The Central Hotel Queenstown, A Naumi Chapter

La propiedad es excelente y tiene amenidades unicas, lo unico negativo es el servicio del hombre que llamamos (creo que era el assistant manager según la información en la recepción) que no nos explico nada sobre el lugar y que luego nos enteramos por una señorita muy amable que estaba mostrando el hotel a otros huespedes, incluso este hombre mientras utilizabamos las instalaciones de lavado nos quería culpar de una toallas desacomodadas (como si los huespedes les interesara desacomodar los artículos del hotel) eso provoco que cuando regresamos a Queenstown reservaramos en otro hotel, creo que el hotel debe cuidar quien da la cara a los huespedes

Great hotel with lovely staff and great breakfast.

What a great find! I loved staying at the central hotel as the staff were friendly. The amenities were great especially the spa and it was in a convenient location so it was easy to get to all the cafes and activities in town. The room was spacious and had a great view and I thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast.

The hotel was a great little find, very close to the centre of Queenstown & its beach. The staff were very helpful, we had a large room, with a comfy bed & powerful shower and a big bath. It was great that a continental breakfast was included, with good food options, nespresso coffee machine and choices of milk.. There were complimentary drinks and crisps in the room and you were able to help yourself to more from the fridges in the lounge room. The hotel also has a complimentary happy hour with drinks & cheeses etc which we didn’t go to as I thought it was a joke!! So don’t make my mistake!! Very pleased we chose this lovely small hotel. (The only suggestion we’d make is that the hotel could do with a bit of redecoration as we found our room colour a bit dark)..

Friendly, clean, very good accommodation, excellent breakfast and happy hour, short walk to the center of town. Highly recommended.
