We did not enjoy our stay at the hotel. Although the listing mentions a gym, pool, spa…unless you booked with Hilton, you need to pay for access. We booked with Expedia and they tried to charge us to use the gym and sauna. They were not accommodating for access to sauna a little earlier as we were flying out that day but they give access to flight crews staying at the hotel. Our room smelled musty and although they apologized and changed our room the entire experience was annoying. Hotel is clean but the decor is dated. Would definitely try a different hotel next time.

They had a great Buffet for both Dinner and Breakfast. We just stayed overnight so we didn't get to try Lunch. The menu offered everything from standard western food (Hamburgers and Scrambled Eggs) to authentic Japanese food choices. Like everywhere in Japan, the hotel was neat and clean, along with our room, and the customer service was excellent. It also offered free bus service to Narita airport. I recommend it highly.

Enttäuschend und unverständlich für ein Hilton: die Nutzung des Hotelpools ist für Hotelgäste zusätzlich kostenpflichtig! Bei der Buchung und beim Check-in wird zu keinem Zeitpunkt darauf hingewiesen aber beim Eingang zum Pool sollen Hotelgäste zusätzlich zahlen, nur das Gym ist inbegriffen, das Schwimmen nicht. Für eine Hotelkette wie Hilton absolut nicht akzeptabel und das Personal blieb dazu stur, unfreundlich und beharrte auf der "Hotel Policy" - daher nie wieder.

Great Hotel and Staff. Location is close to airport and town, hotel also offers shuttles to both. Breakfast buffet, Room service and Sushi restaurant were all top notch! Spa was amazing and hotel has a 7/11 for any last minute needs.

great for an overnight stay when arriving or departing Japan at Narita airport. good shuttle service from the airport and train station. nice gym and indoor swimming pool. Naritasan Omote Sando and Naritasan Shinshoji-Temple are walkable from the train station and a worthwhile visit if you have a few extra hours.

Old property that could really use some updating. Entire hotel smells old and stale and our room smelled musty and smoky despite running the air purifier on high. Air conditioning was old fashioned with a dial control for high or low and was only adequate at lowest setting. The room was clean despite the smell. Airport shuttle was convenient and easy.

I only stayed here one night, as I was just passing through Tokyo, but the bed was comfy which is what I needed after a 13 hour flight. The staff was great and checked me in quickly so I could rest. My room was spacious and peaceful and very clean. I would stay here again if I needed to stay close to the airport as they provide a free shuttle to and from the airport. Overall a short, nice and comfortable stay.

For a airport hotel, its near enough to be easy to travel to the airport, but far enough away not to hear a lot of noise. If you have an early flight, dont bother with breakfast as it does not start service until 6.30am. The hotel is a little old looking and is in need of an overhaul as the decor is very 80's.

The property is aging, but it's kept in immaculate condition by true Japanese standards. My room was spacious with a huge, comfortable queen bed and a big bathroom. The only downside was the shower. It's a bit complicated to figure out how to regulate the temperature. It kept alternating from scalding to freezing until I found the sweet spot. Definitely needs updating. The other inconvenience was accessing Netflix. The concierge had to send someone to my room twice to set it up, basically once every 24h. Other than these two minor things this hotel is great. It has a 7eleven konbini on site which is super convenient to grab a quick bite. Only one of the restaurants was opened during my stay, the one in the lobby. The food was very good. Also all staff at this property is super nice. Will most likely stay again!

A very convenient stay close to Narita Airport. A shuttle service from the airport to the hotel runs repeatedly and is well signed posted. The website for the Hilton informs you which bus stop to wait at from each terminal. Inside the bus/shuttle there is communication on where you are heading and which stop is coming up in English and Japanese. All this and the fantastic service at the Hilton was greatly appreciated after a long 10 hour flight.

El servicio no es algo que les importe. Primer que nada ofrecen shuttle desde el aeropuerto, pero a partir de cierto horario (9pm) ya no pasan seguido, además de que deja de pasar a las 10pm, así que tuvimos que pedir un taxi que cobró una cantidad exhorbitante por un trayecto de 10 minutos. Llegamos después de un viaje de 24h y al hacer check in pido que consulten mi número de Hilton honors para que me den el trato de gold status y el chico dice que no me pueden poner el número porque reservé por expedía. Le dije que no quiero los puntos, solo los beneficios de gold, y todavía dijo que no. Insistí, le hablaron al gerente en turno y me dijo que no. Lo peor fue que ni siquiera intentaron ayudar, lo otro peor fue que justo había hecho lo mismo un día antes de LAX y muchas otras veces más y si toman en cuenta el estatus. Tanto el gerente como el que me atendió me respondió con un tono pedante. Las habitaciones están viejas, huelen a humedad. Había moho en la cortina de baño, y moría de frío porque no pude controlar el AC. Lo único bueno es que hay un 7/11 en planta baja y puedes comprar fácil algo de cenar o agua. Muy mala experiencia.

Definately would stay at again. Hotel has a shuttle from the airport - the drivers put the luggage on for you under the bus while you get on. Once you find the location for the shuttle from the airport, it has a timetable written, and via QR code too. Reception staff are excellent!! They can also help you to organise a taxi if needed. I was not at the hotel long enough to enjoy the breakfast, bar or pool, but it sounded really good. Hotel has it's own 'conbini' inside (a 7-11). Very convenient. The hotel is not very far from the airport so is very good location wise if you have a very early start to the airport the next day. The room was quite large, and very comfortable. Each floor has an ice machine and cold filtered water. Very beautiful foyer as well - and some themed Halloween decorations for close to the end of October that was a lovely addition.

We love it that it is very convenient for a short stay and the shuttle service to the airport is a plus. The personnel at the restaurant (buffet) were not that attentive. Basically the only attention they did was when they seat us and after that never came back to the table for anything. Other than that we liked everything.

We stayed here so we could be close to Narita Airport as we had an early morning departure back to the U.S. The hotel is a bit remote, but there is a shuttle service that runs to the airport on a regular basis and another that runs to Narita Station, which is close to the old town area. The hotel itself is quite nice and large (even has a small 7-11 in case you are craving one last egg salad sandwich!). Airline crews use this for their overnight layovers.

This hotel is mostly used by transit passengers from the airport. As such it provides a reasonable room at a reasonable price. The only reason NOT to stay here is that it brings the usual low quality hotel dining to a new low. I have eaten here before and this time I choose the dinner buffet. While it was toward the end of the buffet schedule, they were still accepting diners. But they made no attempt to refill empty trays of food and most of the food looked like it had been left for hours and dried out and had to be scraped off the bottom of the pot with a fork. What was left was cold or tasteless. For the pleasure of this I paid $50 USA. I have never recommended avoiding a hotel due to bad food, but in this case I do.

Only stayed here the night before our departure from Japan. I booked it for the free airport shuttle service. They have both pickup and return which is very convenient for those arriving as well. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The food was delicious and there were so many options. With the option of a chef cooking your eggs in your desired style, which is always a plus for me. The check in process was very simple and the staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel is very nice and would stay here again.

Very grand hotel, clean spacious rooms (for japan) with comfy beds. The bathrooms could use some updating/renovating but its nothing that bothered us. The terrace restaurant is a cool place to hangout with a cocktail or eat dinner in the evening. You can watch the various flight departures at 'the terrace' as they have floor to ceiling windows facing one of the runways, which we thought was a nice touch.The staff were so courteous and kind to us as soon as we stepped into the lobby offering to take our bags. All the staff were really nice and hospitable which made us feel 'taken care of' and relaxed. Theres even a pool area, sauna, a 7-11 convenience store, other stores, fast Wifi and a complimentary shuttle bus service that takes you straight to the hotel entrance. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others who are travelling via Narita.

Wow this Hotel has so many beautiful views both outdoors & indoors it was a perfect stay. We enjoyed 5pm Happy Hour at the Bar-lounge, the garden view while having drinks was exceptional too. The dinner buffet was perfect & also an exceptional Japanese breakfast buffet! There was a Japanese conbini 7-Eleven beside the lobby & waiting area with plenty of drinks & snacks, and staff also makes helpful announcements prior to shuttle arrival.

Das Hotel ist über alles gesehen gut. Schadebwaren bei unserem Aufenthalt das japanische und chinesische Restaurant geschlossen. So hatte man leider nur die Möglichkeit ein Restaurant zu benutzen, dass Buffet, "Western style" á la carte, Bar und Frühstücksort in einem war. Ansonsten würde dem Hotel ein neuer Anstrich sicher gut tun. Für ein Flughafenhotel mit diesem Namen ist die Anbindung mit einem Sammelbus für 2 Hotels gleichzeitig jede Stunde eher dürftig.

I arrived very early in the morning having made a very long train transfer from Haneda airport. Checkin was easy, friendly and washed away the anxiety of a tough day’s travel. The room was exceptionally large, comfortable and ready for a weary traveller. As I was on a late flight out the next day, I had a slightly later checkout and spent the afternoon in the lobby lounge. Lunch was delicious and the wait went by effortlessly until I took the airport shuttle to the terminal. It was a wonderful end to eight days on Hokkaido

The American breakfast was not very good. Hilton needs to have an American chef train the cooks if they want to impress their guests.
