Wunderbares Hotel mitten im Zentrum des einheimischen Lebens in Singapur. Direkter Zugang in die Bugis Junction Mall mit MRT Station. Typisch für Singapur spielt sich das meiste Leben in den klimatisierten Shoppingzentren ab. Dort gibt es auch unglaublich viele Läden zum Essen. Von kleinen Ständen mit ChowMi Dumplings bis zum Haute Cuisine Restaurant. Besonders ist hierbei in Bugis, dass kaum Touristen vor Ort sind. Somit auch unverfälschte Küche. Durch den direkten MRT Anschluss ist man auch schnell an den sonstigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer im Historischen Teil war sehr groß und mit einem wunderbaren KingSize Bett. Das Bad mit großer Tropendusche und zusätzlicher Badewanne. Alles in guten Pflegezustand. Unglaublich ist das Frühstücksbüffet, das nicht nur die gängigen europäischen Geschmäcker abdeckt, sondern eine breite Auswahl chinesischer und indischer Frühstücksküche bereithält. Besonders zuvorkommend war die Möglichkeit, bei Ankunft vor dem eigentlichen CheckIn Zeitpunkt sich im GymBereich frisch machen zu dürfen. Ebenso bei der späten Abreise nochmal. Danke dafür! Wenn wir nochmals nach Singapur reisen, dann definitiv wieder ins InterConti an Bugis!

I recommend to book executive rroom which you can use lounge where you can enjoy all Ala Carte food at breakfast. Normal restaurant at 1st floor is too crowded. Simple but good swimming pool is excellent

Well located to Bugis Junction for MRT and shopping. Hotel was pleasant but not outstanding. Foyer is small, some service doorways showing damage, breakfast ok but crowded. Eat early as some food tended to run out later in the service. Two cappuccinos S$34 in the lounge on ground floor is too high given competition nearby. Pool area is adequate but small with limited sun lounges. Our room required access through several doors and had a number of steps - always a challenge with luggage. Staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. So overall, not the best Intercontinental but ok.

We always like Intercontinental. However, this time, we encountered a very toxic chemical smelt in the morning before the check-out. It's like the whole room is soaked in the super glue or even worse. I pointed this out at the counter, and they apologized and explained that there might be some maintenance or construction. I would have expected some more professional response--at least, an official explanation for what my family had taken in the morning. Besides this, the facility and the restaurant are of a regular quality level.

The location is super convenient to shopping and eating. The hotel is very nice and decor is spectacular. The only downside is the water is at a set temp and just feel hot and not like other hotels that you can take a nice photo bath. I never found this situation in any hotels that I have been in Asia. Overall I ha d wonderful stay at the hotel and will come back again and recommend any one who has not tried.

Intercontinental Singapore is a lovely hotel . The Lounge Lobby lovely to eat or have a drink . The breakfast is one of the best. The room however we were put in which was in the heritage wing had not been used for a very long time. The mini bar empty and not turned on . The curtains had trouble opening then . Floor boards had deep scratches on them . The reception phone not working. Also long walk from reception. I’ve stayed in a classic room before in this hotel and there is no comparison. Was disappointed in the room for the money paid.

Breakfast was included and there was a fantastic variety to choose from and tasted great. We were in the heritage side of the hotel, which was a bit dated but we did love the space the room provided.

Lovely lobby, but the place is looking tired. For a high-rated hotel, it doesn't have smart tvs - therefore we couldn't sign in to any streaming services - stuck with the dreadful offerings on terrestrial tv. So that was a shame. Noticed little things slipping over the years. Very happy there were finally some plant-based options for breakfast! thank you!!! Still a lovely hotel though.

The hotel is a walkable distance from Bugi MRT station. The bedrooms are very comfortable and quiet, however our bedroom location necessitated a long walk after exiting the lift, down stairs with heavy bags, and along long worn old carpeted corridors which were quite shabby. The breakfast was world class, probably the biggest spread of breakfast food I have ever seen. Likewise the evening buffet was brilliant

The Intercontinental is my favorite hotel no matter where I’m visiting in the World. The Intercontinental in Singapore was excellent. From our check in to the end of our stay, our experience exceeded our expectations. This exceptional hotel is because of its staff. We’ve stayed here a number of times. It’s a beautiful property in a very convenient location. The staff are excellent, the restaurant is great and the hotel has direct access to a shopping centre and the MRT. This is one of our preferred hotels in Singapore.
