We stayed here with our two small kids. And the pool is under construction which is fine but wasn’t on the website. And I called the manager which he never responded. Which’s hard because Napa is not too kid friendly so it would have been nice to let them swim. We would have stayed at another place.

I could be the Springhill Suites Napa poster child. I absolutely love it. The hot tub was out of order and there was a sign, but it will be nice to try it out next time. I love the common areas and the ample rooms. Service provided was always professional. Super location and even my challenging parents were happy.

Fire pit and sitting area was nice along with the bar and workout room and breakfast. There are drinks and snacks available as well (including wine). Landscaping was nice, room had a refrigerator and was spacious. Was a good location for touring some wineries.

The staff was extremely nice and professional however I didn't like the jacuzzi was broke especially since it gets so cold at night so we would've love to get in the jacuzzi. Also our bathroom looked like it could use a little more cleaning. I found a some hair in the shower so that was a little uncomfortable all and all. It was really close to where we needed to get to.

The concierge woman was very kind and welcoming. She noticed my birthday on my ID and wished me a happy birthday, as it was the next day. Shortly after we got into our room, I got a birthday card under my door. Very thoughtful!

Our room had a leaky shower which created a dangerously slippery floor. We reported the problem to the front desk, who promised maintenance would take care of it. We agreed to let them enter the room while we were out, but when we returned, nothing had been done. At check-out, we mentioned the issue again, only to be met with denial from the front desk. The front desk seemed dismissive of our concerns, making it frustrating to deal with their lack of action.

The property was well kept, the restaurant staff extremely friendly as well as the cleaning staff. The front desk was also helpful and friendly. The only issue was when we tried to get a late check out due to a flight delay I booked 2 rooms and I am a “good member” I would be able to get a 2 hour extension, however our friends could not. Then, when we returned from breakfast and it was slightly past 12:00 our room had been locked and I had to get housekeeping to unlock our room.

This is Napa, the birthplace of world-class California fresh cuisine. The breakfasts were abundant…abundantly filled with junk food and high fructose corn syrup. The one concession was cage-free eggs, but I don't believe they were fresh either. The place is tired and so is the staff. It is geographically remote and yet still noisy. Suffice it to say, I was not impressed. Americans should do better.

Loved this hotel- suites are spacious and have everything you need including mini frog, microwave, sitting area. The breakfast was delicious and he grounds are lovely with a very nice fire pit or enjoying your favorite beverage.

Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and breakfast before a full day of spending money at wineries and eateries! The hotel is located close to Napa activities as well as Sonoma. The service was friendly and hotel was clean, but could use a few upgrades.
