Property is well maintained, and the water dispensors and snack vending machines are good facilities to have. Concierge service is also professional. However, dining choices are limited and Uber Eats or other food delivery services are not able to deliver to the main front door of the hotel. The breakfast omelette station is also understaffed - a table service should be offered or a vibration device used instead of queuing at the station. During busy times, the breakfast items are are not replenished fast enough and there were items which were unavailable. At the swimming pool, there was a huge puddle of cold stagnating water which everyone has to walk into before entering the pool, please fix this. Also, please also attach a large notice if possible to request people do not take photos or film in the swimming pool to prevent voyeurs! On the free shuttle service is very punctual and regular but it will be helpful if the service could start slightly earlier than 9am. It will be helpful to make an announcement before the bus depart to request adults to be polite and give seats to young children and disabled passengers. Hotel maintenance staff should also check the shower screen seals as water seem to be leaking through them into the floor. A night light would be useful in family rooms.

Lovely hotel. Well kept. Nice little (warm) swimming pool. Slight issue with air con in room (wouldn’t go cold - but we didn’t ask to be fixed). Great shuttle to Disney (free!) and to train station (same place as Disney) l. Breakfast is amazing, dinner/food very nice but quite expensive (about 18 quid for a pizza). Make sure you sign up for Raddison Rewards before you go - gets you 10% off food and drink.

Handy location for Disney and secure parking. Considering a four star, the corridors are littered with room service meals that haven’t been collected. The pool is nice once you are in, but again no towels provided, changing rooms not the best, and the approach is filthy. Hotels.com members were not offered the promised 20% of dining etc.

Impossible de monter un café en chambre. Le personnel est pas très acceuillant. L’espace bien-être est deguelasse, bruyant. Pas de peignoir, chaussons à disposition. Vi bodde fire netter på dette hotellet. Ligger fint til ift kjøpesenterområdet ved val d europe og eurodisney. Fint med shuttelbuss til og fra parken. Vi er skuffet over det kostet 20 euro og parkere hver natt, samt at spa anlegget var en skuffelse. Det var ikke mulig å dusje i anlegget og folk badet uten å ha gjort dette. Hotellet fremstår noe slitt, og kunne med fordel vært pusset opp.

Vi havde en virkelig skuffende oplevelse på hotellet. Det virker ikke i orden, at I beskriver hotellet på en måde, der slet ikke stemmer overens med virkeligheden. Horrible stay. The bathroom had mold in the tiles and the water would come out of the faucets boiling hot and take 5 minutes to cool down. The service lady did not clean our room despite us being out all day and returning at night. The only good part of the stay was the breakfast (which was an additional cost). Overall, would not stay here again. 2/5 stay.

On arriving, our room had old tissues and empty toothpaste tube left on floor, and old sandwich in fridge. Once reported to staff was removed. Just made me feel the room had not been cleaned sufficiently after the orevious guests. Other than that the staff, facilities were good and we would stay again. The free shuttle bus to Disney was always ontime and was a godsend.

The receptionist does not speak English. Long queue at check-in. Daily cleaning was missing even though I had requested it for the room – every day there were no towels and no coffee/tea in the room. The place is generally worn. Sweet head waiter at the breakfast buffet and the shuttle bus service was really good. The phone in the room didn’t work, so I had to go down and speak to the receptionist face to face every time something was missing.

Praktisk beliggende hotell i forhold til besøk Disney land hvor det går buss hver halvtime til og fra parken uten ekstra kostnad. Bra frokost og ok room service. Betjeningen på hotellet var langt over snittet i alle ledd. Renholdet var dessverre dårlig som trekker mye ned, samt litt gammel standard og noe støy. Vi bodde på suite.

Had a suite. Few items were not up to scratch. Sliding door didn’t work at all, no plugs for kettle or coffee machine so had to place on floor. Didn’t restock coffee or tea. Sink didn’t drain. Lots of dirt under the sofa bed. Toilets older and stained too. Other than that comfortable large room.

Das Hotel soll 4 Sterne haben dazu folgendes, die Tür schließt nicht der Techniker der Hotels kam sprach kein Englisch anstatt den schnapper der Tür zu ölen schraubte er am schnapper der Zarge Rum. Von 40 TV Programmen gingen 5 und davon nur 3 dlüssig, den Fernseher mit Tablet verbinden geht nicht obwohl es angeboten wird auf Nachfrage kam der nicht englischsprechende Techniker wieder ohne Schraubenzieher aber mit einem elektronischen was auch immer , mit dem Ergebnis das es nach 5 min immernoch nicht ging. In der Dusche funktionierte der Duschkopf nur begrenzt die Wasser Einstellung war ein glücksspiel und richtet sich danach wie hoch oder tief man den Brausekopf hielt. Alles in allem die Leute waren nett und stets bemüht aber 4 Sterne zu viel in die Jahre gekommen ist freundlich ausgedrückt und eine Sanierung wäre ratsam.

The stay was lovely and reception and restaurant staff at dinner time, however at lunch time at bar, the staff were rude when I asked if I could modify a dish for my 1yr old. They told me to go elsewhere for other options as couldn’t just give me avocado - I was shocked as the hotel staff been so attentive otherwise! The hotel isn’t child friendly when it comes to food.

Great hotel for visiting Disney parks, the shuttle bus is available every half hour all day and take your right to the Disney entrance. You can also get the train from there straight into paris for sight seeing! Perfect location for both! The hotel was super clean and the breakfast was excellent! All staff were very friendly and ententive. We would definitely stay here again.

The property itself is fine. Clean and a little run down but overall fine. Breakfast is WAY overpriced but it’s your only option if you don’t have a car so beware. Pool is SMALL. But here is the issue. The concierge is a complete jerk. Always rude and disrespectful. He constantly contradicts whatever the rest of the front staff said. It was so bad that I canceled our next reservation there. Also the bar is way understaffed. I actually heard someone complain and there answer was “then leave!” There are better places to stay. We are currently at KI Space and it’s beautiful ( yes still far away from everything but everyone is pleasant and the hotel is new)

All was great. Except for an experience when a front desk employee did not behave well with us. My young crying children were locked in alone at night in the room and he was not helpful in getting me in promptly. Rest all other staff interactions and experience of the stay was wonderful.

I got food poisoning, which ruined most of my day with the family at Disneyland. Other than that, only 1 of 3 lifts where operational, the food bath to enter the pool was disgusting and full of rubbish, no bath stopper so no bath for our youngest.

We LOVED the swimming pool! Staff was lovely and made us feel welcome. The room is nice, it's not brand new and obviously, guests have previously stayed so it shows. Bedding is very comfortable with 2 different pillows to accomodate most people, there's tea, coffee and hot chocolate as well as 2 packets of biscuits for us to enjoy! (mustard & poppy seeds) Bathroom was clean, water is slow to drain in toilets & sinks but there's even a clothes hanging line which is handy! We'd have loved towels to be handed out at the swimming pool to avoid using the two that were in our rooms though. Showers would be nice too - there's showering facility in disabled booth only. We tried the restaurant: had a kid's menu & a soup. The kid's meal was tasty, quantity was perfect, with a choice of mustard, ketchup & mayo for the chips. The soup on the other hand... far too salty and I didn't recognise the taste of squash. Couldn't finish it but didn't want to make a fuss. I'd have splashed on a dessert to make up for it but it wasn't offered. Nevermind. (also, the kid's coloured pencils can be sharpened but lovely attention) We got the free bus to Disneyland at 09.30am which was fine but had to wait 30min the night before despite the hours showing a 7pm departure - didn't arrive until 7.12pm). Overall a good stay and we would definitely come back should we have the opportunity.

Lots of improvement needed at this establishment. We stayed here over the holiday season while visiting Disney. On arrival our room had been setup for a family (we were a couple), with literature for the previous guest left in the room. We also arrived to an empty bottle of champagne and glasses outside our room on arrival, this added to confusion. We thought we had been given the wrong room or another guest had already checked into the room. The empty champagne and glasses were not collect until the following evening. Reception were adamant that the room was ours, so sent someone to fix. The room had not been cleaned to a high standard and lots of long dark hair was found all over the room. I wouldn’t go as far to say that the room was “dirty” just very untidy and obviously hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly from the previous guests. The biggest let down from the whole stay was breakfast. The team were not allergen trained and were very confused about Gluten and what foods contained gluten. They had an allergy system in place but I was told to ignore it, as everything had already been cross contaminated, completely contradicting their system and making it very unsafe for people with allergies. I did try to provide this feed back at breakfast… I hope it was passed on. This place is great base to stay while visiting Disney but it is DEFINITELY NOT a place to stay for a holiday or a relaxing retreat. If you have any food allergies, bring your own food with you, it is not safe!
