We enjoyed the spinning wheel. It was clean, the staff were friendly. The sister hotel next door had very friendly staff as well. Our pool was being fixed and we were offered to go next door to the pool. The only thing I wish different was the breakfast selection, more variety.

Older hotel, but clean and comfortable. Nice, well kept, outdoor pool. It even has a swing set and picnic area available. Staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay again.

Never saw staff except at check in and check out. Breakfast was a couple rolls, oatmeal, coffee, juices, toast, and yogurt. Enough to get by. We were there for 3 days it was the same each day. There was black mold in the bathroom

Staff were friendly and helpful, we did have one problem, the first morning when we woke up we saw a roach crawling on the wall, told the woman at the front desk and she called exterminator and they sprayed that day, never saw anymore did see a dead spider a couple days later.

No Smoking, no pets is the first thing you see at the lobby door, which is good for me but my wife smokes. I’m deathly allergic to cats and glad there wasn’t any lingering hair or dander. Smoking was allowed outside the room and they told her to drag a chair out if needed. Everything was relatively clean, some of the nooks and crannies needed attention; especially, the A/C unit inside, gross. The carpet was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The stairs leading up and the stairwell area, walkway, along with the siding needs to be power washed. The entry door handle wasn’t in good shape and we had to have help opening it, clunky. The best part of the room was the mini-fridge and constant supply of hot water, it was hot from the moment we turned on the faucets. Plenty of towels but the pillows were like puffs of air, mushy. Considering the age of the place it could’ve easily been neglected but for the most part was in good shape. I wouldn’t say it is the worst my wife and I stayed at but not the Waldorf either. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they deserve top marks. We’d go back for sure.

You definitely get what you pay for. The beds were clean. And surfaces looked clean. The trash from last guest was in trash bin and the bathroom trash bin had no liner. Saw a baby cockroach in the bathroom. There was supposed to be continental breakfast, however there was a sign on the door that said their food delivery truck didn’t come that week. Stale cereal was the only option. The front desk people were nice and friendly. However, the night we arrived a lady in pajama pants was the first person we saw.

For the price of $40 for the nt, I can’t really complain. If there were things to address it would be the mold on the shower curtain was a bit much but had great pressure and it was hot. I didn’t take use of the breakfast but it had something and most smaller motels are not even offering it these days. I’d stay again for that price.

Horrible room. Idk who has been leaving reviews on here giving this place a good review but the floors were filthy looking. The bed linens had stuff all over tbem. Towels were stained. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. We stayed for 30 mins and booked another hotel.

We booked this because of all the great ratings, but the ratings stating the place had been updated, the conditions of the rooms were rated high and that the breakfasts were great must have been for some other place? Pretty plain breakfast, room smelled kinda stale and while the room was clean, the carpet was old and worn and I have stayed several other places in Branson that were more updated, better furnished and had some choices in the hot breakfast department. It wasn't terrible for the price, but lots of places with similar pricing are better in Branson.

Great location- the pillows were flat, desperately needed replaced. Told they did not have any extra, all out and property manager needed to order more. Some kind of water leak in our room that left carpet saturated- musty smell when entering. No resolution for either issue. Water pressure was great and abundance of hot water

You get what you pay for and I mean that in a great way. Cheap stay, nothing flashy and does the job. If you are a picky customer, go elsewhere as yeah, it's a bit musty and run down, but it served it's purpose and we'll definitely be back. Bed are very comfy!

It was ok for the price. I arrived a little after 10:00 pm and waited on someone to check me in for what felt like forever because I had just driven 6 hours and I was tired and concerned when no one showed up. The lobby wreaked of marijuana and I could only assume the staff was in an office smoking. When she finally showed up she apologized and told me she didn’t think I was going to show up. Really? I had just made a reservation as soon as I left the house 6 hours prior. Then it took another 15 minutes to get me a room. I was probably in their 30 minutes to check in and I was the only one there. The next morning on my way to check out there were homeless looking people sitting in the breezeway smoking. As many choices as there are in Branson, The Spinning Wheel will be my last choice. I’ll pay a little more for a different motel next time.

Property was clean but very dated. Staff was terrible. Front desk clerk was on his phone and ignored me at checkin and checkout. Cleaning crew came to clean my room at 8:20 in the morning and were pushing their broken and squeaky cart up and down the hall at 7. A few minor repairs on toilet and curtains were needed but with that staff good luck.

The a/c in our room was extremely loud even when the air wasn’t blowing, no hot water, coffee machine in room had mold in it, and when we would call staff or go to the office there was always sign saying they would be back shortly.

The hotel was nice and not over priced. Clean room, towels, soap, tv, fridg, comfy beds, standard Continental breakfast, easy parking, easy access, off main road so it was quiet. The one drawback was the size of the breakfast room. It was very small and only four small tables. If many people were to arrive at the same time, it would be a problem. Other than that, all good.

A very nice basic motel. Staff was friendly and helpful. It appears that the rooms have been updated relatively recently. The breakfast was very basic. The only hot food was biscuits and gravy. But not a problem for the price. Recommended
