The property is very conveniently located at the heart of Forster with the food precincts and beaches located in walking distance. The rooms decent in size and is well lit. Parking lot is cramped, you’ll need good driving skills to park and take your car out. Overall a great choice for the price we paid.

Felt like a room that had been renovated out of part of a house complex, the spa bath jets and everything were putrid and the shower was over the top, it was right on the edge of the footpath of the road which meant it was extremely noisy all night.apart from that it was okay

Friendly staff, clean rooms. We stayed in the room with the spa. The room was nice, a bit outdated and the bathroom could do with a reno but for the price, it was fantastic.

The manager was so lovely and friendly. Lots of brochures and maps in reception. Clean and tidy. Working internet. Close (walking distance) to the Baths and a few other nice beaches. Highly recommend.

This property advertised daily housekeeping which is not correct, they need better blinds to keep the lights out from the service station. Tiles in the shower are all cracked and mouldy shower screen.

Property filthy and smelt really bad Chinese owner and the poor woman was trying to do everything, no staff and no housekeeping, the noise from the new building being built was horrible and dust everywhere I felt I could not breathe. Will never stay in this unkempt place again

Convenient location near main beach and short walk to Forster main shops . Stayed in executive room which felt very dated . No power points next to bed sides which was annoying . Toilet gave a loud bang whenever the cistern refilled and shower too roughly 5 minutes to start getting warm . Effectively no noise insulation in room as door had a large gap at bottom , any time of night you could hear people walking outside or banging their own doors . Cost of stay was low however

Pros: Location is perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. The room is reasonably clean considering its price. Cons: The noise is really bad in the rooms facing the petro station, and the road. This and the soft mattress made my stay very uncomfortable as I personally prefer a firmer mattress.

The property team were not very hospitable. The front door says the office is open until 7.30pm. When we arrived at 7.15pm there was no one present. I called the number and they did come and assist but were not very forthcoming. However, given that I have a US mobile it was an international call, i'm not sure how other international visitors who may or may not have international dialing/roaming would contact them. The next day we asked for beach towels so we could go for a swim (the motel is a block from the beach). We were told there were none. I asked if we could use the towels from the room and they told me "yes but they cannot touch the sand". So I can use a pool towel for the beach but can't get sand on it, so I can't put it on the ground. I asked for extra towels and was told they didn't have any. These people need to learn the definition of "hospitality".

The room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable. The reception on arrival was wonderful and the staff as a whole were very friendly and helpful. We had accidently left something behind and the hotel were so gracious about helping us to return the items. Highly recommend this hotel

The room is very clean. Motel location is just few minutes walk to the beaches, restaurants and shopping centre. Very convenient. The best thing about this stay is the staff whom are very helpful, caring and gave us a very warm welcome. Thanks for the hospitality.
