Quiet, clean room staff very helpful

When I chose this property, I had read a few of the recent reviews. I noticed one review some months earlier had displayed a photo where the tiles were cracked on the spa. When I checked into my room, I get the same room where the large crack still had not been addressed. Not a huge deal though, as the spa worked well. I also noticed significant let's say "aging" within the bathroom that required not only the grout to be re done but also things like the toilet roll holder falling off the wall and despite the cleaner coming in one day, still not being fixed. The bathroom sink, or pipes within the sink structure were leaking the whole time causing significant issues with the tiles. You can feel the movement when walking on them, especially near the spa. Also quite sad was that the room cleaner didn't even wipe down the table as I had a little "spill" with my dinner the previous evening that was still there after the room clean. I also noticed that there was some small litter still on the floor that had not been vacuumed. Of more concern was that the rooms are not very soundproof as I could hear the people in the room next to me chatting and during the night, snoring. I hope I didn't disturb them too much. The fly screen on the outside door was broken and in need of repair. Look its a nice motel but in need to some updating and proper cleaning, especially when you factor in the pricing.
