Room was clean and the staff very welcoming and nice.

Very friendly staff. Pleasant environment. Pet friendly. Pool was warm and open. Rooms were nice

Front desk was helpful in adding a couple more nights to our room assignment in a blizzard. Spacious bathroom layout. Mom enjoyed her stay.

We were paying an inflated rate due to being in town for a concert so every hotel hiked up their prices which honestly expected so not a huge issue however my issue is when the toilet in our room didn’t flush. We had to remove the lid to the bowl every time and do it manually. We called to the front desk to fix and they gave us a VERY temporary fix that I think lasted for one flush before we had to revert to taking off the lid of the bowl. This is not okay no matter how much we paid to stay there so considering how much we did pay makes it even worse!

We arrived just before 9pm, and My hubby asked if the pool was open, because his wife was really looking forward to it. I got there by 9:30 qnd I managed to do my usual 9 laps because I was the only one there. We both had a great nights sleep.
