They don’t bring any clean towel or Throw trash each day. I asked for clean towels and never got any. I had to gather my own trash and take it to the house keepers

I can't speak to other guests' experiences, but unfortunately, our stay was not pleasant. The air conditioning in the common areas, including the pool area, was not working. Staff informed us that it had been out of service for about a week. As a result, the indoor spaces were extremely hot and humid, making them very uncomfortable to use. The most concerning issue was a water leak coming from the ceiling in our bathroom. We reported it immediately, but were told that maintenance was out of town and that there were no available rooms to move us to, so we would simply have to wait until it could be addressed in the morning. It also appeared that there was only one staff member on site handling check-ins, phone calls, and guest requests. The employee was clearly doing their best, but they seemed overwhelmed. On multiple occasions, we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to receive assistance. Overall, the lack of functioning air conditioning, the unresolved maintenance issue in our room, and the limited staffing significantly impacted our experience.

1st room reeked of smoke. Got moved to another room, it was ok. Bathroom sink was very slow to drain, carpet was coming up at edges, pillows were horrible

Great staff, clean rooms. Overall great

Parking not great but was very comfortable. Breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast.
