The hotel is as nice and location good. The check in staff were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately the ac wasn’t working so it was very hot (we weren’t told this until we asked) so had to sleep with windows open which is incredibly noisy not to mention when the bins get emptied early in the am!! Also the carpet looks very tired and dirty. Definitely wouldn’t walk barefoot. The gym could go with an upgrade too although it was quiet and fine for a short stay.

The Fleming Hotel is beautiful and the staff were great. One thing to be aware of is that parking at the hotel is limited and you are unable to reserve in advance. We were directed to a parking garage a few blocks from the hotel that charged $40 per night. This would have good to know in advance and would have influenced our hotel selection.

5 min walk to Galeria / MyZiel shopping center .Metro ..Roof top view is great for breakfast - dinner / drinks Nice lobby and reading area with lot of books .The problem is they have small elevators / somehow chlostrophobic but still .I am happy to stay .

An ok hotel but not meeting 4.5 stars level for sure. Rather old facilities, no room service for food, out of use gym though complementary entry to the one across the street. Rooms are spacious and nice but without any view outside. The bathroom in the bedroom model is questionable.

The location is the best. I've stayed here a dozen times over the past 10 years. It's now falling apart. Carpet is stained in the hallways and the room, my shower drain was clogged and over flowed onto the bathroom floor and the room carpet. The ironing board fell apart the instant I picked it up. The mini bar that use to be great is unplugged and empty. The towels are very old and threadbare. They had one elevator in operation for 8 floors. Is that enough. I felt sad. I loved this place. And on top of all this there is an amazing amount of construction all around the hotel so all I hear is very loud construction noise starting at 7:30 in the morning and it's still pounding when I return from work at 5 pm.

We truly appreciated the hotel's location—right in the heart of the city, with everything either within walking distance or just a short trip away. The staff at Flemings were exceptionally friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also had a great experience at the restaurant, where the food was delicious, and the service was warm and welcoming. Areas for Improvement: Upon check-in, unless you had already reviewed the information on the Flemings website, you would only then learn that housekeeping services are provided every other night. This means that for a two-night stay, as in our case, the room remains unattended throughout. The hotel justifies this policy as an environmental initiative, but we find this explanation unconvincing—especially given that the level of service has diminished while room rates have remained unchanged. The bathroom includes a small mirror for shaving or applying makeup. However, in our room, this mirror was defective and unusable. We reported the issue to the front desk, but unfortunately, no action was taken. The key cards to our rooms (we had booked two for our family) were unreliable. Throughout our two-day stay, we repeatedly had to visit the front desk for reprogramming, as we were unable to access our rooms. The bathroom amenities were minimal, offering only soap and shampoo—of which the latter was empty. Guests may wish to bring their own toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay.

Didnt like the glass shower in the middle of my bedroom. No privacy. Check in was 2pm we got in at 3:15 after being promised a room with a view. Our room ended up being on the second floor with no view.

the bed and pillows were on the corridor side and the walls are thin, so I can hear walking, talking in the corridor or next door. the shower room and toilet are next to bed room without changing space. facility is old. shower room door was hard to close. the check-in was ok, but I guess the system or the information on expedia isn’t shared so I need to fill in a form which I haven’t done a while.(nowadays showing ID is enough most of the places.) checkout was a pain as well. the queue and I don’t know what the clerk was looking at the screen for but took a while. apart from above OK in general. the room was spacious. the location is great(close to city central and station).

The hotel was in a great location, close to the train station, the mall and lots of dining options. Room was very spacious, very clean, comfortable bed. The room I had though was facing another building so I did not have a view and it was a little dark, I also stayed during the weekend so on the Saturday night it was very loud due to the bar downstairs - hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper. Other than that had a great stay!

I stayed there for 4 nits and here is the detailed overview; Location wise; you can’t complain, the hotel is just a minute walking distance from everything; shopping, ATM, restaurants, undergrounds, taxi slots, simply prime location. Dining options; they have a fabulous restaurant and roof bar on the 7th floor overlooking Frankfurt, good food, good service and excellent view. Another restaurant at the lobby level also serves proper dinner and you can sit indoor or outdoor. Staff; Jang is my hero .. this gentleman works at the front office and he will do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable and happy during your stay .. he has answers and solutions to all your questions, really he is a great asset to the hotel. The only negative issue I had during my stay was related to the AC at the room, it was hot and AC is not cooling properly, had to open my window to get some fresh air but this comes with too much noise from the street .. u better check AC immediately after check in.

We stayed here a few years and the place and staff was amazing. We scheduled transportation from the airport and no one was there to pick us up. Eventually, I found out what happened and the hotel never gave the company our information or number to get in touch with us. Then our rooms had no phones but we were told that the phones would be worked on and then I was told again that the hotel is not going to have phones anymore. The AC was not working in our rooms. Overall the experience and talking to the staff was not good. They told me to write the office to complain. I honestly think it’s ridiculous to not have phones in the room so that you can call if you need anything you have to go to the reception desk they give you one bottle of water for two people. I was highly disappointed. Love the location the rooms are dated but very big. This hotel has a lot of potential maybe under the wrong management right now not sure take the rugs out the rooms so they would look levitated in the lot cleaner and make sure the rooms have phones so that if someone needs something they do not have to walk down to the reception desk.

Location was the only good thing going for it, oh and the funky lift inside. Other then that the service was some of the worst I've ever experienced at a hotel. Don't recommend and I won't be staying and a Fleming's hotel ever again.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the train station, the mall and lots of dining options. Room was very spacious, very clean, comfortable bed. The room I had though was facing another building so I did not have a view and it was a little dark, I also stayed during the weekend so on the Saturday night it was very loud due to the bar downstairs - hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper. Other than that had a great stay!

Perfekte Lage, zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Shopping gut zu erreichen, Zimmerreiningung war nicht sehr diskret, es wurde immer wieder nachgefragt, wann gereinigt werden kann, man fühlte sich bedrängt - unschön. Restaurant auf dem Dach hat leider Sonntag und Montag geschlossen.
