Clean, Front Desk staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good except i wish they would change the daily spread and have more variety

While the room was neatly arranged, there was a persistent, old musty smell that was quite bothersome throughout my stay. Furthermore, communication with the reception was extremely difficult. Even with the help of a translator, I struggled to communicate in both English and Korean, making it hard to receive proper service. Despite being a hotel in a globally recognized city catering to international guests, I am leaving with the impression that the staff is not yet prepared for seamless communication.
