Let me say the staff was great, they werehl helpful and friendly. The room was clean and location to everything was perfect. The pool was well maintained and open until 10 saturday night, which was a big perk! My only complaint would be the beds/pillows. The beds were so hard my hips hurt during the night and the pillows had no support to them. No one in our group could sleep because of the beds. I really hate to complain at all cause the staff was so great!

The room needs upgrading. The room door needs to be restored; it did not close completely. The elevators made loud noises and felt unsafe as they operated. Not likely to return.

NO HOT TUB!!!! We specifically booked this hotel because Expedia listed it as having a hot tub. That was our only search criteria because my wife was sore from walking all day. The front desk lady was nice but said that the hot tub was removed quite a while ago. I suppose I have to look through all of the pictures, look at the hotel's web site, and call them from now on before booking. Expedia, UPDATE YOUR LISTING!

Staff was very friendly. Pool and gym were very clean. Breakfast is good enough for what I expected. The room we were given had an odor that we couldn’t quite figure out and it was noticeable when we first walked in. I attributed it to the age of the hotel be it water damage or what not. Overall a good hotel.

Bathroom vanity light bulb was out. Reported to front desk twice. We stayed 2 days and bulb was never replaced. Also, printer in Business Center did not print. Staff were unaware of how to remedy situation.

We had a really nice room. The bed was comfy, the shower was nice and everything was very clean. If I had a complaint it would be that I don't think the refrigerator was working as well as it should have, as it did not seem to keep my left-overs cold. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you!

The outside looks amazing. However, totally supar in condition and cleanliness of our room for a Hilton/Hampton property. The bathroom was appalling. The paint was cracked and peeling in a large portion over the shower, the caulking on the tub was moldy and the tile grout dirty/stained. The floor hadn't been cleaned properly because there was trash behind the toilet when we arrived. The staff was extremely cordial and very helpful. But the bathroom was just gross.

Def gone downhill. Toliet ran all night. Was not clean. Had to clean it. Our room smelled like POT!! Noisy all night. You can see under the door, so needless to say you hear everything in the halls 24;7. Carpet very stained in room. Just not up to a “Hilton” property. Will not stay again. Late night staff nowhere to be found. Had to wait 20 minutes on her to show up on her cell phone to purchase a few snacks and water.

Check-in was rough. I was checked in under the wrong persons reservation and still waiting for the first charge to be refunded. Clerk just needed to slow down and double check when I told her I only booked one night and she just adjusted the other persons instead of looking further.

We stayed here for three nights. Not once did housekeeping stop by our room to ask if we needed anything. The mid shift front desk clerk was absolutely amazing, always saying hello & interacting with us each time we crossed the front desk. HOWEVER beware of the graveyard/early morning shift both women who worked the night shift or early morning were absolutely TERRIBLE some of the rudest people I have come across in a hotel & I’ve stayed at a lot of places. The staff really make a name & an experience when staying somewhere.. I’d never stay again just because of them. One of the women actually told me to go find a housekeeper myself and get new towels for my room rather than going and getting them or calling someone to get them to my room. The room was decent, the beds were okay, but for me customer service is very important and I wouldn’t want to feel like I was trapped in my room simply because of the rude staff.

The staff were simply amazing. We had a late check-in (After 10:00pm) on a quick 1-night trip. The man and woman working the counter the evening of August 8th were great. They assisted us with our digital key and made sure we had plenty of bottled water. The breakfast was unusually good with several unexpected items like blueberry scones. Overall, I could not be happier with the stay. They made us feel right at home. We already have another trip planned for later this month to Tulsa and did not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Very great location Red Robin,Uncle Pacos(Mexican) next door 5 mins from Wal Mart and about all shopping places 20 from airport great place and location. Breakfast was very good room was clean and nice staff was inviting 10/10 recommend!

The only complaint I have is the breakfast needed some allergy options. But it was still pretty good breakfast also there are restraunts within walking distance. All in all it was a good visit staff was friendly the rooms were very clean.

We doing most of the time at ball fields but web we stayed it was good. Breakfast could have been better. Not much food even at around 730-8. Food was cool and warm. Very little oatmeal. Orange tasted a little off. I’m not sure if I should have expected more or not. Probably would stay again due to location and maybe it just me with high standards.

3rd stay recently at this hotel. They are always attentive and welcoming. The breakfast is unusually good for with little touches like individually-wrapped scones. Definitely my go-to when in Owasso. Another great stay.
