Definitely not 5 stars. Rooms & hallways are riddled with mould. Non smoking rooms are nonexistent - every inch of the rooms stink of mould and stale smoke. Most of the resort has been closed for over 4 years. There is only one restaurant not 3 no casino no nightclub basically a beach and 200 empty rooms all of which are falling apart and a health hazard.

Tthe location of course is excellent and the walking trails/bike paths are numerous and well maintained. Truely a wonderful Resort to spend time at.

Located in Dong Hoi, Sun Spa Resort & Villas is near the airport and on a private beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Bao Ninh Beach and TP Dong Hoi Park. Nhat Le Beach and Quang Phu Cat Hill are two other places to visit that come recommended. Windsurfing and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby.
