The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. They had plant-based options which was pretty cool. I felt very comfortable bringing my four legged kids to the hotel and I think it’s great that they just charge a $100 sanitation fee which I feel is very reasonable. the staff was very friendly. I would say the only thing that I would ask is that they put one or two water bottles in the room other than that I think everything was great. The beds were definitely very comfortable.

Parking is a little strange upon arrival. The staff was nice and welcoming. Pros- comfortable and the room had a small kitchenette and plenty of towels. Breakfast was delicious. Cons- the room has no safe to put valuables. The room doesn’t have a full length mirror or a telescopic mirror for the ladies. There needs to be clear sign in the lobby pointing towards the elevators.

Hello, I arrived and there was no running water or internet service. I was there on business and was given a unit that was literally under construction. The unit smelled like sausage from the breakfast in the morning. Honestly I’m so grossed out. I want my money back!

The property is beautiful, upon entering, we were hit by a very pleasant relaxing scent, and a very nice woman welcoming us. It appears that the building has been remodeled recently. Our only complaint is that we were right next to the elevator, and the cleaning staff started early, and they were not the quietest bunch. Big shoutout to the check-in woman and the breakfast lady. We will be back.

My sister lives in Imperial and she invite us to celebrate New Year’s Eve. We decided to stay in a hotel for the night since we have two 4 year old girls. The hotel is located in the most convenient location. Is next to the only mall in town which has lots of retail stores and restaurants. There are two Marriott hotels next to each other and the parking is convenient as well as the location next to a free way. The place is quiet and they love dogs! This is a great place if you are visiting Rl Centro for a day or two.

Nice overnight stay on return from a trip to Mexico. Good food choices nearby. Hotel is getting remodeled. Room are very comfortable. Check in receptionist was very friendly andnn no professional. Snack shop is a nice touch and the breakfast was better than most.

Our stay was very nice and we had a free room upgrade. The only negative issue was that someone left cigarette ashes in the bathroom sink when we first arrived to our room. Otherwise the rooms were very clean and the room was quite and very comfortable with nice amenities.

Very nice and friendly staff. The thermostat in the room did not seem to work. The room was a little cold but the thermostat said 75 (which I don't believe is accurate because at home I keep mine at 72). I changed the temp to 76 and it seemed to make no difference. Other than that, my stay was fine.

Really liked that the rooms are very spacious and I would definitely want to go back. Good spread of breakfast selections. The only problem we came across was at Checkout. The female manager and staff were very unprofessional with their male guests having sexual, vulgar conversations with them. Assuming that we can’t understand them in Spanish or maybe that we wouldn’t care. My husband brought it to her attention and she sucked her teeth in disrespect. He asked for Corporate’s number and she gave him the wrong number of course. Don’t worry I found it Celia. 😉

Room was nice good size, large. Bed was beat up a little uncomfortable like a fat man sat on the edge for the night. The free breakfast was not so good. The egg sandwich was microwaved kind of slimy, got a bowl of Cheerios the next day poor a limy milk in it almost lost it
