We stayed for two days and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for visiting Europa-Park, making it incredibly convenient. The bungalow is excellent—brand new, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The suite was much bigger than we expected from the pictures and even more beautiful in person. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had an amazing time. We would gladly come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I've stayed at a lot of hotels and sat through a lot of check-ins, but this one takes the cake. The woman at the desk seemed personally offended that I expected to check in at all. She thrust an iPad at me and had me fill out enough personal information to apply for a mortgage. Then came the real highlight: would I like parking for 10 EUR? Normally I just pay it and move on, but given that the hotel sits in the middle of nowhere with empty streets in every direction, I asked why I couldn't just park outside. This apparently was a declaration of war. "I'll do whatever I want," she informed me. Noted. So I parked on the street, free of charge, and walked back in to ask for a beer. The bar, I was told, was closed. It was around 19:10. In the middle of nowhere. With two bottles of water in the minibar standing in for a bar. For a hotel indistinguishable from any Holiday Inn in the region, we paid a premium specifically to avoid this kind of hassle. Mission failed. Avoid this place. The staff clearly treat "your stay was miserable" as a personal achievement.

Gorgeous and clean hotel, very close to the amazing Europa Park. We stayed in one of their bungalows, which was very spacious and clean. The air conditioning was amazing, which was very welcomed in the 35 degree heatwave. Staff were very friendly and always super helpful.
