Our stay was excellent. Karim looked after us very well and even conjured up a kettle and cups for our room so we could make ourselves a drink whenever we wanted and showed us the beautiful roof terrace where we could relax.The room was spotlesslyclean

Beautiful riad with gorgeous rooftop terrace to have some wine and relax. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. It was tricky to find this riad in the maze of the medina, but worth the search!

Amazing Riad, highly recommend! Lovely rooftop space, fantastic breakfast, comfortable room, however the staff were what really made our stay, right from the pre arranged airport pick up to printing our boarding passes, nothing was to much trouble for them, we hope to return in the near future

The service and food (breakfast and 3 course dinner) was especially good and exceptional value. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The riad is very clean and the room comfortable. Rooftop terrace was lovely at breakfast or to chill out after a long day out. Great location. Access was a bit daunting through the alleyway but got used to it after a few days.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt für mich und meine Freundin. Wir waren im Superior Zimmer Eau de Rose und es sah aus wie in 1001 Nacht. Die Dachterasse ist riesig und bietet allen Gästen genug Platz zur Erholung. Der große Platz ist auch nur 5min entfernt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten haben wir alle zu Fuß erreichen können. Man muss beachten, dass die Gassen dort sehr eng und klein sind. Am besten lädt man sich eine offline Google Wegbeschreibung herunter, um das Riad bei der Ankunft zu finden. Es ist sehr familiär dort, es waren ca 15 andere Gäste da. Morgens haben wir gemeinsam gefrühstückt und es wurde immer danach geschaut, dass es an nichts fehlt. Auch unser Wunsch auf der Dachterasse zu Frühstücken wurde sofort erfüllt. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank noch einmal an Mustafa. Er macht einen fantastischen Job. Er hat stehts ein offenes Ohr für die Gäste. Als wir eines Abends spät Nachhause kamen hat er uns einen Minztee gekocht und wir haben uns über 1 Stunde mit ihm unterhalten. Er hat uns sehr viel über die marrokanische Kultur erzählt und uns über den Ramadan aufgeklärt. Vielen Dank! Wir können dieses Riad jedem Empfehlen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Luis & Svenja

Lorsya is a beautiful riad just minutes away from the bustling souks but completely quiet, calm and peaceful. Our room was gorgeous and huge, with a mezzanine bedroom up a wooden staircase. The room was fairly dimly lit but that’s part of the vibe! The dinner when we arrived was delicious - beautifully spiced courgettes and aubergine starters and a wonderful tagine. The freshly squeezed orange juice, pancakes, made-to-order omelettes and honey at breakfast - which we ate up on the gorgeous roof terrace - were memorable. The people working there couldn’t do enough for us and were the loveliest people. Incredible value for such a beautiful and authentic place.

Eine Oase in der hektischen Bazarumgebung Marrakeschs. Die Dachterrasse bietet die Möglichkeit sich zwischen den Besichtigungen zu erholen und jederzeit die Sonne zu genießen. Ebenso wird auf Nachfrage das Frühstück oben serviert. Der beschriebene Pool ist leider sehr klein und wurde von niemanden genutzt. Die Lage des Riads ist sehr versteckt. Beim Ankommen benötigten wir einen Führer da wir trotz Internet Schwierigkeiten beim finden hatten.

１人で滞在しました。大広場北のスーク内のリヤドで地図には載っていないので見つけるのが非常に難しいので予め迎えを頼むか、チップを覚悟して誰かに訊く必要があると思います。（大体この辺かなと思い探しましたがひたすら迷いました）アクセスはよいです。 中は広めでテラスからの夕焼けがきれいでした。従業員はフレンドリーでした。かなり高齢？の猫がおりアレルギーがある人は避けた方がよいかもしれません。トイレがうまくできないのか２Ｆの廊下に○○○が落ちていましたのでそこだけ残念です。

En tant que femme voyageant seule, les gens du riad ont assuré ma sécurité en organisant les transferts entre l'aéroport et le riad, puis la gare de train. Ils ont rendu mon séjour exceptionnel par leur gentillesse et bienveillance. La place est d'une grande propreté, très tranquille et à 2 minutes du souk et de la place.

Ha sido el mejor hotel en el que he estado nunca, la amabilidad del personal es increíble. Una mención especial a: Amina, Khamissa, Safia, Karin y Yassine que nos han echo la estancia super familiar, tratándonos genial y haciéndonos sentir en casa. Las instalaciones están genial, el desayuno es increíble y es un lugar muy limpio. Sin duda vamos a volver a Marrakech y a este Riad. 100% recomendable

Overall, a clean Riad with a nice staff. My room was incredibly dark, even with every light on. It made for good sleeping, but that was it. I’m personally not a fan of a loft bedroom with the toilet downstairs. The location is not easy to get to and quite confusing through the Medina. I arranged my transportation through the Riad for arrival and departure knowing this and since I had a large suitcase with me. The arrival was seamless from the airport to the Riad. The departure was not. The manager stepped in to get me to a taxi when the porter did not show to transport me out to meet the taxi (to make the train). However, that taxi driver did not take me anywhere. This is not the fault of the Riad or manager, but had the original porter/taxi they hired showed up, I most likely would not have been in such a predicament.

This is a fantastic Riad. Quaint and comfortable room with wonderful service and breakfasts. It is hard to find and maps will struggle to help you. We found it very noisy at night with voices from the ground floor echoing through the building. Hard to sleep with this at 11pm both nights.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt für mich und meine Freundin. Wir waren im Superior Zimmer Eau de Rose und es sah aus wie in 1001 Nacht. Die Dachterasse ist riesig und bietet allen Gästen genug Platz zur Erholung. Der große Platz ist auch nur 5min entfernt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten haben wir alle zu Fuß erreichen können. Man muss beachten, dass die Gassen dort sehr eng und klein sind. Am besten lädt man sich eine offline Google Wegbeschreibung herunter, um das Riad bei der Ankunft zu finden. Es ist sehr familiär dort, es waren ca 15 andere Gäste da. Morgens haben wir gemeinsam gefrühstückt und es wurde immer danach geschaut, dass es an nichts fehlt. Auch unser Wunsch auf der Dachterasse zu Frühstücken wurde sofort erfüllt. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank noch einmal an Mustafa. Er macht einen fantastischen Job. Lorsya is a beautiful riad just minutes away from the bustling souks but completely quiet, calm and peaceful. Our room was gorgeous and huge, with a mezzanine bedroom up a wooden staircase. The room was fairly dimly lit but that’s part of the vibe! The dinner when we arrived was delicious - beautifully spiced courgettes and aubergine starters and a wonderful tagine. The freshly squeezed orange juice, pancakes, made-to-order omelettes and honey at breakfast - which we ate up on the gorgeous roof terrace - were memorable. The people working there couldn’t do enough for us and were the loveliest people. Incredible value for such a beautiful and authentic place.

So local! Yassine and staff ensured our check in and hospitalities were flawless! Definitely one of the best Riad in Marrakech. Their mint tea was the BEST despite trying out at different places. And they were just beside Hamman moussaine. Only thing to take note is figuring our how to get to the Riad. So do contact them for the directions.

Lovely Moroccan experience deep the in the heart of the Medina. We took the option of the hotel organising transport from the airport and I am glad we did. Our stay was excellent. Karim looked after us very well and even conjured up a kettle and cups for our room so we could make ourselves a drink whenever we wanted and showed us the beautiful roof terrace where we could relax.The room was spotlesslyclean

Amazing Riad, highly recommend! Lovely rooftop space, fantastic breakfast, comfortable room, however the staff were what really made our stay, right from the pre arranged airport pick up to printing our boarding passes, nothing was to much trouble for them, we hope to return in the near future

What a lovely Riad. The people that work here is both warm and helpful. You get the feeling like you are living inside someone's home. The medina can be hard to find the correct way, but Google maps is your friend

Ha sido el mejor hotel en el que he estado nunca, la amabilidad del personal es increíble. Una mención especial a: Amina, Khamissa, Safia, Karin y Yassine que nos han echo la estancia super familiar, tratándonos genial y haciéndonos sentir en casa. Las instalaciones están genial, el desayuno es increíble y es un lugar muy limpio. Sin duda vamos a volver a Marrakech y a este Riad. 100% recomendable

Disappointing. Traditional riad deep in the medina. Tired property in need of modernisation. incredibly difficult to find without guide via a maze of dimly lit alleys and passages. I can imagine it quite intimidating day or night for female travellers. The rooms are so dimly lit it was difficult to see. This not helped by dark the almost gothic decor of browns an dark plumb . Nice roof top, lovely breakfast. The woman who prepares breakfast and serves tea was really friendly and helpful. A strak contrast to other staff wbo appeared disorganised. We would not stay there again even at half the price.

１人で滞在しました。大広場北のスーク内のリヤドで地図には載っていないので見つけるのが非常に難しいので予め迎えを頼むか、チップを覚悟して誰かに訊く必要があると思います。（大体この辺かなと思い探しましたがひたすら迷いました）アクセスはよいです。 中は広めでテラスからの夕焼けがきれいでした。従業員はフレンドリーでした。かなり高齢？の猫がおりアレルギーがある人は避けた方がよいかもしれません。トイレがうまくできないのか２Ｆの廊下に○○○が落ちていましたのでそこだけ残念です。

Eine Oase in der hektischen Bazarumgebung Marrakeschs. Die Dachterrasse bietet die Möglichkeit sich zwischen den Besichtigungen zu erholen und jederzeit die Sonne zu genießen. Ebenso wird auf Nachfrage das Frühstück oben serviert. Der beschriebene Pool ist leider sehr klein und wurde von niemanden genutzt. Die Lage des Riads ist sehr versteckt. Beim Ankommen benötigten wir einen Führer da wir trotz Internet Schwierigkeiten beim finden hatten.

Our stay at Riad Lorsya was a dream. The property was beautiful and conveniently located in the medina. The breakfasts were excellent as was the dinner we enjoyed. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We would highly recommend Riad Lorsya to anyone visiting Marrakech.

The service and food (breakfast and 3 course dinner) was especially good and exceptional value. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The riad is very clean and the room comfortable. Lorsya is a beautiful riad just minutes away from the bustling souks but completely quiet, calm and peaceful. Our room was gorgeous and huge, with a mezzanine bedroom up a wooden staircase. The room was fairly dimly lit but that’s part of the vibe! The dinner when we arrived was delicious - beautifully spiced courgettes and aubergine starters and a wonderful tagine. The freshly squeezed orange juice, pancakes, made-to-order omelettes and honey at breakfast - which we ate up on the gorgeous roof terrace - were memorable. The people working there couldn’t do enough for us and were the loveliest people. Incredible value for such a beautiful and authentic place.

Ha sido el mejor hotel en el que he estado nunca, la amabilidad del personal es increíble. Una mención especial a: Amina, Khamissa, Safia, Karin y Yassine que nos han echo la estancia super familiar, tratándonos genial y haciéndonos sentir en casa. Las instalaciones están genial, el desayuno es increíble y es un lugar muy limpio. Sin duda vamos a volver a Marrakech y a este Riad. 100% recomendable

We had a wonderful stay. It's a different experience from a hotel and one that I preferred. The people who worked there went above and beyond to help us navigate Marrakech, arrange transportation and any activities, and were just flexible and hospitable. A very personalized experience. The property is so beautiful as well. I definitely recommend to anyone.

Best stay in the very central part of Marrakesh. Some difficulties to find the location, but with a superb personnel, beautiful bulding and amazing breakfast. The best food during our week in Morocko is served at the hotel. The very best value for price.

Excellent stay. The bed can be slightly improved as it felt slightly tilted, but I'm sure this can be fixed quickly. I recommend this place.

The place looks *so* much better in the photos on the website; in person, there is a huge difference. The small pools were very dirty and completely unmaintained. The bathroom was also poorly maintained—the toilet bowl actually wobbled whenever I sat down. The staff members were very pleasant, but the hotel is in dire need of extensive maintenance. Furthermore, actually finding the hotel inside the Medina was an absolute odyssey! The GPS seemed to get completely lost, and nobody in the area knew where the place was. I ended up wandering around in circles—tired and thirsty—for over 35 minutes. Honestly, it was all a bit of a hassle.
