This hotel has a fabulous mcm vibe. The decor is beautiful and the staff are very helpful and attentive. Will definitely stay here again. The showers could be improved as the rainshower directly from the middle of the shower ceiling was less than ideal, with very little water pressure. We were here for a weekend event “The Globetrot” put on by Allen Stone. It was so much fun! The Analog music venue in this hotel is top notch with nightly live music. Could not have asked for a better weekend.

The property was nice, the staff was friendly, but if you park in the garage, it’s very difficult to find the check-in area. It was a maze to get through the hotel back to the front. Recommendation is to park in the front of the hotel check in and then park. Other downside is that parking is very expensive at the hotel.

The Hutton is nicely decorated and the rooms are updated/being updated. I enjoyed drinks at the bar in Evelyn's restaurant the Tuna Tartare was very good. I also went to the Analog Bar for the live entertainment that was outstanding

Excellent staff -everyone was so wonderful! Great gym - best hotel gym I have seen in years. Nice original amenities on offer. Perfect location for Vanderbilt and downtown Nashville locations. Special shoutout for the front desk staff, checking in and overnight, and the valet parking guys. You’re all wonderful!

Our first room was filthy, they moved us and it was slightly better. No ice machines working on any floor, we had to go to the front desk to get ice. The restaurant and bar were closed and had we known, we’d have stayed elsewhere. The lobby was lovely with live music daily. Overall, the rooms felt dirty and I’m not sure what the ‘destination fee’ is for, as no amenities were available. The valet staff was wonderful, however. Will come back once the hotel is updated.

Beautiful hotel, super clean, comfy beds, staff was fantastic. Husband and I stayed for a long weeked and then I stayed a few extra nights for a conference. I have never stayed in a hotel that was this clean! No dust, no icky carpet edges, everything was clean. Conference side of the hotel is nearly unnoticable from the hotel/room side. Conference areas were just as clean and food was excellent. Live music each day in the lobby was lovely, along with a bartender. Parlour Doughnuts just up the street was a neat place with plenty of other dining options that were all within walking distance. We also enjoyed Scouts Pub, The Row, HiFi Clyde's, Tailgate Brewery and more. Scooters everywhere made longer walks easy or an uber/lyft to downtown. Vanderbilt is just a few blocks away too.

Sheets were not clean--found blood on the comforter cover and sheet after getting into bed--housekeeping did change sheets on request the next morning. Bathrooms in lobby had terrible odor. Front lobby had such an extreme deodorizer smell it made you think they were covering up a bad smell. Water containers in lobby were constantly empty.

Property was well designed. However, I booked a ‘premium’ room that was supposed to have skyline views and be above the 11th floor. Unfortunately, they are doing a ‘refresh’ and my room had the size but not these things. The staff didn’t seem like it was a big deal and blew it off, and while true, it’s advertised this way on their website and Expedia and costs more. Housekeeping was inconsistent and you had to wait on hold for over 5 minutes to ask for fresh towels or other amenities that were not refreshed. Housekeeping also tried to enter the room even though my privacy light was on. Rooms could be cleaner.

Old, outdated and overpriced. Zero amenities in room, including coffee but to get a cup down stairs it’s $5. Parking is $55. Our first room had hair on the bed, so they very graciously offered to upgrade us. This was after the first person who answered the said “I’m sure it’s fine, it probably they housekeepers .” The second room was bigger but still unclean. The top duvet cover was torn, the shower only offered the rain shower head, and was an extremely small, so very hard for a female, who didn’t want to get their hair wet to navigate. The room was HOT seemed to just get worse as the weekend went on. The outside hallway light did not work so it was a dark walk to our room. They did offer free bottles of water! The room was dated, torn carpet, chipped paint. dust in the creases. You are about a $8 Uber ride to Broadway.

I was very disappointed at all. Started at checking me in was not friendly. Did not smile, acted like I was a pain in her. Yes, then on then on to the next day. It was not any better when you tried to get service of any kind. They charge you for everything and and I with friends that stayed in the room with me. And it was just horrible the whole experience from the staff service , Room was not very clean, didn't look like it was vacuumed. One of the beds had stains on the pillowcases. and I I won't be back and I will not. Refer refer anybody to this hotel

The rooms look nice online but when you get inside it’s definitely not as nice. The toilet and shower barley worked. The handle to turn the shower on came off when we went to turn it on & our toilet barley flushed. The bed was comfortable but the room was old and looked like the hotel tried to “cover up” the old look with some paint. I wouldn’t Recommend this property. There are much better options for that same price range in that area.

Was greeted by valet. Very nice. Wanted to self park however made more sense to valet for overnight. Was welcomed by Ashley at the front desk. Very sweet and kind. The room was great. Unfortunately, the first night was a little rough- the hot water was not working and had to take a cold - lukewarm shower. On any other day it would have been ok but after a long day of moving my son into college a nice hot shower would have been nice:) when I attempted to tell the reception the following day she seemed to be having a not so good day bc she didn’t smile or say “we apologize for the inconvenience” the hot water was fixed that morning! So all good. The beds are great, pillows great, internet fantastic, room clean and comfortable. Staff always greeted me. So overall I will come back. Great hotel. Convenient.

The main issue I had with the room was the translucent glass wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom. I am very light sensitive. As soon as my husband got up to shower & turned on the bathroom lights it woke me up as though a flashlight was aimed at my face. I don’t understand why a hotel sets up the bathroom that way as I’m sure some people do choose to sleep while their partner uses the bathroom. Also it took an inordinate amount of time to get the water in the sink to get hot. I hate to waste water. The shower temp was also more difficult to regulate than need be.

Property was very clean and updated! Only complaint is the air conditioner and the tapping sounds it made everytime it turned on. Some night I could not sleep cause of this. Other than that, my stay was delightful.

Check in was quick and easy, and the staff were all super nice and helpful. The hotel is nicely appointed and we loved the decor. There was lots of hallway noise at all hours and the street noise kept us awake all night. The room itself was nice however, it was stuffy. We adjusted the temperature several times but it didn't help.

I originally booked a king bed room and received a room with two queen beds upon check in. When I brought this up to the front desk, I was very polite and said I did not mind the two queen beds, but since those rooms are cheaper I would just like the difference to be returned to my card. I was not given that option and instead was moved to a room with a king bed. However, I would not be able to move rooms until the next day at 3pm instead of right away, giving me less than 24 hours in that new room. The second room was out of tissues, some staining on the bathroom wall, and the shelf in the shower had screws falling out and missing. Both mine and my partners cards were charged for different amounts for unknown reasons. When I brought this up to the staff, they originally told me they could not do anything since I booked on the hotels.com app (I’ve never had this issue with any other hotel booked with this app), and then told me that it would be refunded (it has not). It’s been 4 days since I brought this issue to attention and have had little to no response and still have a large and unknown charge to my card, also with little sense of urgency. It has been very difficult and upsetting trying to get this resolved, and overall I did not have a good experience despite me being very understanding and patient.

We arrived to Hutton in Nashville at 12:30am. Upon arriving we’re told that the needed to transfer to their sister hotel which we had to walk to our pay our own fair to. Upon arriving at the sister hotel they told us we are ere to check out Sunday because that’s all they were getting reimbursed for. I paid for upgraded views and the amenities at the Hutton hotel and did not receive that.

Don't stay here. The hotel is fine, but after you paid they hit your credit card with surprise made up charges. $100 in my case. It's a skimming system they have and I'm sure they most often get away with it. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Nice hotel. Rooms are fairly small though. Biggest issue was really just the location. Not that it's in a bad area, but we spent alot in Uber fees to get everywhere we wanted to go. Was about a 30 minute walk to downtown Broadway. Wish we would've spent the extra money to stay downtown.

This hotel is so lovely all around. It is very hip in its design. The staff are all wonderful and friendly. The location is close enough to lower Broadway (but not in the middle of the chaos). It is about a 15 minute walk away or an easy Uber/Lyft ride. It is also very close to a lot of restaurants and things to see and do in the music row area. Vanderbilt University is also just a tad north of here.

Came to Nashville for the first time to celebrate my mom’s birthday and decided to stay at Hutton Hotel based on reviews. Check in was impeccable! we were greeted by Bri (like the cheese without the E) who was amazing and gave us the run down of the hotel, provided complimentary waters, and let us know about the free live music happening that night at Analog (event venue in the hotel). Room was nice and it was cleaned up every morning with fresh towels. Our stay was almost perfect. The only downfall was the cocktail hour visit at Evelyn’s. It was around 4pm on Saturday 4/27, wasn’t busy at the restaurant but it was a half full bar, I’d say about 8-10 people. The bartender on duty was a woman with purple hair. She did not acknowledge me and my mother for about 10 minutes. She greeted a couple people who came in after us and served them drinks. I had to literally flag her down to order two drinks and two appetizers. After that she tended to everyone else except my mother and I. So much so, we didn’t even get our tab from her. I had to ask a bar back for the ticket to pay because she never acknowledged again. I’d hate to say it, but it seems we were racially profiled. I would have loved to given this place a 10/10 review, because the hotel and front desk staff was great. But the bartender really ruined it for us.
