Limited parking. Absolutely no pets allowed. I have a service dog but apparently I actually don’t according to them because I do not have an ADA DOG TAG. Never ever been turned down. The cleaning lady was so annoying about it that I just left but room isn’t even refundable so I went down the road to a nicer place. The hall smelled musty like it was damp. Don’t stay here.

The staff were great, very friendly and thoughtful. The pool was clean and ready for use. The room could have been a little cleaner although it wasn't horrible. The only thing that bothered me was the light musty smell when I arrived.

Awful experience. Booked through Expedia and when we got there found out the price was for 2 people not 4 even though 2 queen beds. So the hotel charged $50 more. Also the AC was off in the room they gave us and the hallways. It was literally 100 outside so that’s a great way to create humidity /mold in your rooms. Needless to say we left and because I booked through Expedia lost the $150 I put on the room. Worst experience ever don’t stay here.

When we got there at 3:00 the gentleman stated he tried to run our card that morning and it was declined. Walked into the room stale, damp smell. There were holes in the sheets and bedspread. Stains on the sheets and shower curtain. I wanted this room because of the jetted tub. It is a big tub and my husband was going to be able to get in it. But it was nasty looking with multiple patching and stains. Towels were extremely rough and tattered. We went and got dinner decided there was no way we would be able to sleep so we left. Also, you have a small parking area and have to climb stairs to get to the 2nd floor. I guess they did not have elevators. I have arthritis and could not do it. We knew from conversations checking in the manager was not going to cooperative so just left that night and emailed him. Of course he replied and gave his side and said no to a refund. At least they can use new sheets bedspreads and shower curtains. It was disgusting!!

This is a Ma and Pa operation run by a couple. It's basically a two person operation, they run the desk, clean the rooms, do the landscaping and clean pool. Its chief value is that it's quite inexpensive, but fairly bare bones, Very clean rooms. No decorations or art in the room. But it's comfortable, albeit dated. Very small bathroom (even in the "executive suite"). But the couple is very friendly, and caring, and tries very hard. They want their customers to be satisfied So, if you're on a budget, and having a short stay, good choice on Anastasia Beach, practically next-door to a very nice park with a boardwalk that gives beach access.

The property is located near the beach and it’s very nice. The rooms are comfortable with comfortable beds. But, The rooms aren’t soundproof and you can hear what’s happening next door. We asked for extra towels and front desk declined to give me a couple. He said they are only to be used at the pool and suggested to drive to the beach supply store a few blocks away to buy beach towels. Also, when we arrived he asked me to park my motorcycle in front of my car, because, there was limited parking available. The parking area was not even half way fool during the day and night.

We left. The bedspreads had blood stains on them. The manager was a very nice lady & was nice to work with but the property is very old & dated & the property owners haven’t done anything to improve it. It had a drug deals go down here vibe. Overall really creepy, felt unsafe & the hallway was hot & unairconditioned. The managers are trying but they don’t have much with which to work. Hard pass.

The covers, towels, and carpets were not clean and they have huge stains and scorch that was probably because of smoking. The bathroom is not clean. There is no enough soap or shampoo. Even if we have enough of it, their quality is no good! The only thing that is good about the hotel is its location. Except for the location, unfortunately, it is a mess and a waste of money (really!). The people at the registration were helpful, smiling, and friendly. This comment is not about them but the hotel's conditions.

Misrepresented on the pricing and the room was not cleaned very well at all. The comforter was stained and the walls were very dirty. They also only gave you one coffee pack per day even though two people or more stayed in the room. It was very low class, not worth the price at all.

You get what you pay for. The price was great. The room was bare bones as expected but out of the 2 outlets in the room, one had something broken off in it and was unusable. The bathtub had no plug. There were stains on the walls and there was a water bottle left behind one of the beds. Our room door barely shut properly without being slammed. But again all in all it was safe and cheap and in a decently convenient location.

Easy to get to, looks like the photos. About a 5 mins walk from boardwalk, then another 15 mins to the beach. Towels in the room were very small, thin and had stains on them. Coffee maker in the room and excellent AC. Car park was very close to room, and check in/ out process was very quick. Very comfortable beds.

Huge stain on our ceiling that should definitely be taken care of. No separation between toilet and shower. ( Maybe it was a handicapped room). We did sleep well.

The entire room including the Beds are old & outdated. Beds were noisy just to roll over in. One of the bedspreads was stained & needs replacing as well. There was also a smell in the hallways & our room. Not sure if it was a musty odor or a spray they use? We would not recommend but it was the only thing with vacancy under $200 a night.

At 3:30 when we arrived at the property the office was closed. We had to call numbers posted on the door for someone to come and help us, at first no one answered the calls, after a few tries someone picked up the phone. In total we waited over 25 mins for a person to come check us in.

The hotel needs a different receptionist whoever she is. Maybe she is the owner or an employee. I do not know. The lady is totally unprepared for the position. Rude and unpleasant. I will never come back to this hotel under this administration. There are better options around.

We booked online through Expedia when arriving we were told we were being charged an additional $25 for our 13 year old son even though we reserved two queen beds and put 2 adults and 1 child on our online reservation then we were told their rules included No Visitors even though that was not included on the online reservation and we were there to visit with our son who is in the military then when we trued to cancel our room they refused to refund our money!!!!
