Spacious room, clean bathroom, sofa upholstery in poor condition, helpful girl at front desk in evenings. Breakfast had mold on bread, not enough eggs, food dropped on floor still there the next morning. Hotel.com sent email from this hotel saying parking was free on 4/1 but I was charged $12/day at checkout. I noticed this later and hotel would not refund. Doesn’t matter how late you get there or early you leave, they charge every day.

I chose the hotel because it offers a shuttle, but my flights turned out to be outside of the shuttle schedule. I appreciate the offer to refund my Uber ride, which I haven't seen yet, but it was disappointing to hear that the shuttles have limited windows.

Booked this hotel since they had an airport shuttle that I registered for at checkout. I got up early to get to shuttle but shuttle never came. Needed to wake up other party at 5sm to drive me to airport. Also wanted to go in pool and it was filthy. The skimmer was not on and there was debris on top and bottom. I used the long pile with net to clean a small area so that I could dip my feet. Felt really gross, but I didn’t want it to upset my stay. The room was beautiful but the no shuttle in am was awful.

Fantastic place to stay near the airport. Great laundry room, decent gym, coffee available 24/7 and very friendly staff. Microwave and full-size fridge is a big bonus.

Stayed here because it is very close to the airport and we had an early flight. Quiet property in business district. There is a beach park very close. Great place to catch the sunset! Only complaint, Expedia cites shuttle start time is 4:00 AM. However, the shuttle starts at 6:00 AM on weekends. Chose the place based on shuttle, ended up getting a Lyft, which added 25$ cost.

We truly enjoyed staying at this property. This was the end of our holidays and we loved how relaxing, quiet and clean this hotel was. We loved the free breakfast (delicious), free laundry, free airport transfer and free pool. Stephanie at the front desk was wonderful as well. Friendly, kind and helpful….she was happy to answer all of our questions and helped us with everything we needed. We are already planning a trip back and would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff was very unfriendly, when we checked in to our room, it wasn’t cleaned up at all, went back to the front desk, without any apology for our inconvenience we got keys to different room, which was cleaned up, but there were leftovers in the microwave. The shower barely had hot water and also wasn’t clean (there were some hair on the wall).

The first room that was provided to us was not cleaned the second room that they provided to us. When we walked in. It smelled musty, and it was very hot. The AC red, 74, even though the AC thermostat indicated it was a 65 for The settings. The Room continue to be hot until three A.M. when one of the workers brought me a fan because the thermostat did not go below 73. It was very hot the first night. The next day we told them our concerns

First the roon smelled like old dog pee, told the cleaninf ladies and they helped a lot and re cleaned, but at night it smelled awfull again plus it was too hot in the room. The manager offer me the change the roon to another floor, we were in a family group so I had to change floor with my husband at 11 pm with two slept babies nobody helped or offered a better room to compensate. At least they have laundry so thats good.

First noticed hallway to our room was littered with trash...all week...were out of hand towels all week ..found dirty clothes in one drawer...but worst was a plastic shower cap covering the smoke detector so someone previous could smoke...not at all what you expect at Hilton based on my experience as Hilton Honors member for many years

The room was very clean, the staff very nice and the breakfast excellent,the only thing that I didn't like was the pillows bed. Very soft. No support ,the staff was very nice and gave me two pillows and didn't work either, everything was amazing, I stay there again but with own pillow

Room was ok but the pillows were flat and the towels were cheap, left you wet after a shower. We were on the 4th floor. The elevator down button didn't work so we had to use the stairs to go down to 3rd floor and then take the elevator down or go up 1-2 floors and then ride it down. Told the desk attendant and he said he was aware. Breakfast food left alot to be desired.

I stayed at this hotel with my 2 kids and our room had 2 queen beds with a pullout couch. A decent sized kitchen stocked with plates cups and silverware with microwave, dishwasher and the fridge was huge for a hotel fridge. This was like our own little house. We would definitely stay here again especially since the hotel has an airport shuttle service so we didn’t need a ride to the airport.

There is a major infrastructure issue with this property.... the air conditioners in the individual rooms do not function properly and are not designed for the FL environments. The units are programmed do not go below 72 degrees - however, the units in the rooms, struggle to get to that 72 degrees, hovering around 74-75 degrees. We arrived to a room with a broken unit (which, when I brought to their attention, said give it some time, but then 3 hours later ended up needing to move rooms - this was really off putting) and moved to a room with a unit, which was functioning but it never actually got cold, just cool. Just left for two really crappy nights of sleep. Otherwise, the hotel and rooms were clean. The pool was lovely - however, it is in direct sun with no share, so water is very warm. Lots of towels. Breakfast was great - the breakfast attendant did an amazing job of making sure things were well stocked and clean. She was awesome! The staff was all pleasant. But with the issues with the AC, I would choose not to stay here again.

This is my 2nd time staying at thisn chain of Hilton, and it mirrored the last one. Terrible service all around. Their computers were down, no one could check in, no idea how long to wait so I checked in to another hotel nearby (that was actually also a Hilton hotel) that was cheaper, cleaner, more efficient,

We checked in perfectly fine however when we went out the next morning they disabled our key cards and went into our room because they had jn our system we were a no show. The front desk employee had a bit of an attitude trying to figure out what happened and asking is who checked us in. I didnt remember the name and she said we had to tell her or describe her so she could help us. It felt really ridiculous to have to go through that. The room also had ants in the kitchen area. I wouldnt stay at this location again.

I had requested a early shuttle. I had confirmed several times and they assured me that they would have him there. the night we checked in and mentioned it again to which the gentleman said he know nothing about that and that he might be there at 3:30. I said I have to have him there and he again said he might. then he said if he wasn't there that they would pay for a Uber. When we got up we called down there and there was a different worker and he proceeds to say he knows nothing about it and that the driver won't be there till 5. so we said that the guy when we checked in said that they would pay for an uber. and again he said he knows nothing. I was furious. I will never stay there again. no communication

I had a great stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is excellent—very close to the airport, which makes it perfect for dropping off your rental car and heading straight to the gates. Also conveniently near shops and restaurants. A special shoutout to Stephanie at the front desk—she was outstanding. Friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, she made check-in smooth and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this hotel for both short and extended stays!

The stay at homes 2 suites as very comfortable. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. I was overwhelmed and stressed due to my husband being in the hospital in critical care after heart surgery, the night desk clerk not only helped me calm down some she made sure I had complimentary waters and cookies. The room was comfortable and very clean. I have never had a bad experience staying at homes 2 suites.

The staff at this property went above and beyond to help us. We arrived way before checkin and our ro wasn't available yet. The front desk person saw how tired we were . She offered us breakfast and spoke with housekeeping to get us in a room as soon as she could. We was in a room within an hr. They offered shuttles to the mall as well as to the airport. Both drivers were so friendly. I would definitely return.

Not a lot of dining opportunities within walking distance especially with kids. Also, the airport shuttle doesn't start until 6 am which doesn't work out when you have a 7 am flight and need to be to the airport at 5 am.

Hotel check in was quick, room was spacious with kitchenette and pull out couch. Beds were comfortable enough for our 1 night stay. Whole hotel smelled a little musty (they did have signs up saying the carpets had just been cleaned). Our rooms air never turned off even when we turned it to off. Perhaps it was white noise to keep the highway sounds at bay but it was annoying. Pool is small and there was limited seating but it was clean and kids were happy. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Staff was nowhere to be found with front desk person continuing to go in back to get basic things refilled- coffee, utensils, plates etc… staff didn’t use gloves when refilling things. Selection of hot foods was VERY limited but cook yourself waffles were good and the premade breakfast sandwich was good. When we stay in the area again we’d pick a different spot for a few $ more.

This hotel impressed our family as it was very clean, the service was amazing, and the breakfast was great. They had a great atmosphere for us. They welcomed us with water bottles and apples. The room was huge and clean and for breakfast they had a wide variety and everything was very clean at breakfast and the food was fresh.
