Woolworths next door and services club with excellent chinese food, next door to woolworths. Rooms and fittings in excellent condition and some units have undercover parking. Air conditioning quietly coped with 40 degree heat outside. Nothing disliked.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean but the place is shabby. At the entry the garden bed was full of dead weeds and cigarette butts. Tiles at the entry needed a clean. The bedside reading lamp was loose from the wall! Bathroom towels were grey and well worn but worst was a personal dislike of mine- hair on the base of the shower stall.

The staff were friendly and it was in a great spot but the walls are too thin and we had people next door checking in at 10.30pm that were so noisy until midnight. We could hear everything. They had 2 little kids that were slamming doors being very loud and banging on the wall

Extremely disappointing late night check-in process! Had booked online, sent a detailed message to hotel to text the room number to our mobile as we arriving 10pm. Tried calling direct also, no answer and no response from hotel. Once arrived, as no instruction given, grabbed a key from the box, only to be woken and annoyingly disturbed through the night with other guests & hotel staff needed to check the key/was for another guest/very annoyed!!! Hotel needs to improve late night check in procedure, as booking via Expedia, WE EXPECT a smooth late night check in process. Called hotel next morning, they deny any calls/messages/secure Expedia requests were ever received: AGAIN do not list with Expedia and charge me extra $20 if you do not deliver what is expected in your hotel check in description! Very disappointed, will tell other travellers not to stay as we cannot rely on late night arrivals being processed correctly, and sadly we will not return.
