We were very pleased with our room. It was nice having laundry facilities on the property so we could wash our clothes. The diner is open 24 hours a day. The staff is very friendly and the food is wonderful!

Only downfall is the metal stairs to the second floor, they are a little sketchy and my flip flop almost got tangled up in them and fell. I also had to carry my dogs up and down them. Be careful!

Reviews about “you get what you pay for” are true. This hotel has been renovated and looks nice. Sheets were clean, bathroom was clean, fresh towels, room smelled okay, but I don’t know the last time our hotel floor was cleaned. I walked barefoot for a minute before realizing the bottom of my foot was brown from dirt. Staff was nice. Not sure I will stay here again.

UNCLEAN with mouse feces. We checking in and left for the afternoon when we came back to the room to change for the evening we found mouse droppings in our suitcase! We then looked around the room and found more on the floor and on the beds. It was absolutely disgusting. The front desk said they don't have mice because they have a company spray for mice. The cleaning lady was extremely helpful trying to clean the feces up, but with rodents we could not stay there with our 6 month old baby. They would not give us any credit so we paid FULL price for 2 nights even though we checked out. We paid for another hotel and still paid for the 2 nights when we left. I could not believe we were still charged for both nights after that experience. I even took photos. Very upsetting and unsafe to stay with rodents for a family! I would NEVER recommend this hotel. :(

The front desk gal was terrific; very personable a kind and efficient. The biggest drawback for our room , and , Motel as whole, was noise. It’s very close to street and our room was close to the outdoor metal stairs. So noisy and people stomping overhead most of night.

Basic accommodation with everything you need crammed into a small room. The (queen) room was clean, but very small, and the bed very comfortable, but so tall it made the room feel even smaller (I don't understand the need for a bed 30" tall). Keurig coffee maker with pods and a bottle of drinking water on a small eating table with chair, big TV on a huge piece of furniture with fridge, microwave, and three small drawers, heater/AC working fine, if a little noisy. Bathtub small and shallow in a small bathroom but no shortage of hot water. The big downside was thin walls and noisy neighbors above, and a staircase right next to the room, which they clomped down at 630am. Hotels/motels need sounds insulation. Stay on the second story and away from the staircase, or get up and out really early, but quietly, so you don't needlessly bother others.

Good litte hotel, only issues were the thin walls. Someone starting their truck at 3:30am woke everyone up. Also found Jesus, not sure if housekeeping left them or the previous occupants. Overall would stay here again.

Hotel condition and cleanliness was OK. Security was an issue when we had noisy neighbors after 11 pm. We could not contact the front office by room phone or when we called using our cell phone. I went to the office at 11 pm to get help, but doors were locked and it was dark. We were not told that we could call Hotel Nevada, the owners, who would have helped us with our issues. A lack of communication. When we contacted the Hotel Nevada after the stay there, the contact person was insensitive to our concerns. Maybe it was a one time occurrence but we were not comfortable with the way it was handled.

Check in time was supposed to be 3PM. Arrived at 3:15 PM. Went to office. Pushed the bell to let staff know I was there, both the outside bell and the bell on the counter. Waiting for 15 minutes or more. Was very tired after a 12 hour drive, so left and went to another motel where staff was efficient and had me checked in and in a comofrtable room within a few minutes.

We arrived at the Motel late. The office was closed; there was a sign on the window to call a number for after hours help. I called the number numerous times, it would ring a few times and then disconnect. I've contacted their office and they have refused to give me a refund. Terrible customer service.

Susan who manned the lobby was so helpful when our wi-fi would not connect. She enlisted tech savvy help to figure out the issue and then came up to tell us how to remedy the situation. Her friendly persoanlity was very warming and welcoming. We will be back....the bed was great!!!

Although the room have been somewhat renovated, it's dusty and dirty. The coffee machine and air con has so much dirt and dust that I didn't want to touch. The walls and ceiling has so little insulation for noise that makes it hard to sleep. The room size was very small. The own itself doesn't feel very safe, the motels on the highway stretch seems to be better options.

When we arrived we found the Four Sevens, as we pulled into a parking spot we noticed 6 or 7 “guys drinking beer and making lewd comments. After check in they walked past my car quite a few times looking into the the back of the jeep. I felt quite unsafe at this location. I will Never go there again. It’s in a horrible part of town and nowhere in any of Expedia reviews did I expect to see a slum looking motel.

Not too pretty on the outside, but the rooms are sparkling clean and newish. One block off the main drag so it’s nice & quiet, but walkable to all the great restaurants, hotels and bars on Main St. Will definitely stay there again.

Went to Ely for a family wedding and hotel choices were a little sus - but we were pleasantly surprised! This hotel was clean and obviously recently renovated. We appreciated the complimentary bottles of water (in the desert!). They did give us a coupon for $5 off at Denny's as they had no breakfast but we didn't use them. Prefer something onsite. Only negative were the people hanging out in front of their rooms, chatting and smoking after "quiet hours" had started.

When I first pulled up to the property I was unimpressed, though I'd read the positive reviews. It's an older property, in an old part of town. It's simply one long building of two stories, with exterior entrances, like many old motels. Nothing particularly remarkable about it, and the sign, as I recall, is pretty rundown. But all of my concerns were alleviated when stepped into the room. Though kind of small, it was very neat and clean, nicely appointed, and very quiet, though I must admit that I was there on the weekend before New Years and there appeared to be fewer than half a dozen other guests. Clearly, the place had been recently renovated, and they did a nice job. My stay was pleasant and relaxing and I shall definitely return the next time I find myself in need of lodging in Ely. I might add that the woman at the desk was very sweet, thoughtful and attentive to my concerns about quiet. She put me on the very end of the building, which was great. And I found the price is very reasonable.

Nearby restaurants were sketchy, one restaurant was $110 for a meal for 2. Dennys was close but was in a casino and smelled like last years ashtray. We will stay there again, but definitely take food.

website said four season's. Spent 1/2 hour looking for the right hotel, had to stop and ask directions. You need to change to the correct name of motel. Stay was good, but the floor by the bed was very dirty. We will stay again if the floor is clean. Love the coupons for Denney's.
