We were in another building, about a five minute walk from the reception, but they helped us with the luggage. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was great. Would stay again.

The view from balcony is soOOO beautiful! Hotel is very kind to accept my request to upgrade the room to Superior Double Room with a lake view. Yes! It's worth the upgrade. Would recommend to stay in the main building. The free sauna is a great activity and we really enjoyed it at the end of the day. The reception guy (I think his name is Simon?) was super helpful and responsive on all our requests. Totally recommend to stay in this hotel!

Hotel was FABULOUS! I wasn't sure when I booked it, but so happy I did. Excellent location, exceptional staff, fantastic breakfast. Can't say enough nice things about this property! I had a room overlooking the lake.

Spacious room and good amenities. Could do with a kettle as tea was a free option.
