Elevator out of order, hassle taking and bringing our items. A little outdated but the beds were so comfy. AC unit wouldn’t cool the room, but I’m always cold so it was good for me…not for hot natured.

Room was very spacious and good quality for the price. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. Pool was decent, hot tub wasnt working but i didnt book the hotel for the hot tub so it didnt matter. Exercise room was small and a lot of the work out equipment was broken and couldnt be used. And that was a bummer. But i woukd definitely stay here again.

There was a sharp metal piece sticking out from the bottom of the mattress. The power cord for the treadmill had been cut so it was inoperable. The front desk was shown pictures of these items.

Room was dirty, hair and food and dirt under the foldout couch and behind it as well as behind the chair. Hot tub was cold, staff said owner refused to fix it. But staff failed to mention it not working when I checked in and asked if the pool amd hot tub were open. Foldout couch had stains on the mattress. No extra bedding in the room, had to wait 25 minutes at the front to get it.

The only good things were relative cleanliness and the people who work there were nice. Everything else was marginal at best. The hot tub is out of order and full of green water. The whole hotel is run down / poor maintenance...loose shower drain, light fixture fell off the wall, very low water pressure, rusty fixtures, fuel/oil all over the parking area, etc. I would not stay here again.

The only thing was that the pool and spa both were really cold water. Other than that everything was good.

The hot tub was closed and the pool did not look clean, the Staff was not present at check in, did not answer the phone, and after about 15 min. of standing around in the lobby they finally showed up to check us in, without any kind of apology. The ice machines did not work either. Very very bad attitude from staff.

Good stay but no swimming after dark since there was no light out there also hot tub was broken.

Overall not a bad place at all.... shame that the pool was closed due to waiting on the county to get approval

Carpet and room smell needs more effort

The motel was decent, and well located. That said, it was actually difficult to find, with a massive sign on the main street with the hotel sitting on the side street. At the hotel, first thing I noticed in my room was at the TV was on. Also, the bed looked a little bit disheveled. It was almost like somebody had been in there before I got there. There was also a couple of pieces of paper on the floor like it hadn’t been vacuumed. In the bathroom, there was a hole in the wall from the door handle. There was also “stuff” on the bathroom walls. Additionally, the walls in the main room were pretty dirty, looking like somebody had walked up them in their shoes, and nobody bothered to clean them. The last really negative thing, was the drapes. The blackout drapes, had holes throughout the field. somebody had taken the time to put duct tape and packing tape on them, but of course that doesn’t hold on material. Fortunately, I had a safety pin in my suitcase I used to pull some of the torn pieces together to block some of the light coming in at night. The good thing was the bed. It was pretty comfortable.

Very bad cleaning service. The entrance all the time, dirty. I have visited twice and twice this is always dirty.

Overall, dirty room. Shower floor looked like it was not clean for weeks, carpet did not seem vacuumed and board bed, night stands were so dusty. Furniture room was very poorly, drawers on dresser would not close. And we came across a scorpion during our second night, it was in the ceiling, I got up to look for my cell charger and I spot it. So thankful that for a random reason I was able to prevent something major from happening that night.

Got to the hotell at 3ish and the check in was fast and quick. Get to the room and was not cleaned, bed was not made trash in the restroom and peed stains all over the toilet. Called front desk, and he said to give the housekeeper 20 minutes to clean up. When we came back to the room trash was thrown bed was just fixed no lien was changed and the pilow was still on the side of the bed on floor. Bathroom was still dirty with pee on floor and back of toliet. I called the front desk to be told he had the head housekeeper do a walk theough and was taken care, but they had other stuff like weddings and rooms to be cleaned and they we short staffed. I was livid i had to go get cleaning supplies and new sheets and blankets for us to stay in a dirty room. After paying 130.00 for a horrible room.

DIRTY AND RUN DOWN

The room was not cleaned properly. Dirty counters and tops of dresser & nightstands. Dirty socks, McDonald’s cheeseburger wrappers left around the bed. The mini shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles were USED and should have been thrown out after each rental. Shower has mildew buildup and looks like it’s rarely cleaned. I only hope sheets were changed out!!! We checked in late and went straight to bed and left early the next morning so we didn’t think too much until we got back that evening. Front desk said they couldn’t give me a discount or comp is anything due to us paying in full prior to checkout which is ridiculous. Not impressed and quite grossed out with the condition of this place.

We liked the way our rooms bed were seperated by the bathroom. The King bed was nice.

First room, the toilet didnt flush. We were promptly moved to another room. In the second room, the TV didn't work. HVAC controls are confusing.

The doors to the units slam and echo through the entire hallway. At 1 am it is miserable.

Our room was great. Nice and large for a family of 4. Every thing was clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay.

Worst lighting I’ve ever had in a hotel room. One lamp on the ceiling (which kept flickering) and a desk lamp. No end tables and no chair for the desk. All this in the ‘suite.’ Overall, was clean, but I’d try another option if I was staying in the area again.

Always a safe and affordable bet. Have been here 4-5 times now. Key cards rarely work the first few tries, wiggle the reader and it helps sometimes. Medium firm beds, spacious rooms, quiet, and plenty of options for breakfast.

It was amazing staying here, but the A/C’s need a little bit of TLC

Internet is sketchy at best, thin walls so you hear everyone next to you. Needs upgrades

I loved the room, the queen beds had their own separate space! We are elderly I had access to a/c and tv off. We both slept better. Only complaint was my pillow were a bit hard. Otherwise I will be asking for this room again.

Staff is always great. I stay with you every 8 weeks. But this trip the tv was awful bad signal. And the wifi did not work

The young man at check-in was terrible. But, otherwise, the stay was good. I've stayed here before, but he was very unpleasant.

The only complaint I have is when I asked for towels they kept saying they didn’t have

This was one of the worse hotel experiences that we have had. We stayed two nights. The first night we came in, the hotel clerk who was a yiund gentlemen was a little impersonal. When we got in the room, there were only two bath towels. We had 3 in the hotel which was included on the reservation. The next morning 5/31 around 7am, I called the front desk to request an extra towel for our 3rd person and the clerk told me Inwould have to come down to get it. Our room was in the very back of the hotel so Inwould have to walk a ling distance with an injured knee to get it. I opted to drive since my car was near my room. When I got to the front desk I spoke with a yound lady with long dark hair and asked for the towel. She was also impersonal and condescending when servicing my need for a towel. She gave me an old, thin, and stained towel without explanation. I asked if I could get a regular towel and she stated that the laundry had not been done so there were no more towels. I asked if she could have the maid give us three towels when they clean the room and she said to make sure there is no sign on the door. I proceeded to communicate my displeasure of the service the hotel experience especailly with the towel situation. She got upset and stated that she did not understand why I was displeased with the service. She proceeded with showing me the pool towels and stating that I could have got those instead. At this point, I told her that this was not good customer s

Staff was exceptional. We’ll stay there again if in the area.

It appeared that hotel room #234wasn't completely ready for me to check in. There were no plastic cups or coffee cups in the room. There was only one bath towel. There was no notepad or pen in the room. There were 3 bottles of shampoo, no bottles of conditioner. I received a text after checking in, welcoming me and stating that if anything was needed to reply and it would be taken care of. I replied concerning no cups were in the room, and that I would like to have one more bath towel for shampooing my hair. I waited about 45 minutes, then went to the front desk. The same young man was there that had checked me in. He told me that he had seen my response. And??? No action on his part. He wasn't the most responsive when I checked in or to my request. I went out to get dinner. Upon my return I stopped again at the front desk and asked for a towel and cup or glass so I could at least brush my teeth. When I check out of a hotel, I usually leave a 'Thank You' on the pad in the room with a tip. No pad, no pen - no tip. The lady that checked me out was very friendly, professional, and courteous. I mentioned to her that the toilet seat in the bathroom of my room was loose and needed attention. She noted it immediately for the maintenance crew. The lady that was stocking the breakfast area was friendly as well. I will stay here again, as I usually do when my job brings me to town. Hopefully the young man that worked the desk in the evening will be more professional and attentive.

Minor issues with the tv and refrigerator were fixed immediately via cool new text reporting.

The property was new and very clean. It’s location is adjacent to an extremely busy, 4 lane road that is very congested.

A great overnight stay. Clean and safe location. Location is ideal .

Close to everything

Graf, tucked away in a neighborhood, but a block away from all of the new development, restaurants, etc. Great staff, definitely my go to win back in this area. Excellent price, tremendous value.

Very nice hotel. Check-in clerk was a little apathetic. Our room had 1 of each of towel, hand towel & wash cloth. Check-in clerk went for more, kindvof begrudgingly. Breakfast was good. Sausage, hash browns, eggs with cheese, etc. Bed was comfy. Overall, we were pleased.

It was a nice (somewhat average) place to stay. Reasonable accommodations for 5he price. Breakfast was very good. It had plenty of good, hot breakfast items: eggs, sausage, waffles.

This was for a business trip and everything was just fine. We enjoyed the breakfast.

This is a nice hotel & the room was really comfortable & clean. The breakfast, however was pretty awful. None of them are ever great, but this one was lacking enough food and coffee choices.

4/5 waffle maker did not work.

Nice hotel, decent breakfast

Rooms were very comfortable, especially the bed. Slept WAY better than I usually do when out of town. The hot breakfast was not very good -- no meat on Saturday, and was told there would be bacon on Sunday and ended up having sausage. The coffee in the room was good, the coffee at breakfast was very, very weak and tasteless. Additionally I was disappointed that early check-in was not available when I arrived an hour before check-in. They didn't even bother to check to see if my room was ready. Staff was friendly.
