Great room, large refrigerator, microwave, king bed, lots of storage, well lit parking lot, quiet.

The workers and manager was very nice when you can understand them but get in the room and immediately see roaches everywhere and bed bugs

The bathrooms need a real cleaning they're so dirty

Very dirty . Hair left in shower & molded shower curtain only to be replaced with a lesser molded one . Bedding had burn holes , room had a stench i couldn’t get rid of . I was horrified.

Had roaches all over in the room I was very uncomfortable

I have stayed here b4 in the past and I used to love it. After tonight if t think I will come back ever again. The floors look like it wasn't even swept let along mopped. The pillow cases are stained and the shower hasn't been cleaned. I shouldn't have to go buy products to clean a room I already paid for. I'm almost afraid to sleep in the bed!!!

I liked how the room looked like, but I didn’t found anything clean, I couldn’t sleep in this room unless I was so tired.

The room was nasty.The sheets were not clean.The walls had oil spots all over them.Fingerprints all over the windows.The mirrors were dirty.There was somebody else's stuff in the room.Roaches was crawling everywhere.Absolutely horrible wanna refund

Nothing special and clean enough

We booked a non-smoking room, but as soon as we walked in, we were hit with a strong, unpleasant odor. The bed had visible stains and looked like it had simply been remade without fresh linens. The shower was in poor condition, with parts falling apart, and the bathroom lights flickered constantly, making it feel even more uncomfortable. Overall, the room felt neglected and far below basic cleanliness standards.

The rooms look to be recently updated and it was a nice quiet stay

Check in was swift. I was puzzled about being charged $100 deposit for a NON SMOKING room. Place felt safe. Ac/heat unit had a shortage of some sort and would cut off, heat was needed in 28 degree weather.

Good stay but if you’re sensitive to sound the freeway is near by. Makes access convenient but as I have done for years, travel with ear plugs. Even in top end hotels I’ve stayed in I’ve needed ear plugs.

Hot water wasn’t working properly, and I found the front desk worker who took my service was rude when checking in …been here before but this time was better than last

The lady at check in was really nice. The door to the room had tape on the inside bc there was a gap between the frame and the door. The electrical outlet is missing the frame in the bathroom. Near the shower head the tile is cracked. Could hear the next door (111) people fighting and yelling all day the second day there. The first night around 12:30a, they were banging on the walls and using a drill for almost an hour. The worse thing was that housekeeping passed our room numerous times throughout the day and never once stopped to see if we needed anything, but the minute we left to go get food for lunch around 12:30p, they entered our room. We were only gone 20-30 mins if that. They gave us fresh towels and took the old ones, which we didn’t mind using. We had our electronics and other personal items out.

Property nears the end of a road such that there is almost no traffic. Sure, a few yard farther is a busy freeway running parallel, but they are not whizzing by directly in front of guests. Also, the back of the property has no street noise. There was less noise from other guests and such was of lower volume than one might expect from a "value" property such as s6. The property would benefit from some care, but I have seen so many more that cost more in far worse disrepair. Check in was a breeze. There was no third degree questioning and I was quickly given a key. Also, no scam deposit was requested, which I appreciate. There was a young housekeeping guy that was very helpful, and I appreciated his assistance when I had needs. Their were no "do not disturb" door markers and other guests created their own. I should have done similarly to avoid an unwanted entrance. The room was very small, with little room between the chair that sat beneath a television and small ledge that could be used as a makeshift desk, consistant with this teir of lodging. The bathroom was of surprisingly high quality. Just a shower without a bath, but a pretty good one, and the sink was perhaps a step up on much more expensive establishments. I was unbothered by the absence of a coffee maker, was thrilled with the full size fridge, and found the microwave servicable. I might have like drawers for gear, but the cubbies were also servicable.

A lot of what appeared to be extended stay workers present. Work boots and clothes all over the a/c units, by doors etc. There was a lot of in and out until the wee hours of the morning. They settled down or exhaustion took over, either way we finally slept. Rooms were remodeled and decent for the money. Though the air was heavily fragranced there was still a smell in the bathrooms that resembled cat urine.

The property is a little out dated but the renovations are decent.

Really fantastic people run this motel. They are friendly, accommodating, and are doing a wonderful job at fixing it up

Staff was friendly. Quiet place to stay. Clean room.

The room that was initially provided smelled like someone dumped a case of air freshener in it. Could breathe in it. After nicely asking the front desk for another room, I was rudely offered the room next door. When I say rudely, it was attitude. The person was the husband of the front receptionist and he was very rude in his demeanor, like I was asking too kuch

The stay was good and reasonably price. Check in was easy & friendly. Shortly after check in the management came to our room to check if it was to our satisfaction and if we needed anything to call. I noticed that the vent in the bathroom was very dusty and it bothered me to stand under. My husband let them know and within minutes maintenance was there and cleaned it up right away. I requested an extra pillow and blanket again within minutes I got them with a smile.I would suggest housekeeping pay more attention to floors, behind headboard and around appliances. I would stay again.

Had my reservation as “pay at property” they tried to charge me before I got there, and when my card flagged it and declined, they gave the room to someone else. When I got there she was confused and rude somehow at the same time. Ended up driving way farther for a cheaper place.

The staff wanted to do every thing they could to make our stay a nice one. We liked the fact that it was VERY close to the interstate.we also liked the fact that it was not on a HOTEL row. Having a police station just a few blocks away gave a good sense of safety we plan to stay here very time when we trave from Texas to Florida
