Property was clean and appeared well maintained. Was reasonably priced. Had to leave too early for breakfast. Shuttle to air port was prompt and since we left at 4am was a real bonus. Only bad thing was a requested 3 am wake up call that didn’t happen, but I had set my phone alarm so no real harm. Would recommend this hotel.

Hosts were very nice and shuttle pickup from Tulsa Airport was fast. Was very satisfied with room. Bed is comfortable, sheets are soft, AC works great! Very quiet and comfortable night. Great coffee too with Nescafe in lobby. Would definitely stay again if im in town.

So I got in really late...close to midnight. Gave the hotel a call and they picked me up at the airport in about 15 minutes. Room very comfortable, clean and quiet. They took me back to the airport the next morning - after I had a very good breakfast! I will be back!

The property is in an excellent location and feels very safe. Everything inside and out was clean and in great condition. Very quiet as well. We like using the hotels option to park our vehicle in their lot and let them shuttle us to the airport. Much cheaper and convenient!

Wonderful staff that was always willing to help! The lobby is gorgeous and comfortable. My room was clean and welcoming, with a fridge and microwave, and the bed was so comfy. Loved the airport shuttle too. A great stay!

The hotel is nice enough. However, communicating with the front desk clerk was a nightmare. We knew the hotel shuttle might cease at midnite, so we were glad our flight into TUL was on time. At 10:30 p.m. we called the hotel to report we were at the arrivals area and needed the shuttle. Without going into detail, just know that we waited 2 hours in 47 F. Temperature and never saw anything we might recognize as being the hotel shuttle. We also made three phone calls to the hotel. We eventually gave up and hired a taxi to take us to the hotel...at 1 a.m. The hotel manager refused to reimburse us. We are left questioning whether the hotel even owns a shuttle vehicle.

The Sure Stay was conveniently located in Owasso with restaurants, stores nearby. The room was quiet. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was neat & clean. The workout room was small with only a treadmill & stationary bike. Overall, we would return to this hotel.

Hotel is old. Rooms are very dirty. Bed linens has what appeared to be boogers. Was totally grossed out and had to cancel our stay and go elsewhere. Room overall was dusty and there were footprints in the tub. The towels felt unclean like they were used and refolded. I air dried! The desk staff were rude and ignored us standing there though the bell was rung and they were in visible range.

Curtains had holes all in them that you could see light thru. Bathtub had moldy spots in the grout. Breakfast was bad, Runny eggs, hard biscuits, a jug of milk for everyone to share. Watered down coffee creamer.

The property cleanliness and upkeep is lacking. Multiple stains found on the furniture cushions, tub is stained and chipped, mirror in bathroom still had toothpaste splashes on it, we always check the mattresses for bedbugs, there was food, hair, trash, and other “thing” left behind and under the mattress and bed. We had to show the front desk that n order to get another room. The new room we was moved to wasn’t much better but we were tired from work and had a 5am flight to catch the next morning. Will not stay here again in the future

the room was spacious, the king bed was very firm so we didn't sleep well, in the bathroom on the tub was a hair, but I cleaned the tub and toilet before we used it,I bring cleaning supplies because u never know if a room is really clean or just looks clean, the sink also took forever to drain, the breakfast was supposed to be a buffet breakfast but there wasn't many options, but it was okay... the hotel was quiet, and so was the area it's in...

Turns out the hotel was not conducive to our needed location nor was it the “nicest” of hotels due to lack of convenience . The breakfast was horrible- I can post pics if you like, the common area outside and lobby bathrooms were dirty with cigarette butts and toilet paper on floor. we booked it for 7 nights- we tried to cancel our reservation. 24 hours in advance and they would Not let us. We even had hotels.com try for us and still they would Not budge. Internet sucked and we could not access the Wi-Fi the whole time we were there

This hotel is pretty mediocre, and I don't expect perfection when I stay here. I come to Owasso about once a month and have stayed here about 6 times in a year. Staff is usually always friendly. This time, the bathroom was pretty gross. A lot of hair all over and just not clean. I was in the very end room on the 2nd floor closest to 76th Street and it was incredibly noisy from road traffic. Also, there must be a janitorial closet across the hall that someone was banging around in at 5 am. Icing on the cake was the tv wouldn't work. I checked the batteries in the remote and they were leaking battery acid. I informed the desk, so the next guest wouldn't have the same issue, but i declined new batteries from the desk agent because i travel alone and was not comfortable having anyone come to my room... however he was very nice and apoplectic for the inconvenience. I wish they offered coffee later than their breakfast hours because i work late and can't always run down to the dining area before 9am. At least the QT is in walking distance for that. I may choose a different hotel next time, but the beds here are mostly comfortable and the pillows are decent.. they are cheaper than other hotels in the area. All that being said, i realize you get what you pay for.

Great motel, great value. Comfortable beds,(a little tall)... & the best TV I've had in a motel room. Plus QT gas station directly next door access from parking lot. And 2 different food places within site.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. However, the bathtub was old and there were signs of age in the bottom. The tub wouldn't stop draining for a good bath so I put a washcloth over the drain which helped. There was a lot of traffic noise theoughout the night. I appreciate the friendly staff and the room's cleanliness

Loved how close this hotel is to everything. There is a QuikTrip next door and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean and relatively peaceful other than one of the guests who seemed to pace in the hall nearly all night and we could hear the footsteps. The room was very nice and comfortable. The only complaint I have about the room is that the tub had no stopper in order to take a bath. So, overall pretty pleased with my stay and would book here again.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I barely got any sleep. Waking up every part of my body hurt. Would not recommend. The tv was low quality. There was no guide and the remote stopped working. I tried hooking up my computer to the tv over hdmi and that wouldn’t work. The staff was nice.

Complete rude staff!! I had to wake the guy up behind the counter asleep on a couch to tell me I did not have a reservation which I in fact did! He proceeded to laugh in my face and tell me I must be in the wrong place even though I showed him my Expedia email asking how my check in experience was at sure stay hotel north in owasso. Expedia did not send me a confirmation email and I understand it may have been necessary to have a check in number but he did not even try to remedy the situation other than being rude and laughing and telling me to take it up with Expedia. I would never treat a customer in this manner. Rude rude rude!! He even proceeded to help another customer right in the middle of me talking to him. Zero stars!!!!! Zero zero zero This review did not violate any of the following Did not mention specific prices or room rates Left out profanity Did not reference personal information Did not include any photos containing inappropriate or unrelated content I only spoke the truth about my trip.

I arrived in the evening. and although i needed shuttle to the airport, my departure was outside of the drivers schedule. I was very impressed when the hotel worked with me to meet my flight. I had a good (but short) visit. And would consider returning if in the area again.

The next morning when we were leaving, there was a truck next to us with shady people. They motioned to my husband that our back tire was flat on our brand new Yukon Denali. They sat in their truck the entire time watching us and laughing while we were getting soaking wet in the rain changing the tire. The minute we were done they pulled out. Discount tire said the tire had a puncture in the sidewall. We are certain they did it. The hotel is in a shady part of town so be careful. The hotel is old and has a strange odor. The beds are very uncomfortable but the a/c was great and it was quiet. The reviews were awesome so we thought we’d give it a shot. It’s difficult to know the surrounding area when you’re from out of state.

It was very clean and quiet. New and I had a feeling of safety for my wife and me. It was also close to a major interstate highway for travel options. It was within ten minutes of the Tulsa Air and Space museum. I would highly recommend this hotel. Also the prices were very reasonable for rooms.

Hotel was clean and as comfortable as a hotel can be since not home. Condition of room I thought was good. My only negative was the breakfast choices. While better than some hotel’s choices, was disappointed with the selection. The biscuits and gravy, well I don’t do gravy but the biscuit was not fresh. The sausage patties, cut in half but not the best taste. Made and ate a waffle, ate about half and all I could stand. Lots of places have milk cartons to select from, this had a gallon jug. The only tea was a green tea which I don’t drink. So good room, great price, go buy breakfast elsewhere.
