I think this hotel is all about expectations - the rate for a 750 SQFT suite on a weekend was under $200/night, obviously that means the hotel is aged and not what you'd typically get with a Le Meridien branded hotel. To me, it's a better experience than what you'd get for a hotel in this same price range in its location. But do know that the rooms feel a bit dated, the hallways are definitely in need of a lot of TLC, and the elevator situation can be a pain during rush times. The staff is first class, parking is easy, and the location is good if trying to get to multiple locations in and around Dallas. Would stay again.

Pool was dirty and not heated. They should have email me about it. We were supposed to stay in Omni but because of the heated pool advertisement I cancelled the Omni because my child wants to swim coz it was just a retreat for us for thanksgiving. The stairs were locked so we need to wait for 1 elevator and took forever. No complimentary coffee or anything within the amenities. Our room was not bad but comparable to Omni booking we have almost the same price and the hotel smells.

Old property. Worn carpet. Poor paint condition. Parking lot in bad shape, and still have valet signs everywhere even though no valet service is offered. Beware of nickel and dime late charge for checking out at 12:00 instead of 11:00.

One of the elevators was not working properly. Ice machine was out of order and had to go to another floor. TV is sincerely outdated. Should be able to mirror from my phone to the tv. Online it just said parking included. It needs to state there is a fee for parking just like other hotels. It tells you what the fee is.

Only one elevator working, and "heated pool" was definitely not heated, was freezing cold. Pool area desparately needs work. Also small nit pick but TVs and tech definitely need a complete overhaul, but internet was free, and decent, got 180Mbit up and down on both phone and Laptop. Ok now the bad news is out of the way. Room was super clean and bed was perfect. Shower was heavenly tooo. Staff was professional and very kind, and felt very comfortable talking to them.

The place is great, it looks outdated but its clean. My only complaint is that they charge you for everything: parking, Internet and breakfast is not included but they have a restaurant. I have been to cheaper hotels that include these amenities for free.

The room and staff were great. Aside from the Galleria across the street, the area is run down. The pool was closed for the 3 days we were there. No hot tub.

- Pool is not heated and we were all shivering. - No microwaves in rooms. - Internet is free but the browser prompts you to agree to $13 charge on every device. Charges are removed but they should communicate in advance. - We had a lot of trouble with the television, A/V panel did not work, and remote did not work. - Parking is free but sometimes entry requires you take a ticket to pay, which is confusing. - Listing highlights room service and late night room service; both did not exist. Overall very nice hotel but some amenities not maintained and/or descriptions are not accurate.

When we checked in, the first room we were put in was completely filthy. There were dirty towels and trash all over the bathroom. The next room seemed fine until we had to call to follow up for the rollaway bed for our daughter. The phone was covered in makeup from a prior stay. After a good 45 mins they finally brought up the rollaway. The hotel overall has a nice lobby but the rest looks outdated. The room’s air conditioner barely cooled and the floors were uneven and lumpy.

Switched around to three different suites and each one had visible hair, etc. that was definitely not mine and shouldn’t have been where they were found, as well as other dirty/gross items, etc. No way to know if the bedding was actually washed…Big rooms, but dated w/ peeling paint, dirt/crumbs?, and hair. Remote control in first room was bad.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Check-in was simple however there should be more than one person during the peak check-in time. Rooms seemed clean until my kids walked on the carpet in their socks. I would say the room could use a deep carpet cleaning. Other than that, it was a good selection. Please clean that carpet.

The hotel needs some updating starting with the outside. The parking area was littered with garbage and the security rail looked like it never worked. It’s my understanding there was some type of Indian Event going on, so the hotel lobby has an odd food smell. The elevators smelled musky and the carpet was buckling up on the 10 floor everywhere, just remove it! Fall Hazard! The rooms were a nice size, not enough towels or face cloths in the room. Random hair all over the bathroom and the bed was not comfortable, but the pillows were good. The bed sounds like your getting up from a wood plat form, odd noise. The staff was nice and the bartender was great! I definitely wouldn’t stay here again for the price. Not worth it!

whole hotel smells musty. the carpet in the hallway was in disrepair. the size of the room was good but the whole suite is badly in need of an update from the peeling wall paper to the dated tile, to the bizarre work lamp over what I guess was a dining table or work space. the paper apology for the not so good entertainment system felt flat. the room was dark and the lighting available was inadequate and difficult to use. putting the shower gels on the side wall of an already cramped bath made it difficult to shower comfortably along with an ancient hard to adjust shower head. at first i was pleasantly surprised at how little I had paid for a suite with so much space but then I quickly understood why

We stayed on New Years Eve. I realixe it was "that" night, but the room next door was having a party with way too many guests in it. That's not the worst part, they had a DJ and the bass thumping (EXTREMLY loud) till 2:30. I called the front desk 3 separate times with security visiting, only for the party to re-engage within 15 minutes after they departed. Needless to say, my wife and I didn't get a comfortable nights sleep. My question is after the 3rd call, why was it allowed to continue??? loud) till 2:30. Hotel 9/10!!! Would def stay again. Only downfall was no microwave in the room and the TV was functioning a little weird but the room was clean, very spacious, comfortable and had a nice view of the city of Dallas.

Our room was not cleaned for two days. Even after we notified the front desk on the first day. Also, every day that we drove off the parking lot we had to ring the front desk to open the exit gate as they couldn't get our room key activated. The early morning we checked out there was nobody working at the front desk.

My car was stolen from this property, in broad day light. The gate that we all were paying for paid and secure parking lot just so happen to be “broken” and the area where my car was parked conveniently didn’t have cameras. The staff told me that I could speak with the General Manager. I have his contact number because I would like to discuss the matter, why the parking lot wasn’t more secured if the gate was “broken,” and how to prevent this in the future. I have called and the General Manager on a cell that was giving me and while he was at work (the staff I spoke to told me he was there), and he never answered the phone. He also never responded back to my voicemail. Not only have we stayed at this facility on multiple occasions, this trip we also encouraged 4 other couples to reside there with us. This General Manager didn’t have the decency to even give me a call back. I am more than furious and disappointed. I also was from out of town and had to inconvenience people just to help us get back home. I don’t know what I was expecting, but I expected more answers and a little more empathy. I will never stay here again and I will encourage anyone that I know to not stay here either.

We arrived to the hotel al 6:00 pm (when the check in is at 3:00pm), and the room wasn't ready. Kathy who was at the front desk treat us very disrespectfully and told us that our room wasn't available and she didn't know at what time we will be able to check in. Her attitude was completely arrogant, disrespectful, and not sorry at all for the situation, besides she was not doing any effort to get us a room. She even told me that it was my problem if I got upset. One of her coworkers helped me out and assigned us a room to stay. Next day I went to the front desk to speak with the manager, and Kathy told me that the manager didn't have a specific hour to enter and to leave the hotel. I waited for an hour and when I saw that the manager arrived, I went to speak with him and told him the whole situation, he took my complaint and helped us fix the situation.

The woman who checked me in was extremely rude and unfriendly, they were down to 1 elevator because the other one was broken, and all the ice machines were broken except for on floors 9 and 10, & I had to pay for parking even though we were paying guests at the hotel - it was very difficult to pay using the system the have so I had to sit at the closed gate with a line forming behind me while i set up an account to make my payment. The tv only half way worked and instead of typing up a list of channels that did work, they typed up a lettter saying that it doesnt work and that was it. I called the front desk at 10 AM asking for a late check out and was told they had reached their maximum for late check outs so she couldnt give one to me, and then the maids were trying to get in at 10:15 which was 45 minutes before check out even was. This was a huge disappointment, especaily since this used to be one of my favorite hotels.

The hotel is no longer what it used to be. Dings, and tape, and unpainted areas. The breakfast is good but lunch and dinner are a joke and lack basic culinary understanding. I got macrowaved stale French fries that I am almost sure came from a fast food place, the Shrimp came with a bland cereal (yes!) Instead of cheese curds. The chicked was soaked with sweet and sour right off the bottle.The front desk staff are great and helpful. The hotel owners need to revive it otherwise itll shrivel slowly and fade.

I stayed at this location three times. Every time I walk in the door, the look and smell of the building and gives luxury. Staff was friendly and professional; rooms are spacious and quiet. I also enjoyed the bar/restaurant. Everyone was so kind and attentive. I highly recommend the miso salmon.

Nickel and dimed at every corner, expected more for the price I paused for this stay. 40 dollars for parking, which I feel should have been included. The restaurant and lobby are very nice and comfortable but the food is overpriced. Breakfast is not included though it’s set up just like a self serve breakfast bar at any 3 star restaurant I’ve been to. Eggs bacon and cereal, really? The bowl of cereal costs 12 dollars, the coffee wasn’t even included. If you are going to make hotel guests pay for breakfast there should be a hostess there to greet us, not a self serve area like other hotels. Room amenities were very outdated, TVs did not have premium channels and were remarkably old, there was even a “sorry about the TV” note placed in the room! Which I thought was kind of sad. Also the phone didn’t even work, even though it was displayed prominently with a list of dial options. The restaurant staff were very nice though the service itself was quite slow, I guess they didn’t expect anyone to actually eat there. Front desk staff was very unwelcoming when compared to 3 star hotels I’ve stayed at as well.

This was a beautiful updated property close to shopping. I loved their beautiful breakfast buffet they offer and the restaurant and bar had delicious food. Great drinks and very friendly service. Mason is amazing at bartending and is so friendly and makes everyone feel welcome have great service while making amazing drinks. He can grow a crowd! Thank you!

Hotel was nice. Rooms were clean. I use to work as a housekeeper so I know what to looks for to see if they clean properly and it passed my inspections for sure. $75 hold on a card that wasn’t meant Jon but you get it back. Breakfast was $20 a person and wasn’t bad but not worth $20. Staff was friendly. Right next door to the Dallas galleria.

This hotel is (as the young kids say) a vibe! My wife and I stayed her for a weekend staycation and had a great time. The breakfast was great.
