 101 on ramp is just a block or 2 away.

Great check-in and friendly service. The outdoor ice maker is a little iffy given the location and all the dirt lots that surround the hotel. There were several small fruit flies (or similar) that were all over my room, but I do not think there is a pest issue, they were just escaping the heat on an extremely hot weekend. For the price, I feel that this hotel is worth it. Anything over $125/night I would maybe consider something else.

My complaints with the motel are that the products used to clean the room had way too strong of a smell lingering in the room. You should try to find scent free. Also, the noise from the adjoining rooms was loud and went on late into the night. These reasons are why I wouldn't refer anyone to stay there and I would never come back.

We checked in - clerk wasn’t friendly. Right after checking in, we found several stains all over the mattress. I have pix. One looks like a blood stain. Stains on the wall. We decided no way we could stay here and chose to just drive another 3 hours to our next destination. Contacted hotels.com and they said they would contact the hotel. We did not want another room - this place is gross and in a seedy area. Hotels.com was useless and basically said tough luck - they don’t stand behind their curated hotel list. so, we are out of the money we spent on this hotel which hurts. Never using hotels.com again. Don’t stay here.

We stayed there for one night and everything was fine except for the strong fragrance inside. After enduring the cold and opening the window for ventilation for an hour, it was still very strong and uncomfortable (physiologically).

The beds were comfortable for me and my family. However, the water temperature in the shower would turn temperature from cold to hot and would not stay the same which I thought was bad because I had to wash my toddler and she was upset about showering in cold water.

The owner was incredibly nice! Loved the energy and hospitality. Our only issue was that the walls are super thin :/ You can hear people talking and moving. It also didn’t help that the windows were also thin, because you can hear all the cars and people outside your window. It’s ok for a quick stop and wanting to rest. For the price it’s doable. The place was clean, it smelled like cleaning supplies as you walk in. I only spotted a spot on the bed sheet but that was it. Again, for the price it’s reasonable. We just spent one night here on our way up the coast and it was reasonable.

Room was modern and attractive. I have two beefs: (1) the convenient desk and chair had no electrical outlets available, (2) The way the shower stall is designed, you can't turn on the shower from outside the stall. You have to step in and stand in front of it, thus enduring some cold water until the shower warms up. Also, there are some slippery spots on the shower stall floor.

It’s a small hotel. Rooms are small but clean and updated. Didn’t find an iron or ironing board and no closet; but there were 3 hangers on a hook on the wall so i was able to steam my clothes. The bed was comfortable Area was quiet I would stay here again

First let me say the room looked freshly renovated. Two things stand out though. The base of the bed is sheet metal. If you stand at the end to get something from the bed you kick the metal. Second, there is no where to hang clothes. it was quiet and the aircon worked great.

Too noisy. Room on the main street so car noise all the time. Could hear next room talking, walking, water running. Inadequate window shades for bright street lights. Needed black out curtains. Over-perfumed cleaning products masking slight odor of urine/mold by fridge. No parking at the room I was given....had to carry heavy boxes a distance. Other rooms may not have these problems. Room was clean with fresh paint and very nice bathroom fixtures. No table for doing work. Had to stand at the dresser to work.

Kudos to management! Inn has been completely remodeled in good taste. Bed was very comfortable-alittle on the firm side which is perfect for me.Walk-in shower very nice. New laminate flooring. Quiet area located at end of Spring st. -easy access to 101 and close to downtown. Smart and Final store is down the street for groceries. Highly recommended-was allowed to checkin early-thank you.

We arrived at the exact time two others arrived and yet it did not take 5 minutes to get into our room. Later they provided an iron to get us ready for a wedding. At night, when we arrived, the electricity was out in the immediate area and the owner/manager was in the parking lot with a flashlight to help us get into our room!!! That was unexpected! Only negatives: 1) smell of cleaning liquids was a bit overwhelming when we opened the door. (we had to keep door open a while & run A/C. When we came back 5 hours later.... no notice 2) Bed skirt is one of those thin metal ones. Very noisy if you hit it with your feet or luggage. Not a problem when sleeping. Area looks a bit sketchy but did not feel threatened by any means. We both said upon leaving we felt like we found a hidden gem in Paso. BTW - great little Mexican bakery down the street for breakfast.

Nick at the front desk was awesome. Warm, friendly, smooth check-in. Flawless service. Spotless room. Made us feel like family! Management was taking care of all of our requests, before we could make the request ourselves. 5-Star service, highly recommend.

If there is any review you listen to let it be this one!!!! First thing I notice was the room was dirty. There were hairs on the bathroom floor and stains on the room floor. The AC didn’t work, the room was hot and musty but we didn’t complain, my husband and I decided to take showers to cool off. AFTER OUR SHOWERS WHILE STILL NAKED, THE MAN WHO CHECKED US IN WALKED IN ON US NAKED WITHOUT SO MUCH AS KNOCKING ON THE DOOR. We had the door lock activated as I already had a bad feeling about the place, but there was no deadbolt and the chain lock removed. We shouted at the man to close the door and after he did we began packing our things. He called our room asking us to stay and offered a $50 discount. We declined and went to the office. As we walked in my husband noticed a smirk on his face and we demand a full refund. He still kept trying to convince us to stay and repeatedly said sorry. But nothing was going to make us feel comfortable there again. We weren’t even there an hour.

We arroved at 9:30 at night, and was told that they had "forgotten" to clean the room. We were told we could come back after 10 pm and it would be cleaned. There was no TV in the 2nd room, but had wires sticking out. Staff was dismissive. I hardly ever write bad reviews, but this stay was not good.

It was a 1 night stay in a great location on the North end of town as we were visiting friends in San Miguel. We had room 14 on the street and didn't hear any traffic. Very clean, the bed was comfortable, a nice workspace, and the bathroom was the best we've ever seen in a small Motor Lodge. A fine place to stay, we would do it again.

Friendly welcome. It was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom and newly installed excellent shower. Right at the far end of town, a couple of miles from downtown.

The owner or manager and his wife are phenomenal. Quiet neighborhood, renovated rooms, good location (on and off the 101). Typically the cheapest hotel in Paso, but good quality.

We arrived at the exact time two others arrived and yet it did not take 5 minutes to get into our room. Later they provided an iron to get us ready for a wedding. At night, when we arrived, the electricity was out in the immediate area and the owner/manager was in the parking lot with a flashlight to help us get into our room!!! That was unexpected! Only negatives: 1) smell of cleaning liquids was a bit overwhelming when we opened the door. (we had to keep door open a while & run A/C. When we came back 5 hours later.... no notice 2) Bed skirt is one of those thin metal ones. Very noisy if you hit it with your feet or luggage. Not a problem when sleeping. Area looks a bit sketchy but did not feel threatened by any means. We both said upon leaving we felt like we found a hidden gem in Paso. BTW - great little Mexican bakery down the street for breakfast.

Area was nice. Only complaints were the thin walls, I could hear my neighbors conversations and even them flush the toilet. Other complaint was the water pressure in our room was very little. We were with a few other people and their water pressure was really good, so it might have just been our room. There is a taco truck behind the hotel we loved eating at, so if you do stay try it out. Loved how spacious the room was, beds were ok. I will stay there again. Parking is a little difficult, not many spaces but there is parking on the street.

Room was clean, nicely decorated, well equipped, and well maintained. Smelled nice upon arrival. Staff was courteous and helpful. Walls are a little thin but it isn’t unusual to hear sounds from neighboring rooms wherever you go. a Mexican food truck was located next door that served great food.

The property is very clean and updated. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Air conditioning worked nicely since it was so hot outside. Close to several dining options and retail stores. I would stay again.

Just what we were looking for for an overnight stop while passing through. Good bed and pillows, proprietor was welcoming. Lots of good places to eat in downtown Paso Robles, just a 5 min drive away. Nothing fancy, just quiet, clean, comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Kudos to management! Inn has been completely remodeled in good taste. Bed was very comfortable-alittle on the firm side which is perfect for me.Walk-in shower very nice. New laminate flooring. Quiet area located at end of Spring st. -easy access to 101 and close to downtown. Smart and Final store is down the street for groceries. Highly recommended-was allowed to checkin early-thank you.
