Quite disappionted that the Spa was not available during our stay. Parricularly after a Day trip and needing to relax. Restaurant for Breakfast was very good, but not so much for dinner. Empty and lack of any ambiance, until asked them to at least play some music.... No towels at the pool, youhave to take your room towels wlth you. Staff OK but not overly helpful. Only hotel in Vietnam where we were not welcomed, shown to our room or helped with our lugguge. Town not exactly geared up to host guests so Hotel should have made more of an effort. Having said that Phong Nha Caves National Park and Paradlse Caves was exceptional and well worth the visit.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. We arrived at 3 AM and were able to drop our bags off. Giving us the ability to kill time until check in and they were quite considerate enough to let us check in early. The breakfast buffet was great and staff were very friendly. The hotel is centrally located and has a cool view from the pool.
