We were there only for the one night since we were flying out the next morning. Picked this location since it was by the airport and allowed us to leave our vehicle there for the 2 weeks were we’re gone, for a nominal fee. Shuttle driver service was prompt, professional and quick. Only negative was the morning we left our room,the halls and common areas were extremely hot. It appeared the HVAC has gone out during the night. The staff was making the best out of an unfortunate mechanical malfunction.

Everything was great about this hotel with the exception of the pool. The pool was not clean, had tons of things floating in it and was just not good to access. Another mother and child came out as my husband and I were looking at it and once they saw it, they turned around and went back inside of the hotel.

Gianna was AWESOME! She made me feel very welcomed when I checked in and provided excellent service. Give her a RAISE! :) The food at the hotel was very tasty, but a bit pricey and there aren’t any restaurant options available conveniently nearby. I found a fast food option 5 minuets away in a not-so-safe looking neighborhood. The hotel is an excellent choice for transient stays and I really liked their gym facilities.

Was shocked at the condition of my room since the reviews were so good. Mold/crusty dirt along shower door, water damage at shower light, mold spots along upper shower tile. All that and the bed frame was not attached to anything, so it made noise against the wall with every movement. Only positive is the mates was comfortable. We’ll never stay here again. Have stayed in many HG hotels, this was the worst.

A/C only worked intermittently during the night, turned it down to 65 but still hot and humid. Bathroom sink low flow and stopper not working. Needs new shower head. No extra blanket in closet. Lobby bathroom doors sticking. This is an older location and needs more than cosmetic updates.

TV/Wifi down both days of our stay, and we werent informed at time of check in we only discovered when we had settled in, showered and got comfortable that none of the basic amenities were available. When i asked about it, no updates or explanation was given and i was made to feel odd that i wanted those amenties in my room. The gal who checked us in was awesome! The hotel was as clean as can be however it is an older place so some aging/wear. I was shocked how quiet the rooms were being so close to the airport. Down side, the doors on the rooms slam so hard they shake the headboards. It is impossible to sleep in once guests begin to exit their rooms.

I chose this hotel based on the reviews. My major complaint was that I booked a king bed a week to 10 days in advance of my trip. On arrival I was given a double Queen. When I expressed my disappointment and provided my reservation information, I was told that a King room was first come first serve and that there were none left.

The shower in the room had no hot water despite letting it run for about over thirty minutes. I called the front desk and the person at the front desk insisted that the boilers were all working. Inferring that maybe it was because I was on the 10th floor. When I told her that I had been running the shower for over 30 minutes and was still running it, she told me that the maintenance person would not be in for another hour or so. I asked for another room to take a shower as I couldn’t wait that long. Her response was curt and short. I had to checkout without showering so as not to be late for my purpose in Phoenix.

I stayed for one night prior to flying out the next day. They offer a service to park your car for $10/day. The front desk staff was very friendly and even though my flight was delayed, I was able to rearrange my airport shuttle time to accommodate. However, when I arrived back to airport and called for the shuttle back to the hotel, they told me he would be there within 15 minutes and I waited for over an hour despite my calling a 2nd time to inquire again. There was another person waiting for the shuttle as well. I would have gotten an Uber if I had known the shuttle would take so long as I had already arrived 3 hours later than expected due to a flight delay. Other than that, my stay was great. I did not have time to utilize other amenities but they do charge for breakfast.

It was a nice hotel especially for a short stay. Walls are kind of thin and you can hear chatter and doors slam when others are leaving their rooms nearby. Also, the area near the Phoenix airport is not great and there are a lot of transients roaming around at all times so you have to be careful.

Place as place is ok Bad area Close to the airport, so you expect kind of things that happen like in airport area but …….not here First terrible front desk person Tia or Tai If you flight is early morning or over night, forgot it that you can have shuttle - as I was informed that hotel can’t find driver 😏 for night shift (I can suggest to pay more for the night shift) Then I was informed with BIG attitude that this service is complimentary only So get uber I guess or walk or just stay with different place On the top of that Forgot that you will get sleep yo like 1-2am So much noice from starting airplanes This is just my own experience, but definitely will NOT stay in this hotel again O yeeee Get ready to pay for parking your car as well when you stay
