Nice hotel, but we were given the wrong room the first night and once moved the tub didn’t work. Other than that great breakfast and excellent workout facilities. The staff was also very kind!

Room was clean and neat. Beds very comfortable. Quiet location. 3 half used drink items were left in the refrigerator when we checked in. TV was difficult to get to work, then at midnight, at the near end of a movie, we got an error message and were not able to access the tv channels and finish the show.

The rooms are huge, like a studio apartment. We had nearly a full-size fridge and even a dishwasher and proper dishes in our room. The breakfast selection was greatly varied, from waffles and oatmeal with an assortment of mix-ins/toppings to hot sandwiches and egg bowls to hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, muffins, the works. I'm pretty picky about hotel cleanliness and could have been a bit more pleased with that, but I realize I expect more than some. The shower floor didn't look clean to me, and we didn't have (nor could the front desk find) any hand soap. One of the beds had a stain on the blanket and sheet. And there was a booger on the window blind. Since I have small children, I laugh to myself that it felt like home. So yes, could have been better in some regards, but they were great about working with us to have our friends in the room next to us.

I want to state this from the beginning - the service with everyone we interacted with was great. They were friendly, and the hotel is overall a very nice, quiet place to be. We weren't in the room much at all because we were visiting family and were pretty much only there to sleep and shower. We did take a dip in the pool on Friday morning for an hour before we headed out for the day. My poor rating is because of the overwhelming cat urine smell in our room. When we first checked in, we thought it was just musty. We were only there about 30 minutes, and did not come back until close to midnight several hours later. Same on Friday - only there a short time, then came back late Friday night. When we checked out, I mentioned to the front desk that the room smelled awful, and that I felt like it was from cat urine. She made a face and said "I thought they took care of that". Upon arrival back at home, we had to deep clean all clothing (even unworn "clean" items) and we are taking the luggage to the dry cleaners to see if they can get the smell out. They should not be renting this room, especially since they are aware of the smell.

Yet another great stay at a Home2 Suite. Best nights sleep I've had at a hotel in a long time. The blinds shut out 99% of the light which was a great help and the king bed was the perfect combination of soft and firm.

The breakfast was, in a word, sad. But the thing I was most dissatisfied by was waking up to a loud knocking in the wall between the living space and the bathroom at 7:30 in the morning. I couldn't determine where it was coming from and couldn't get back to sleep since it continued to happen every 30 seconds or so.

Have stayed at this property multiple times and this was the first time I was not completely satisfied. My room was on the 1st floor and it was noisy all hours of the night; doors slamming, people up and down the hall and loud talking.

I liked how surrounded by tasty things, and shopping this location was. Breakfast was simple and easy. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. I just didn’t like that every time I walked up one would be staring at their phone. The only thing I really didn’t like about my stay was that the room doors seem to only slam. They don’t close quietly, so that kept me up quite a bit. Otherwise, my stay was lovely!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was clean and nice. The room was big and well-equipped, including some of my favorite tea. I was unable to control the air conditioning in the bedroom, which was a little too cold for me. I will ask for help with that in the future. I plan to stay there again.

The room was immaculate and the staff our hostess, Sabrina, Felicia and Mariah were excellent. They checked in on me to see if I need anything more and they were there for me when I needed questions answered. If in this area again I would definitely stay at Owassa Home 2 Suites.

Room was clean and ready for our arrival. Felicia is a great associate and made our check in a breeze. In fact every interaction with her was enjoyable. We did have an issue with the remote control blinds where they would not operate, but the staff was extremely helpful in trying to fix it, which we eventually got them quasi-functional. Breakfast was plentiful and good.
